Abstract

Bluetooth is a wireless communication technology that is used to exchange information, at a lower cost, use low power, the ability to work or interact between applications through approved protocols is very good, and easy operation. The Bluetooth operating range works on the 2.4 GHz unlicensed ISM (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) frequency band using a frequency hopping tranceiver that is able to provide real-time data and voice communication services between Bluetooth hosts. When Bluetooth devices communicate with each other, they will form a dynamic network called piconet, a network consisting of master and slave, in one piconet of no more than 7 slaves. Bluetooth also supports connections between piconets called scattemets. The mechanism for connecting between one piconet and another is called a hop mechanism.

Abstract

PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa is a limited liability company engaged in providing satellite-based telecommunications infrastructure networks (Very Small Aperture Terminal / VSAT). In an effort to service customer VSAT network connections, PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa often gets various reports of complaints from its customers. However, the complaints report management process that has been running so far is still not effective, causing the handling of customer complaints to run slowly and require a long time. In formulating the solution to the problem, it is proposed a helpdesk trouble ticket information system to help PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa in managing complaints reports is faster and more effective. Information systems were developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The system development model used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) by being modeled through Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. The results of this study produce a trouble ticket helpdesk information system that helps PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa in managing customer complaints reports is faster and more effective.

Abstract

Tourism is a very important sector for the development of a region and tourism is one of the means of promotion to introduce the beauty of nature and the uniqueness of the culture in the area. Including for Banyuwangi Regency which is one of the regencies in East Java Province. This regency has many objects or tourist destinations which are a mainstay and the development of the tourism sector must be accompanied by the development of information technology. Smartphone is one form of technological development and one of the most popular smartphone technology bases based on its operating system is Android.The use of android smartphones in the development of the world of tourism in the information technology era is important for the public and tourists to have knowledge about objects or tourist destinations that will be targeted. In supporting the needs of the tourism information system in Banyuwangi Regency, an Android-based application was created. An application on an android smartphone that suits the needs of travelers equipped with interesting features. This application contains information about tourist objects that are equipped with visual media such as pictures, videos and Google Maps facilities to facilitate in finding tourist locations that will be addressed by the public and tourists.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is defined as a single unit of sales, marketing and service strategies that prevent uncoordinated work activities between parts well and that depends on coordinated company actions. In this study, the system development model used using the waterfall model is a classic model that is systematic, sequential in building software (Mira, 2013). The advantage of this model is that the development process is very structured and systematic, through the definition of needs, so that gaps or gaps that occur between the needs and the system produced can be reduced and produce clear development direction for management. Until now, data services are still not integrated, resulting in unsatisfactory service to consumers, the absence of a customer complaint system so that companies can find out complaints in the form of criticism and suggestions to improve service to customers. In this study will build CRM on PT. Srikandi Diamond Motor by using the Waterfall model so that the system is integrated and can improve service to customers and make customer complaints so that companies can find out complaints in the form of criticism and suggestions to improve service to customers. Based on the results of the implementation and testing of this system it can be concluded that the application of data processing systems has been integrated with each other so that it can improve the quality of service to customers, in the implementation of the customer complaint system has been very helpful for companies in knowing complaints in the form of criticism and suggestions to improve service to customers.

Abstract

Sales in this case in the form of product sales is one of the important activities for the development of the company and is a very important aspect for the company. Problems a rising in the company regarding the promotion and sales, because it still uses manually, visit home for promotion and provide brochures on the road side, System design used with a waterfall methode, while the data collection techniques use research methods with observation, interviews, and library studies. And database application development tools use MySQL and PHP programming language by using Laravel framework. The purpose of this research is to design a sales system evenly and ease of transaction customers without having to come to physical stores directly. The result of this research is to provide an alternative sales and promotion. It is application created can create increase in company sales.

Abstract

Intrusion Detection System (IDS) is useful for detecting an attack or disturbance on a network or information system. Anomaly detection is a type of IDS that can detect a deviate attack on the network based on statistical probability. The increasing use of the internet also increases interference or attacks from intruders or crackers that exploit weak internet protocols and application software. When many data packets arrive, a problem arises that needs to be analyzed. The right technique to analyze the data package is data mining. This study aims to classify IDS anomalies using the Naïve Bayes classification algorithm from the results of attribute selection with correlation-based feature selection. This study uses a UNSW-NB15 intrusion detection system data collection consisting of 49 attributes and 321,283 data records. Performance measurements are based on accuracy, precision, F-Measure and ROC Area. The results of attribute selection with correlation-based feature selection leave 4 attributes. The results of the evaluation of IDS anomaly classification using the naïve Bayes algorithm without the precedence of the attributes selected by the correlation technique obtained an accuracy rate of 71.2%. While the classification results if preceded by the attributes selected by the correlation technique obtained an accuracy of 74.8%. Classification with the naïve Bayes algorithm can be improved its accuracy which is preceded by the selection of attributes with correlation techniques.

Abstract

SMPN 11 Bengkulu City used the system manually for several years to handle activities such as data collection and inventory reports. It caused the frequent occurrence of goods scattered, sometimes damaged goods were not recorded, the occurrence of data redundancy, so that errors often occured in data collection and calculation. The aim of this research is to build a website-based inventory information system that can minimize data redundancies and errors in calculations and data collection. The methodology used in making this system uses the waterfall method, UML diagrams, database design, and interface design. The results of this research are web-based information systems. The development of the system indicates that this system has the potential to support the activities of processing inventory data automatically, quickly and accurately.

Abstract

The tender winner selection system is important to ensure the winner will complete the project well. If there is a selection error that caused the project to fail, the application must be tested and error free. Testing in this study uses Black Box Testing. The Black Box Testing Method consists of several methods including Equivalence Partitions, Boundary Value Analysis, Comparison Testing, Sample Testing, Robustness Tesing, and others. Among the many methods of testing, in this study the method of testing Equivalence Partitions was chosen. The purpose of the Equivalence Partitions method is to look for errors in functions that are wrong or missing, errors in the interface, errors in data structures or database access, performance errors, initialization errors and final destinations. Based on the test results show there are still many shortcomings when validating data to be entered, so that it can cause data stored in the database does not match the expected data.
