Abstract

The objectives of this research are to acknowledge the relative density index of plant species and the distribution of the plant species in the village forest of Penglipuran, Bangli, Bali, Indonesia, and (2) the utilization of his research results in instructional media. The population of this study is the whole area of Penglipuran village forest and all the plant species in it. The samples of this study are all plant species covered in 100 quadratics of size 10x10m. The sampling technique used is systematic sampling. The data are analyzed descriptively. Population utilization of research result in instructional media use student of Department of Biology Education FMIPA Undiksha, Semester V class A, B, and C. The sample is student class V class A with number of student counted 25 people. The sampling technique is by using random sampling technique. The method of data collection is interview and observation. The data are analyzed descriptively. Result of this research are (1) The plant species distribution mapping result shows that the plant species have wide, medium, and narrow distribution. (2) From the 34 species which are included into 21 families, 10 of them have the highest relative density index. (3) The results of this research can be used as a media in learning Biology, especially in Plant Ecology

Abstract

Object detection is a topic widely studied by the scientists as a special study in image processing. Although applications of this topic have been implemented, but basically this technology is not yet mature, futher research is needed to developed to obtain the desired result. The aim of the present study is to detect cigarette objects on video by using the Viola Jones method (Haar Cascade Classifier). This method known to have speed and high accuracy because of combining some concept (Haar features, integral image, Adaboost, and Cascade Classifier) to be a main method to detect objects. In this research, detection testing of cigarettes object is in samples of video with the resolution 160x120 pixels, 320x240 pixels, 640x480 pixels under condition of on 1 cigarette object and condition 2 cigarettes object. The result of this research indicated that percentage of average accuracy highest 93.3% at condition 1 cigarette object and 86,7% in the condition 2 cigarette object that was detected on the video with resolution 640x480 pixels, while the percentage of accuracy lowest 90% at condition 1cigarette object, and 81,7% at the condition 2 cigarette objects, detected on the video with the lowest resolution 160x120 pixels. The percentage of average errors at detection cigarettes object was inversely with percentage of accuracy. So that the detection system is able to better recognize the object of the cigarette, then the number of samples in the database needs to be improved and able to represent various types of cigarettes under various conditions and can be added new parameters related to cigarette object

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pengukuran tingkat kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap situs e-commerce. Langkah awal yang dilakukan yaitu identifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan melalui studi literatur dan studi empirik untuk menentukan model analisis terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi secara online yaitu pengetahuan konsumen terhadap e-commerce, reputasi penjual, resiko dalam transaksi, kemudahan penggunaan e-commerce, jaminan sistem, sikap/perilaku terhadap sistem dan sistem keamanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Provinsi Bali menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan snowball sampling dengan kriteria responden pernah berkunjung dan melakukan transaksi di e-commerce yang ada di Indonesia lebih dari 3 kali. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan data interval berskala 5 Likert. Instrumen terlebih dahulu diuji validitas isi dengan metode Robert Gregory, validitas empiris menggunakan rumus product moment, reliabilitas instrument menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha, dan menghasilkan 59 pernyataan yang dapat digunakan untuk pengambilan data. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 126 responden. Teknik analisis data, pengujian hipotesis dan pengujian model menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS AMOS 21. Hasil penelitian ini melalui pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang situs e-commerce dan perlindungan keamanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan. Resiko, kemudahan e-commerce, jaminan sistem dan sistem keamanan bukan menjadi sesuatu yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kepercayaan pelanggan karena pengaruhnya tidak signifikan. Reputasi yang dirasakan dan sikap merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan dan paling berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan pelanggan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian ini kemudian diuji menggunakan goodness of fit index dan menghasilkan bahwa model penelitian tersebut dapat diterima dan dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan keinginan pelanggan untuk bertransaksi online

Abstract

This research can provide the answer that the potential of the local area is quite potential and needs to be utilized wisely for the welfare of the community. The purpose of this research is to know the potential of medicinal plant cultivation land and to obtain data base on the suitability of medicinal plant cultivation area with application of Geographical Information System (GIS) as a medicinal plant area in Sambore Tribe Area. In this research using survey method with MLA (Multidiciplinaire Landscape Assessment) approach is a method to determine "what resources are most important to society. Abstract

A pharmacy is a place of health service but indirectly also an effort to get the benefit. From the business point of view, of course, the pharmacy requires a system of processing inventory of goods, especially drugs - drugs in order to avoid losses. One of the pharmacies that have not optimally utilized the technology is at Apotek Karunia Asih located in Canggu Badung Bali. To overcome the problem of inventory control, at Apotek Karunia Asih requires inventory control application. The purpose of this research is to develop inventory control application with hybrid periodic order quantity - moving average method in Apotek Karunia Asih which gives benefit to the controlling of goods in pharmacies so that the goods and drugs sold in another are no longer past the expiration date, dead stock, stacking or stock shortages. Development of inventory control application with hybrid periodic order quantity - moving average method in Apotek Karunia Asih uses SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) process to describe the stages in software development. SDLC process used is waterfall model. Waterfall model is a model that is systematic and sequential in building software, starting from the analysis, design, coding, testing, and support or maintenance. Implementation of this research is applied by using PHP programming language with the help of Codeigniter framework. For the testing process, five (5) test process stages are performed: (1) white box test which states that the source code implementation is appropriate and there is no error, (2) black box test to find out whether all software functional is appropriate, (3) test the suitability of the system to find out the correctness of the calculation process performed by the application, (4) the user response test which states the application and the methods used are very appropriate in controlling the supply of drugs in pharmacies; (5) the previous training test on forecasting that the previous training score will be used to predict the need is 6 because it has the smallest MAPE and MSE so that the forecasting results can be in accordance with the actual data.
