<![CDATA[This study examines the effect of the tax collection system and tax services on taxpayer compliance with the gelis sambul service as a moderator. The research was conducted on the taxpayers of the Joint Samsat Office of Buleleng Regency. The number of samples as many as 99 people using the slovin technique. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the tax collection system and service tax authorities have a positive effect on taxpayer compliance. The gelis sambul service variable is also able to moderate the effect between the tax collection system and taxpayer compliance. Meanwhile, the effect of the tax service on taxpayer compliance was not moderated by the gelis sambul service]]>

<![CDATA[Saving behavior is an action to reduce consumption, that is, individuals can consume it in the future. A bad money management attitude will make it difficult for individuals to save and are afraid to save, it will even make them accustomed to the luxurious lifestyle that constantly occurs in everyday life. It is suspected that the importance of thrifty behavior in adolescents can reduce waste in consumption activities carried out. This research method is a library search or search by library search. In this study it was found that good financial knowledge would be able to increase the saving behavior of young people. Suggestions from this study, it is hoped that financial literacy programs can be improved and integrated into learning materials at various levels of study, in order to improve the right attitude in financial management, namely saving, investing, understanding financial features and services, and even making financial decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[The results of this study will provide an understanding of Corporate University how it affects competence, the implementation process is and how knowledge management (KM) is in the implementation of CorpU. The research method used is SLR by identifying, analyzing, based on the results of previous research obtained through google schoolar and scopus. The search process is used to obtain relevant sources to get answer research questions (RQ). The data is in the form of secondary data, The keywords in the literature search are "Corporate University, and Knowledge Management". The results showed that there was an effect of CorpU implementation on employee competence. In building CorpU, there are several stages that can be carried out starting from the preparation stage (organizational diagnosis), providing facilities and infrastructure, building collaboration to implementing CorpU. One of the important pillars in CorpU is (KM) where the important benefit of KM is that it allows knowledge assets to be stored properly and can be reused when needed. CorpU is the right solution in reducing the competency gap. From many studies, CorpU implementation is able to improve organizational performance because learning in the organization is integrated.]]>

<![CDATA[Assessment of company performance based on financial information is not sufficient for stakeholders in making decisions. Stakeholders need other information, such as non-financial information, namely economic, enviromental and social aspects contained in sustaiability reports. The aims of this research is to anylize the influence of the ESG Score on the financial performance of companies indexed by the IDX ESG Leader from 2020 to 2022. The number of samples in this research is 39 which was determined using the purposive sampling method. Data was processed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that the ESG Score influences the financial performance of companies listed on the IDX ESG Leader Index from 2020 to 2022.]]>

<![CDATA[ The economy in Indonesia is experiencing a slump due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The problems caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in the real sector or the business world have the potential to cause problems in the banking sector. Banks in Indonesia still rely a lot on their operating income from lending. With the current economic conditions, it is feared that there will be many bad loans, and this will affect the level of profitability. This study aims to analyze the level of profitability before and during the covid-19 pandemic (case study on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange). The research method used is a quantitative method with the object of research being the financial data of banking companies listed on the IDX. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method, and the data collection method used is the documentation method. The data analysis technique used the paired sample t-test, which was processed with SPSS 22 for Windows. The study uses financial data for the 2019-2020 period. The results showed that there was a significant difference in ROA between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic with a significance value of 0.00. While ROE and NPM there are no significant differences between before and during the COVID-19 pandemic in banking companies listed on the IDX.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the factors that affect the interest of students of class XII IPS following extracurricular accounting economics. This research is a type of quantitative research. The population and sample used are 144 students of class XII IPS SMAN 1 North Kuta. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using factor analysis techniques. The results showed that the factors that affect students following the extracurricular accounting economics consist of two factors, namely physical internal factors, intelligence, talent, maturity, and motivation, and external factors consisting of attention, family environment, and school environment. The most dominant factor influencing students' interests is motivation.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out the effectiveness of online learning based on Google Classroom in SMAN 1 Kubu, Kubu District, Karangasem Regency is reviewed from the dimensions of context, input, process and product. This study uses evaluative research design with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all teachers in SMAN 1 Kubu which amounts to 43 people. The sampling technique used is a jenuh sampling technique. The data collection method uses questionnaires and documentation analyzed using the Z-score and T-score descriptive tests and then the analysis results are converted in the Prototype Glickman quadrant. The results of this study showed that in the context dimensions are positive (+), inputs are negative (-), processes are positive (+), and products are positive (+). The results showed that the evaluation of Online learning based on Google Classroom in SMAN 1 Kubu, Kubu District, Karangasem Regency was categorized as quite effective.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to test: (1) the influence of creativity on student entrepreneurship interests, (2) the influence of entrepreneurial motivation on student entrepreneurship interests, and (3) the influence of creativity and entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial interests of economic education students at Ganesha University of Education. This type of research is causal research. The population in this study is students of the Economic Education study program for the 2018 to 2021 school years, which amounts to 277 students. The sample technique used is a simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection in this study is to use questionnaires and documentation with data analysis methods, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test using t-test and F-test processed with the help of IBM SPSS 25.00. The results of this study show that (1) there is an influence between creativity and entrepreneurial interests, partially with a signification value of 0.000<0.05, (2) there is an influence between entrepreneurial motivation and student interests, partially with a signification value of 0.000<0.05, and (3) there is an influence of creativity and entrepreneurial motivation on the entrepreneurial interests of students of Economic Education at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha simultaneously with a signification value of 0.000<0.05.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to examine the effect of capital adequacy and cash turnover on profitability. This study used causal quantitative research. The population in this study was the Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) in the Tegallalang district, within the total number of 45 LPD. The sample size of this study was 39 LPD, and the sampling technique being used was purposive sampling, so the type of useable data was quantitative data, secondary data sources, and data aggregation. Multiple linear regression was the analysis technique in this data. The results showed that (1) cash turnover affected profitability. (2) Capital adequacy affected profitability. (3) The level of cash turnover and capital adequacy affected profitability simultaneously. The higher the cash turnover, the more the cash re-entry through sales could be used to fund the company's operational activities. Therefore, the financial condition of LPD would be maintained, and the profitability also would be increased. This showed that the higher the capital adequacy, the more LPD will be able to take the existing risks and be able to avoid the company from existing losses.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effects of motivation and communication on staff performance at BUMDes Eka Budi Sakti in Seraya Village. This is an example of a causal study. The population of this research consisted of 38 BUMDes Eka Budi Sakti personnel. The sampling strategy used a saturated sample, in which the whole population served as the study sample. Observation and questionnaires are used during data collection. Multiple linear regression analysis, including the t-test and F-test, is utilized to analyze the data with the assistance of SPSS version 26.0 for Windows. This research indicates that motivation and communication have a favorable and substantial impact on employee performance at BUMDes Eka Budi Sakti in Seraya Village, either partly or concurrently. 64.2% of employee performance at BUMDes Eka Budi Sakti in Seraya Village is impacted by motivation and communication, whereas the remaining 35.8% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this research.]]>
