Abstract

Content Based Image Retrieval (CBIR) is a research cluster that is very important to overcome problems related to the image search process. The development of internet technology and data communication has caused the number of multimedia images currently circulating to be very high. This study took the Color Moment method to carry out the feature extraction process. Before the feature extraction process, a segmentation process was carried out to separate the background image and the foreground image. Next, each background and front image is stored in the database. Method performance measurement is done by calculating the value of precision and recall. The test image used is the Wang dataset consisting of ten image classes. The test results show the level of recall or completeness of the images that were found to have increased significantly after using the K-Means segmentation process. But a high enough recall value decreases the value of precision or the comparison of true images with the image found overall. Precision values ​​decrease when compared to the CBIR method without running the K-Means segmentation.

Abstract

To support the national economy and expand the employment opportunities through investment development and awareness that Indonesia still needs foreign investors.As anticipation, the expectation that there will be a complete set of Government regulations that applied to foreign employees, as well as the security of using foreign employees. The objective is to prioritize the Indonesian employee while selectively using the foreign employee. This study analyzes the actual conditions of the Implementation of Transfer Knowledge and Technology of Foreign Employees to Improve the Quality of Indonesian Employees through library research. With a normative juridical case approach, this study was conducted to analyze how regulatory arrangements related to Manpower Foreign Employees and how the implementation of technology transfer and expertise of foreign employees. The results showed that the regulation of transfer of technology and knowledge had been regulated in Presidential Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning the Use of Foreign Employees and Ministerial Regulation Number 10 of 2018 concerning Procedures for the Use of Foreign Employees but the implementation of the regulation has not optimal yet in terms of supervision of the relevant agencies.

Abstract

Dengan adanya kebutuhan akan media pemasaran dan sarana penjualan produk secara daring, sistem informasi e-commerce berbasis website sangat dibutuhkan sebagai sarana jual beli dengan pelanggan, serta pemesanan gitar custom secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem e-commerce bagi Concordia Music Shop guna memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan meningkatkan peluang bisnis bagi usaha Concordia Music Shop. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif dan menerapkan metode SDLC Rapid Application Development (RAD) dalam proses perancangan dan pembangunan sistem. Teknik penotasian rancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang berfungsi menggambarkan struktur, perilaku, dan interaksi dalam sistem. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode black box yang berfungsi untuk menghindari kesalahan performa dan antarmuka. Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan user experience juga diukur menggunakan User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dan pengukuran user experience, sistem yang dirancang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan Concordia Music Shop serta memiliki tingkat user experience di atas rata-rata.WEB-BASED E-COMMERCE INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN ON CONCORDIA MUSIC SHOPWith the need for marketing media and means of selling products online, a website-based e-commerce information system is needed to buy and sell with customers and order custom guitars online. This study aimed to develop an e-commerce system for Concordia Music Shop to expand marketing reach and increase business opportunities for Concordia Music Shop business. This study used qualitative data collection methods and applied the SDLC Rapid Application Development (RAD) method in the system design and development process. The system design notation technique used the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to describe the system’s structure, behavior, and interactions. System testing was carried out using the black box method, which avoids performance and interface errors. In addition, the level of user experience satisfaction was also measured using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Based on the results of system testing and user experience measurements, the system designed is able to meet the needs of Concordia Music Shop and has an above-average level of user experience.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the provision regarding the Termination of Employment and see its effectiveness in the field, especially with the current regulations regarding the current regulations concerning the Protection and the Business Continuity of Worker / Labor in related to the Prevention and Control of Covid-19 outbreaks. This research is using sociological juridical research with a statute approach and an approach called Live Case Study. The research show, these current regulations could not force employers to minimize the employment termination yet many of formal employees being laid off and terminated without any severance payment. Therefore, the government should coordinate with relevant ministries / institutions, especially the Ministry of Manpower as well the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in order to prioritize in providing protection and assistance of government programs for employers and employees to minimize cases in term of the Termination of Employment. Tujuan studi ini adalah untuk menganalisis ketentuan mengenai Pemutusan Hubungan Kerja serta melihat efektifitasnya di lapangan terlebih dengan adanya regulasi terkini tentang Perlindungan dan Kelangsungan Usaha Pekerja / Tenaga Kerja terkait Pencegahan dan Pengendalian wabah Covid-19 khususnya untuk Provinsi Bali yang selalu mengandalkan industri Pariwisata sebagai komoditas utamanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian yuridis-sosiologis dengan pendekatan Peraturan perundang-undangan dan Live Case Study. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peraturan normatif yang berlaku tidak dapat memaksa para pelaku usaha untuk meminimalkan pemutusan hubungan kerja, namun banyak tenaga kerja yang terkena PHK dan diberhentikan tanpa pembayaran pesangon. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah perlu berkoordinasi dengan kementerian / lembaga terkait, khususnya Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan serta Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif agar dapat memprioritaskan dalam memberikan perlindungan dan bantuan program pemerintah kepada pengusaha dan pegawai untuk meminimalisir kasus PHK tersebut.

Abstract

Memasuki era digital, sistem pemasaran juga mengalami perubahan dari system pasar konvensional menuju sistem pasar digital. Pemasaran digital sudah berjalan secara aktif pada satu dekade terakhir. Proses transformasi ini tidak serta merta berjalan mulus. Terjadi gejolak dalam dunia pemasaran baik dari segi etika maupun regulasi. Marketplace, sebuah sistem pasar digital kemudian menjadi objek dari penelitian ini. Yang menarik adalah ketika sebuah transaksi pasar dilakukan di dunia maya. Potensi permasalahan yang muncul bukan hanya antara pembeli dengan penjual namun juga dengan pemilik Marketplace itu sendiri. Untuk menelusuri sistem dari Marketplace dari sisi regulasi akan dikaji lebih lanjut dalam penelitian ini melalui studi kasus dan peraturan perundang-undangan terkait. Sehingga diharapkan penelitian ini mampu memberikan gambaran secara umum terkait regulasi di dalam Marketplace.

Abstract

The judge's interpretation of the novelty principle, where the Panel of Judges in industrial design disputes argues that an industrial design can be said to be new if it has undergone a significant change in visual appearance, meaning that the visual appearance of the two objects is very different. If not, then the modification of a product cannot be called new so that it cannot be considered as an industrial design. The problems of this research include: how is the regulation of product novelty in the registration of industrial designs in Law Number 31 of 2000 and how is the legal protection of designers against the concept of novelty of products in the legal system in Indonesia. This type of research used in discussing the problem of this research is normative legal research. The conclusions of this research are as follows: Regulations on Product Newness in the Registration of Industrial Designs in Law Number 31 of 2000, among others, are in Article 9. And legal remedies are contained in Article 54 of Law Number 31 of 2000. Legal protection of designers against the concept of product novelty In the legal system in Indonesia, among others: Preventive protection: This protection is also closely related to the awareness of the owner of the industrial design rights themselves to register their industrial designs in order to get protection from the State. Regressive protection for holders of Industrial Design Rights is protection that is carried out directly to resolve or overcome an event or incident that has occurred in the form of a violation of the right to industrial design. Penafsiran terhadap penerapan prinsip kebaruan (novelty) oleh hakim, dimana Majelis Hakim dalam sengketa desain industri berpendapat bahwa sebuah desain industri dapat dikatakan baru apabila telah mengalami perubahan penampakan visual yang signifikan, artinya penampakan visual kedua benda tersebut menjadi sangat berbeda. Bila tidak, maka modifikasi suatu produk tersebut tidak dapat disebut baru sehingga tidak dapat dianggap sebagai suatu desain industri. Permasalahan penelitian ini antara lain: bagaimanakah Pengaturan tentang Kebaharuan Produk dalam Pendaftaran Desain Industri pada Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2000 dan bagaimanakah Perlindungan Hukum Pendesain terhadap konsep kebaharuan produk dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam membahas masalah penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Simpulan penelitian ini sebagai berikut: Pengaturan tentang Kebaharuan Produk dalam Pendaftaran Desain Industri pada Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2000 antara lain dalam Pasal 9. Dan upaya hukum tertuang dalam Pasal 54 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 2000.Perlindungan Hukum Pendesain terhadap konsep kebaharuan produk dalam sistem hukum di Indonesia antara lain :Perlindungan preventif : Perlindungan ini juga sangat berkaitan dengan kesadaran dari pemilik hak desain industri itu sendiri untuk mendaftarkan desain industrinya agar mendapatkan perlindungan dari Negara. Perlindungan refresif bagi pemegang Hak Desain Industri adalah perlindungan yang dilakukan secara langsung untuk menyelesaikan atau memanggulangi suatu peristiwa atau kejadian yang telah terjadi berupa pelanggaran hak atas desain industri.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam kegiatan pembelajaran, seorang guru sudah pasti akan berhadapan dengan berbagai persoalan baik menyangkut peserta didik, subject matter, maupun metode pembelajaran. Sebagai seorang profesional, guru harus melakukan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran secara terus menerus agar prestasi belajar peserta didik optimal. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut guru harus dibekali dengan kemampuan meneliti, khususnya Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru SD Negeri 5 Padangsambian, dalam menyusun laporan PTK yang sesuai dengan sistematika. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat meliputi beberapa kegiatan yaitu Pengumpulan Data, Indentifikasi Masalah, Analisis Kebutuhan Materi Pelatihan, Perancangan dan Penyusunan Modul Pelatihan, Pelaksanaan Pelatihan, dan Dokumentasi Kegiatan dan Laporan. Dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pelatihan penyusunan laporan PTK kepada guru-guru SD Negeri 5 Padangsambian yang telah dilakukan, mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru-guru dalam penyusunan laporan PTK sebesar 81,26%. Kata kunci: pelatihan; penelitian tindakan kelas. ABSTRACTIn learning activities, a teacher will certainly be dealing with various problems both regarding students, subject matter, and learning methods. As a professional, teachers must continuously improve the quality of learning so that students' learning achievement is optimal. To realize this the teacher must be equipped with the ability to research, especially Classroom Action Research. The purpose of this community service activity is to improve the ability of Padangsambian 5 Elementary School teachers to compile PTK reports in accordance with systematics. The implementation of community service activities includes several activities, namely Data Collection, Problem Identification, Analysis of Training Material Requirements, Training Module Design and Preparation, Training Implementation, and Documentation of Activities and Reports. From the community service activities carried out, it can be concluded that the PTK report preparation training for Padangsambian State Elementary School 5 teachers has been able to improve the ability of teachers in PTK report preparation by 81.26% Keywords: training; classroom action research

Abstract

Applications for a good day to carry out the pengabenan ceremony of the mambal traditional village often encounter obstacles, with a process that is still manual, it certainly has a fairly high risk of error because it is caused by physical factors from a bendesa as an expert, including fatigue and forgetfulness. In this study, we will provide solutions to problems or obstacles experienced by the bendesa as an expert by designing and building a system that can represent a bendesa in the dewasa pengabenan application process by adopting the mindset of a bendesa in recommending dewasa pengabenan. The parameters used in this system consist of 54 conditions with 20 conditions that must be avoided. The parameters used are sasih, tri wara, panca wara, sapta wara, penanggal, panglong and wuku. The system that was built provides output in the form of recommendations for dewasa pengabenan, which are web-based, using the PHP framework Laravel programming language, and the database is managed with mysql. This system has been tested by the Bendesa as an expert and several users, the results obtained from the test can be concluded that the function of the features in the system is in accordance with what is expected
