Abstract

Wireless sensor network is a technology used in supporting monitoring activities both inside and outside environment. Data communication on wireless sensor networks is done wirelessly. The Zigbee protocol is one of the protocols used in data communication on wireless sensor networks as an implementation of XBEE devices. In this study measurement of Zigbee protocol performance on XBEE devices inside and outside environment. The measurement conditions in the room are limited by the wall partition, while the outdoor conditions are line of sight. Measurements were made by sending packet data using XCTU software, by testing distance parameters, packet delay, packet loss, RSSI, and throughput with 84 Bytes packet data size. The results showed that the measurement results of XBEE Pro S2 devices that were carried out indoors were able to communicate with a maximum distance of 30 meters, while the outdoor measurements showed the communication capability of XBEE Pro S2 devices reached a maximum distance of 600 meters.

Abstract

Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) is a research cluster that is very important to overcome problems related to the image search process. The development of internet technology and data communication has caused the number of multimedia images currently circulating to be very high. This study took the Color Moment method to carry out the feature extraction process. Before the feature extraction process, a segmentation process was carried out to separate the background image and the foreground image. Next, each background and front image is stored in the database. Method performance measurement is done by calculating the value of precision and recall. The test image used is the Wang dataset consisting of ten image classes. The test results show the level of recall or completeness of the images that were found to have increased significantly after using the K-Means segmentation process. But a high enough recall value decreases the value of precision or the comparison of true images with the image found overall. Precision values ​​decrease when compared to the CBIR method without running the K-Means segmentation.

Abstract

Information and communication technology is something that is difficult to separate from human life in the present era. One example of information and communication technology is a network of proxy routers. This study uses the penetration testing method, which aims to analyze the security system of the proxy router that has been applied to Warnet Aulia.net. In analyzing network security, the Mikrotik Router is done by the method of penetration testing where the form of attacks on the network is simulated. In this study Python and Winboxpoc.py were successfully run on the Windows 10 operating system. The results of this study indicate that the network security owned by the Aulia.net cafe network still has many gaps to exploit. As for the results of some attacks, it shows serious things in terms of exploitation, such as the output of getting a proxy router password and username. Therefore, this study also provides a solution on how to prevent the mikrotik router from being exploited. Problem solving is explained using several alternative solutions, so that practitioners or network technicians are expected to be able to utilize knowledge related to the results of this study in order to secure the router.

Abstract

NDN (Named Data Networking) is one of today's internet technologies with identifier of the packet is given in the form of a content name, not a source or destination address. Such properties make NDN have a new forwarding mechanism and different from host to host (IP-based) network architecture. Utilization of this new technology is usually incomplete or there is a need for simulations for initial testing and testing. This paper will discuss about NDN simulation. The simulation will be done using ndnSIM, an open source simulator and testing was performed at Information Technology Campus, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University’s intranet.

Abstract

Company management has right to hope for its employees to respect reasonable standard of ethical code. The employees who act inappropriately or out of ordinary can damage business. It is very dangerous if management believes that every employee has the same view with him. Therefore, one of the best ways to clarify about what is expected by management towards its employees is making general work rules. Then it needs a monitoring system that is by designing an employee Monitoring System Application by detecting its position with the LBS (Location Based Service) method based on Android and implementing the method. The purpose of this study is helping the leaders for workforce section to control the existence and position of its employees, making it easier for leaders to make decisions and discipline employees at work. The benefits of this study that is this system can control the employees in absent from work. Useful as material for employee evaluation in jobs whether in accordance with working hours determined by a company. The system becomes a monitoring control tool for the employees.

Abstract

Food is a major human need that must be completed at any time. This right is one of human rights, stated in article 27 of the 1945 Constitution and in the Rome Declaration (1996). These considerations underlie the issuance of Law No. 7/1996 concerning Food. With these considerations, the Government always considers increasing food security related to increasing domestic production. This research is expected to contribute to the government in order to predict the contribution of rice by province in Indonesia. The data used is data from the National Statistics Agency through the website www.bps.go.id. The data is data on rice / rice production based on provinces in Indonesia in the period of 2010 to 2015. The algorithm used in this study is Artificial Neural Networks with the Backpropagation method. The input (input) variables used are data for 2010 (X1), data for 2011 (X2), data for 2012 (X3), data for 2013 (X4), data for 2014 (X5) and data for 2015 as targets with models training and testing architecture of 4 architectures namely 4-4-1, 4-8-1, 4-16-1, 4-32-1. The resulting output is the best pattern of ANN architecture. The best architectural model is 4-4-1 with 218 days, MSE 0.012728078 and an accuracy rate of 97%. From this model obtained from estimates obtained from provinces in Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of business in this globalization era has led to increasingly a competition, the application of IT in business today isn’t enough, therefore a company needs enterprise resource planning (ERP) to keep the company's cycle spinning amid global competition. Now ERP not only be applied to large companies,UKM/UMKM Currently can use ERP to run the business process. Unfortunately, the company doesn’t understand the importance of ERP and the benefits of ERP, including CV Rumah Indah, a home interior company, which is a case study in this journal. CV Rumah Indah still applies conventional business processes which are all done manually. Even though in practice the business owner encounters several obstacles in the distribution of raw materials, the distance between the production house and the supplier, and there is one raw material that is difficult to obtain if supplier’s stock runs out so the company must be waiting till the materials available. It takes the business owner have to go back to the supplier to take orders for the raw material that was ordered on the previous visit, besides that the interior production time becomes delayed. Therefore, the author took initiative to provide a solution of the problems faced by business owners, the solution is applying the purchase module on ERP using the open source ERPNext software. Hope that implementation of ERP being able to help in the effectiveness and time efficiency when purchasing raw materials to suppliers.

Abstract

Doorprize is a gift given by the Bank Syariah Mandiri Brands Office Pematangsiantar for free through a lottery because of the amount of nominal value of saving for one month and the transactions made both in payment of shopping and so on and also a sign of memories in an event. A Doorprize wiil be highly anticipated by somenone because sometimes the Doorprize is very large. Therefore, here the author chooses the Promethee method to determine the selection of Doorprize. So here is the aim of attracting balances, savings and other transaction.

Abstract

Tax is a source of funds for the state to overcome various problems such as social problems, improving welfare, prosperity of its people. In the Batubara district itself, the number of receipts of Motor Vehicle Taxes and the development of the number of motorized vehicles have increased but not offset by awareness of taxpayers, this is reflected in the amount of arrears and considerable fines at the Coal Samsat Office. Looking at these problems, a method that is effective in estimating the number of vehicles paying taxes in the Batubara district is needed. The data used is data from the Regency Statistics Agency. Coal through the website www.batubarakab.bps.go.id. The data is the number of motorized vehicles that pay taxes in the Coal district in the period of 2012 to 2017. The algorithm used in this study is Artificial Neural Networks with the Backpropagation method. Input variables used are 2012 data (X1), 2013 data (X2), 2014 data (X3), 2015 data (X4), 2016 data (X5) and 2017 data as targets with models training and testing architecture of 4 architectures namely 4-4-1, 4-8-1, 4-16-1, 4-32-1. The resulting output is the best pattern of ANN architecture. The best architectural model is 4-8-1 with epoch 3681, MSE 0.009744 and 100% accuracy. So that the prediction of the number of motorized vehicles that pay taxes is obtained in Batubara district.
