Abstract

The rapid development and progress of information technology has a negative impact on students, namely the portion of time between doing assignments and playing games, so The portion of time spent playing games is much longer than the portion of time spent doing assignments, so that in the end, students play games more than doing assignments, In fact, many students become addicted to playing games, thereby reducing students' productivity, interaction and moral discipline. Seeing this phenomenon, the Ministry of Communication and Informatics designed and implemented digital literacy activities considering the importance of accelerating digital transformation, one of which is by supporting activities to introduce programming or coding for children, which aims to increase children's competence from their hobby of playing with gadgets so that they can be directed gradually so that children don't just use gadgets or play games but can produce games. It needs to be realized that the rapid development of information technology not only has a positive impact and great opportunities but also requires every country in the world to create quality human resources, one of which is by improving the quality of education by developing character through IT learning. Introducing and teaching coding to children has many benefits, especially if taught from an early age. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan prediksi hasil produksi paper sack semen mortar menggunakan metode Fuzzy Mamdani dan mengimplementasikannya dalam lingkungan berbasis website. CV. Kencana Sejahtera Abadi dipilih sebagai studi kasus untuk mengevaluasi kinerja model yang dikembangkan. Metode Fuzzy Mamdani digunakan untuk menangani ketidakpastian dan kompleksitas dalam memprediksi hasil produksi berdasarkan sejumlah variabel input, termasuk bahan baku, kondisi lingkungan, dan faktor produksi. Untuk pengambilan data pada penelitian ini melibatkan tahap pengumpulan data historis produksi, pembentukan aturan Fuzzy Mamdani, dan pengembangan model prediksi. Selanjutnya, model tersebut diintegrasikan ke dalam platform berbasis web untuk memfasilitasi akses dan penggunaan yang lebih mudah. Pengujian dan validasi dilakukan menggunakan data aktual produksi CV. Kencana Sejahtera Abadi untuk mengevaluasi akurasi dan ketepatan model. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi perencanaan produksi di industri paper sack semen mortar. Dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan fuzzy dalam prediksi hasil produksi, maka dapat mengurangi ketidakpastian dan meningkatkan pengambilan keputusan. Integrasi model ke dalam lingkungan berbasis web diharapkan dapat memberikan akses yang lebih mudah dan cepat bagi para pemangku kepentingan terkait.

Abstract

Lavender Mayoritas pelanggan Lavender Laundry adalah Pekerja Kantoran dan Kedinasan. Dalam pemanfaatan Sistem informasi, Lavender Laundry menggunakan Microsoft Excel untuk mengolah data transaksi pelanggan yang digunakan sebagai laporan bulanan kepada pihak Manager oleh bagian Admin. dalam hubungannya dengan pelanggan Lavender Laundry sulit menentukan pelayanan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Permasalahan tersebut disebabkan belum terdapatnya penentuan jenis pelanggan. Dalam menyelesaikan masalah tersebut penulis memberikan Solusi dari permasalah yang sudah dijelaskan diatas Apa manfaat membangun sistem pemasaran Lavender Laundry, Apa Tujuan mempertahankan pelangan untuk menjadi pelanggan setia, serta bagaimana untuk meningkatkan Order.Dengan adanya permasalahan diatas penulis bertujuan dari peneliti ini adalah menerapkan CRM (Customer Relationship Management) untuk Membantu Manager menarik minat pelanggan baru melalui informasi promosi, Membantu manager mempertahankan pelanggan tetap, serta Membantu pelanggan memudahkan untuk Order. Dengan Metode pengembangan sistem/perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Model Waterfall.

Abstract

Dr.Jo’s clinic for beauty and aesthetics who had a concern for excellent services. The services that customers choose one is beauty service, mostly in a month there’s 4500 patience who using the clinic’s services. For using the services of this clinic, patients have to register for the first place, in this case, there are usually people gonna make a line and waiting too long. This problem also happened because the patient didn’t know the schedule of the doctor in charge for that day. For the solutions, clinics need an Information System Service based on WEB using a PHP Program and MY SQL Database. With the information system Service, clinics could avoid the line case when doing registration on the spot because the data was recorded before using online registration. With Information System Service, we avoiding the line of registration and the patient can check the doctor’s schedule, and the patient could arrange the meeting properly and having a consul hour following their schedule.

Abstract

PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa is a limited liability company engaged in providing satellite-based telecommunications infrastructure networks (Very Small Aperture Terminal / VSAT). In an effort to service customer VSAT network connections, PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa often gets various reports of complaints from its customers. However, the complaints report management process that has been running so far is still not effective, causing the handling of customer complaints to run slowly and require a long time. In formulating the solution to the problem, it is proposed a helpdesk trouble ticket information system to help PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa in managing complaints reports is faster and more effective. Information systems were developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The system development model used is Rapid Application Development (RAD) by being modeled through Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams. The results of this study produce a trouble ticket helpdesk information system that helps PT. Satkomindo Mediyasa in managing customer complaints reports is faster and more effective.
