FIFA 15 and Pro Evolution Soccer (PES) 15 are soccer games that are popular in Indonesia. Usability testing needs to be done to assess user interest and satisfaction with both and provide an overview of the comparison of them. The framework used for testing is McCall’S. The test combines operability matrix and training matrix to determine software quality. McCall’S was chosen because it has a reliable and comprehensive quality factor indicators. The results of the tests carried out were data on the operability level of PES15 games of 76.81% ± 15.76% and FIFA15 games of 70.65% ± 20.73%. Testing of training matrices produced 15.96 ± 21.74 seconds for PES15 and 78.29 ± 25.73 seconds for FIFA15 game training matrix. The data shows that reusability of PES15 is better than FIFA15.

The growing number of internet users in Indonesia, making the number of users increasing especially video streaming on Youtube service. This increase is based on rapid technological developments, especially PCs, Laptops and Smartphones that use wireless or wireless internet access. The use of streaming video over wireless networks is different from cable networks Because The characteristics of wireless networks are limited Compared to wired networks, and the characteristics of streaming video transmissions that require different handling than traditional text, and the data transmissions. As a first step towards Achieving an optimum Internet network service effort, Applies Action Research This research method by utilizing video quality with 360p, 480p, and 720p. The QOS parameters Analyzed Consist of delay, jitter, throughput, packet loss and bandwidth using wireshark and NetTools for the testing phase. The results of analysis using QoS for streaming video shows the performance of wireless network services at UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Faculty of Science and Technology is still not maximal especially on video with 480p quality, that has a 20 ms delay and jitter quality level ms According -0.0269 to TIPHON is very good. The amount of throughput is 0:55 MBps throughput and the percentage is 3% and the packet loss value is 28%, if it is Categorized by TIPHON standardization bad this value falls into the category. For the average bandwidth used is 329 714 bps value.

Satoedjari Merch is one of the companies that utilize convection system in managing information as a support order. After implementing a management information system, the necessary attention is to the quality of the system so that it can scale very well and as needed. Order Management System in Satoedjari Merch is still in the early stages of use, it requires quality testing system to maximize its benefit. One of good software quality is if it meets those aspects of McCall's Quality Factor. This study uses Product Operation aspect, because this aspect tests the quality related with system activity when the system is used. In the aspect of product operations, there are five factors that is correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity and usability. According to the test results, it is known that the Order Management Information Systems of Satoedjari Merch for operator system excellent quality are the truth factor, reliability, convenience and efficient. Factors that have low values are on the relationship system and data security.

In the globalized environment, the economic growth significantly depends on the countries capacity to develop, to apply new technologies and vice versa. Diffusion of information communication technologies is a global phenomenon. Despite of rapid globalization there are considerable differences between nations in terms of adoption and usage of new technologies. This paper aims to draw together the highly eclectic literature on the diffusion of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Innovation in order to know what have been done, highlight the generic issues, relevant to policy and will initiate further research and develop potential opportunities. This paper also highlight the low level and high level income countries data and ICT policies frame work to draw conclusions and some case studies as an example. Competition in today's business world is getting tougher and raises the number of changes, in which the changes occur more rapidly. Because of that the ability and skills of human resources should also be able to learn quickly to adapt the changes in business world. Therefore, entrepreneur needs a tool that can give the effect of teaching and improve the ability of decision-making and reduce the financial risk for businesses. This research aims to develop a game which can do business simulation. In the process of developing this game, SpringRTS framework is used to maintain the development. There are some steps being taken, which originated from the literature study followed by analysis and design requirements and proceed with expressing ideas that have been done on the analysis and design steps into a tangible form, which includes 3d modeling, uv texture mapping, 3d assembling and coding with the Lua programming language. This research successfully produces business simulation game that can give the effect of teaching in a game without compromising the beauty of the graphics aspect according to research output which made a simulation game with 3 dimensional graphics which make the user whom played it did not easy to became bored.

The development of technology today is very fast one only with the existence of the use of the computer network. This can be seen in the increasing number of organizations or companies that use the computer network to facilitate the flow of information within the organization or the company. But with the abundance of the use of network technology is only advancing network progressed only, but not maximize resource so that sometimes allows for the problem or traffic network. For that can be needed by network development solution made VLAN topology using NDLC method (Network Development Life Cycle). Vlans are able to improve the capabilities of the network and can reduce the amount of data that is sent to a destination that does not need to be so that the traffic in the network will be reduced by itself. In addition there is another reason why requires a VLAN is to reduce the possibility of the misuse of access rights. It can use the Mode Access. With the Mode will divide each Host into the VLAN each. With the existence of a VLAN shows can increase network ability as much as 13.4 %. With the data shows that a VLAN successful and able to make the network more efficient. In the VLAN network security aspect is able to optimize network security with the existence of access mode, so that the new host are not capable of entering it into the existing network topology.

Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta is a private university which is supervised by a Foundation that has implemented various information systems in various fields of work. However, in the payroll process of the employees are still done manually and have not utilized a computerized system, such as attendance recap, wage recapitulation that is additional salary to basic salary, and the sum of salary received by employees. This makes the payroll process less effective and efficient. This study aims to establish a proposed system that is a web-based information system of employee payroll in the Universitas Proklamasi 45 Yogyakarta with the PHP programming language using Codeigniter Framework and MySQL as its database. The system development method used is the Extreme Programming method. This method was chosen because it promotes intense communication between the client and the system developer so that when there are changes or errors in the system, the developer is always ready to fix it. Extreme Programming also has a simple stage, namely planning, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are the result of a web-based employee payroll information system that has various actors involved in the management and processing of its data. With this information system, the employee payroll process becomes more effective and efficient, because payroll data is processed and calculated by the system so that it has a high level of data accuracy and does not require a long time in the calculation process.

The development of Internet technology in education such as e-learning has increased significantly. This fact encourages schools to maintain the quality of education by applying e-learning. E- learning is one of the tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of performances in teaching and learning. But many e-learning schools do not comply with the standardization of World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Standardizing the Web has been ignored by the developers of the system. When the W3C is used as a standardization of the system, such a system could be accessed through many browsers. E-learning is a web-based system which is developed using the programming language PHP, and XHTML document types to manage MySQL database. The method is used of system development, namely the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The system design method with a functional approach is described using the DFD (Data Flow Diagram). While the modeling of the data base is described by the ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram). E-learning web-based for the school of the W3C standardization is accessible in all browsers as well. E-learning supports the distribution (upload and download) data of the document contains. E-learning is also capable to display online and the results of value for the students, consequently it can help in the learning process.

There are 4 types of blood: A, B, O, and AB. So far, the process of checking blood type depends on the officer’s work accuracy. To keep the validity of the results, a system is needed to help humans to recognize the blood types. This recognition can be done by computers by applying the method of blood pattern recognition through an image. The data domain of this study is a scan of blood type checks obtained from PMI Yogyakarta City. A total of 54 images were used in the training and recognition process. The image used in .bmp extension with a size of 400 x 200 pixels. Before the recognition process, first execute the preprocessing image, that is convert the image to grayscale image. The next process is edge detection with a Sobel operator or Prewitt operator. The use of these two operators aim to determine the optimal operator for recognition of blood type case. After the edge detection process, the image is converted to binary so it can be processed by feature extraction. The last step is the implementation of artificial neural network backpropagation algorithm with bipolar sigmoid activation function for hidden layer and linear activation for output. As a result, the optimal neural network architecture is three hidden layers with each hidden layer having three nodes. The optimal value for the mean squared error parameter is 1e-1 or 0.1, epoch 1000 and learning rate 0.01. In this study, Sobel operator was better than Prewitt operator in introducing blood type types. When viewed from the difference in processing time, the Prewitt operator is slightly faster than the Sobel operator with a difference of 0.000052 seconds. From 39 training data and 14 test data, the percentage of success in the recognition of blood type was 92.86%.

Indonesia is an agrarian country. Because of the wide agriculture area, Indonesia became the exporter country in agriculture sector. Nowadays, the developments in every fields are always increasing. One of those field is technology. Technology should give some contributions which can develop the agriculture field. One of the contribution that can be done is automatic watering system on chili, so it become easier for the farmers to control the chili. The automatic watering system use internet technology to control a device from distance. This chili’s automatic watering system based on bash shell with openWRT platform. This system was made to help farmers watering the chili automatically. The methods that used in this system can be based on the soil’s moisture, time, or manual. Soil’s moisture based method used soil moisture, that tool can measure the ground’s moisture and automatically send order to the device. This system can reduce delays of the chili’s daily treatment, so the chili’s production will be increasing. This system development used SLDC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method. Automatic watering system with openWRT platform can help farmers in watering and controlling chili. The system can perform the function of automatic watering feature and functionality can run well.
