Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan (1) Mengetahui pelayanan jasa pembuatan busana di Butik Ria Singaraja(2) Mengetahui kualitas pelayanan jasa pembuatan busana. Penelitian dilakukan di Butik Ria Singaraja. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pelanggan atau konsumen. Objek penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan jasa pembuatan busana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, dan kuesioner. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar wawancara, dan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) pelayanan jasa pembuatan busana di Butik Ria Singaraja adalah: pelayanan jasa pembuatan (a) busana pesta (b) kebaya modifikasi (c) busana pengantin. (d) busana kerja (2) kualitas pelayanan jasa pembuatan busana di Butik Ria Singaraja ditinjau dari konsep A3 pelayanan prima yaitu sikap, perhatian, tindakan dan fasilitas secara keseluruhan berada pada kategori sangat baik. berdasarkan variabel sikap dengan kategori sangat baik. Variabel perhatian berada pada kategori sangat baik. Variabel tindakan berada pada kategori sangat baik. dan variabel fasilitas berada pada kategori sangat baik. Kata Kunci : kualitas pelayanan, jasa, pembuatan Busana This descriptive study aimed (1) Determine the services manufacture of clothing in the Boutique Ria Singaraja (2) Knowing the quality of service the manufacture of clothing. The study was conducted in Singaraja Ria Boutique. The subjects of this study are customers or consumers. The object of this study is the quality of service of making clothes. Data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. The research instrument used sheets interviews, and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using qualitative descriptive analysis. Results of this study were (1) services the manufacture of clothing in the Boutique Ria Singaraja is: service creation services (a) a party dress (b) modified kebaya (c) a wedding dress. (d) work clothing (2) quality of service manufacture of clothing in the Boutique Ria Singaraja A3 concept in terms of excellent service that is the attitude, attention, action and overall facilities are in very good category. based variable attitude with excellent category. Variable concern is the very good category. Abstract

Penelitian deskriptif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab penurunan minat makan anak usia dini terhadap makanan sehat di TK Budhiyasa Sangsit. Faktor penyebab penurunan minat makan dikaji dari faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode Angket dan wawancara. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar pernyataan angket dan pedoman wawancara yang melibatkan 34 orang tua siswa, 34 orang siswa dan 6 orang guru. Selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab dari penurunan minat makan anak usia dini terhadap makanan sehat di TK Budhiyasa Sangsit ini adalah dominan dipengaruhi oleh faktor ekternal atau faktor dari luar diri siswa yaitu 51,5% factor ekonomi, 61,7% faktor pengetahuan tentang makanan untuk anak usia dini, 67,6% faktor sosial budaya dan 75% faktor lingkungan. Kata Kunci : Minat Makan, faktor internal, dan eksternal This descriptive study aimed to determine factor causing the deline in interest I early hildhood to eat heaalty food at Budhiyasa Kindergarten in Sangsit regency. This problem assesses from internal factors and external factor. The data collection mehod were questionnaire and interviews methods. The research instruments were questionnaire sheet and interview guide which was tasted to 34 parents of students, 34 students and 6 teacher. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by qualitative technique. The result showed the causes of the decline in the interest in early childhood to eat healthy food at Budhiyasa Kindergarten was external factors such as from the student itself, 51,5% economic factor, 61,7% education about food for early childhood factor, 67,6% social and cultural studies and 75% environmental factor. keyword : interest in eating, internal and external factors.
