Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi wisatawan terhadap objek wisata Air Sanih ditinjau dari teori 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary). Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket dan wawancara, yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh wisatawan yang berkunjung ke objek wisata Air Sanih serta pihak pengelola objek wisata Air Sanih. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 100 responden yang diambil dari pengunjung selaku wisatawan yang datang ke objek wisata Air Sanih Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, persepsi wisatawan terhadap objek wisata Air Sanih ditinjau dari teori 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenitis, dan Ancillary) termasuk dalam kategori kurang positif dengan rata-rata skor 53,94. Jadi perbaikan dan peningkatan perlu dilakukan oleh pihak pengelola Air Sanih untuk menambah jumlah kunjungan ke Objek Wisata tersebut. Kata Kunci : Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary, Air Sanih, Wisatawan This study aims to determine the perception of tourists to Air Sanih review of the theory of 4A (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenities, Ancillary). Data collection methods used in this study is a questionnaire method and interviews are then analyzed descriptively. Population in this study are all tourists who visit to the Air Sanih as well as the management of Air Sanih. The sample used is as much as 100 respondents taken from visitors as tourists who come to Air Sanih. The results of research show the perception of tourists to the object of Air Sanih tourism reviewed from the attraction, accessibility, amenities, and ancillary included in the category less positive with an average score of 53,94. So repairs and improvements need to be done by the management of Air Sanih to increase the number of visits to the Tourism Object. keyword : Attraction, accessibility, amenities, ancillary, Air Sanih, Tourists

Abstract

Penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT dalam 1) meningkatkan aktivitas siswa 2) meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Dasar pengeritingan rambut. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif tipe NHT, sedangkan variabel terikat dari penelitian ini terdiri dari aktivitas dan hasil belajar siswa. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI Tata Kecantikan Rambut. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa tes untuk hasil belajar ranah kognitif, lembar observasi untuk aktivitas belajar siswa dan hasil belajar ranah afektif dan penilaian keterampilan untuk ranah psikomotor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Aktivitas belajar siswa ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 75,94 pada siklus I menjadi sebesar 91,88 pada siklus II. Peningkatan yang terjadi pada siklus I dan II aktivitas belajar siswa sebesar 6,25. 2) Ketuntasan klasikal untuk hasil belajar pada siklus I sebesar 93,75% menjadi sebesar 100% pada siklus II. Peningkatan yang terjadi pada siklus I dan II pada hasil belajar 6,25%.Kata Kunci : Aktivitas Belajar, Hasil Belajar, Pembelajaran Pengeritingan Rambut The research that has been conducted is Classroom Action Research. This study aims to implement cooperative learning model type NHT in 1) increase student activity 2) improve student learning outcomes in learning Basic hair curling. Independent variable of this research is Cooperative Learning Model of NHT type, while the dependent variable of this research consists of activity and student learning outcomes. Sources of data from this study are students of class XI Tata Beauty Hair. Data collection techniques used in the form of tests for cognitive domain learning results, observation sheets for student learning activities and affective learning and the assessment of skills for psychomotor domain. The results of this study indicate that 1) Student learning activity is shown by the average class of 75.94 in the first cycle to be 91.88 in cycle II. The increase that occurred in the first and second cycle of student learning activities amounted to 6.25. 2) Classical completeness for learning outcomes in the first cycle of 93.75% to 100% in cycle II. The increase in cycle I and II on the learning outcomes of 6.25%. keyword : Learning Activity, Learning outcomes, Learning Hair Curling

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas manisan kulit pisang kepok dilihat dari, (1) aspek bentuk,(2) aroma (3) tekstur dan (4) rasa.Penelitian ini menggunakan panelis terlatih yang terdiri dari 20 orang panelis. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode observasi dengan menggunakan instrument berupa lembar uji organoleptik dengan 3 tingkatan yaitu baik, cukup, dan kurang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) kualitas manisan kulit pisang kepok tanpa jeruk lemon dan dengan jeruk lemon dilihat dari aspek bentuk berada dalam kategori baik, dengan skor 2.9 dan 2.9 sesuai tolok ukur yaitu manis, bentuk rapi dan menarik, (2) kualitas manisan kulit pisang kepok dilihat dari aspek aroma berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor 2.45 dan 2.8 sesuai tolok ukur yaitu dominan memiliki aroma kulit pisang kepok, (3) kualitas manisan kulit pisang kepok dilihat dari aspek tekstur berada dalam kategori baik dengan skor 2.8 dan 2.9 sesuai tolok ukur yaitu kering dan kenyal, (4) kualitas manisan kulit pisang kepok dilihat dari aspek rasa berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 2.75 dan 2.85. Sesuai dengan tolok ukur yaitu manis dan sedikit sepat. Kata Kunci : manisan, kulit pisang kepok, aroma, tekstur dan rasa. Abstract This experimental research to know the quality of candied banana peel skin seen from, (1) form, (2) aroma (3) texture and (4) taste. research using panelist consisting of 20 panelist. Data settlement method used in this research is observation method by using instrument. With 3 levels of good, enough, and less. Data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive technique. The results of this study show (1) the quality of candied banana peel kepok without lemon and with lemon in terms of shape in good category, with the score 2.9 and 2.9 according to benchmarks that is sweet, neat and attractive form, (2) the quality of banana peel kepok seen from the aspect of the scent is in good category with score 2.45 and 2.8 according to the dominant benchmarks have banana peel scent, (3) the quality of candied banana peel skin seen from the texture side is in good category with score 2.8 and 2.9 according to the benchmark that is dry and chewy, (4) the quality of candied banana skin kepok seen from the sense aspect is in good category with a score of 2.75 and 2.85. In accordance with the benchmark it is sweet and slightly sour keyword : *sweets, banana peel, aroma, texture and taste.*
