This paper tries to study the philosophical thought of onc of wcsteru greatcst philosopher, thats Immanuel Kant. Abstract

Tulisan ini mcnguraikan lilsafat moral atau etika menurut David Hume. Hume terkenal sebagai seorang empirisisme. Paham inilah yang membentuk epistemologinya, sehingga lahirlah anggapan bahwa ilmu tersebut hersilat relatif, subyektif bukan obyektif. Hume juga menolak ide kausalitas dan substansi, scbab keduanya tidak bisa dibuktikan secara cmpirik, scpcrti tidak terlihatnya daya kausal dan substansi itu sendiri. Iipisternologi ini rncndasari pemahaman etika Hume bahwa etika adatah masalah pcrasaan. Pcrasaart ini muncul dari kesan yang dihasilkan oleh fakta empirik, sehingga Humc beranggapan bahwa hukum moral adalah tidak ada. Dengan kata lain, etika adalah masalah pcrasaan setuju dan tidak setu.lu atau scnang dan tidak scnang. Jika setuju dan senang maka itu baik dan begitu juga scbaliknya. Nantun untuk meqiaga agar tidak ada kesewenang-wenangan etis maka Hume beranggapan bahwa manusia memiliki sikap saling simpati yang dibangun diatas empat keutamaan. Agar ini semua bisa berjalan dengan lancar lalu diciptakanlah norma-norma tertentu dan dalam penerapan norlna ini dilaksanakanlah pembiasan-pembiasaan. I,embiasaan yang mcniadi kebiasaal inilah yang menjadi seakan-akan tcrasa sepcrti hukum moral.

Abstract

The liberation theology is a theology which puts great ernphasis on fieedom, equality and distributive justice and strongly condemns exploitation of rnan by man, opprcssion and pcrsccution. lhe main character olthis thcology is its conccrn to thc mustadhafun (the weak people). Suclr tlrc ology didnt want the status quo rvhich protect the rich people. Its anti-status quo either in religoLrs field or politic one. Such theology play the imporlant role in caring tbr the weak people who his right was under attack. Its also give thc weak a strong ideological weapon facing its tyrant. ln l"act, such theology motivated tlte developing of practical Islam as bargaining position betwecn man and his destiny. Its supposed both are the complement factor between and a nothet than an antagonislic concePt.

Abstract

In general, sufisrn consist of threc kinds, arc salaf"is sullsnr, surrnis sufism, and falsafis sufism. Salafis sufism is a sufism whiclt its teaching and methods put under Quran dan the prophet tradition. The plophet traclitiott and spiritual practiccs of salaf gcncration. Sunnis Sulisrn is a Sufisnr which ils teaching tries to combins bctwccn syariah and rcality, but addcd by nov interpretation and mcthod not klgwn in salaf al-shdlih periocl. Whilc thc falsafis Sufism is a Sufism which its teaching tries to cornhinc Sufisnr and philosophy vision that beyond the syariah limits. In the course of timc, falsafis Sufism were divided in big thrce schools, are hulul, ittihad and wahdqtul wujrtd which they have the similar gods orientation, that unity ol man and god. For the supporters of wahdat al-wujtt./, this kind of teaching is the ultimate tauhid that united the absolute reality of being and refused the others one. While the contrary pcoplc argucd that thc oncncss (thc absolutc bcing) was only irt character olGod and not {br the all bcing. Latter, this sulisrn tcaching gol. the critics and fulmination from many muslim people lbr its pre ferencc to make the same between the creature and god. Among the people who criticizcd strongly to thought of the unity of god and creature was lbn Taimiyah. Accoring to him, the thought that the being of god is the same witlr thc being olcreaturc is clearly infidel. This writing try to study the critic ol Ibn Taimiyah toward concept of wuhdatul wujud and its likewise with the argumentation of his critic.
