Abstract

At a recent time, a computer-based queue machine, which is using the computer as both a client and a server, is rated to be less practical and inefficient. In this case, the queue machine will need a number of the computer as many as the locket and the network configuration. Given these points, the aim of this research is to build a practice and applicable queue machine. In the development of this system, the writer adopted the prototyping method. Acquiring Arduino Uno to convert the analog signal become a digital which will be shown in the LED P10, utilizing NodeMCU ESP8266 as a WiFi module, and adapting Raspberry Pi 3 as a server, this queue system expected to solve the problem before. In addition, to build the web, this queue system is using javascript and node.js as the software. This research derives a practice, easy to use, and portable queue machine because it uses wifi for their connection.

Abstract

In the last five years, Moroccan e-health system has focused on improving the quality of patient care services by making use of advanced Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) solutions. In actual fact, achieving runtime and efficient information sharing, through large-scale distributed environments such as e-health system, is not a trivial task. It seems to present many issues due to the heterogeneity and complex nature of data resources. This concerns, in particular, Moroccan Hospital Pharmacy Information System (HPIS) which needs to interact with several disparate medical information systems. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) offers solution that is both flexible and practical to effectively address the problem of interoperability of e-health systems. In this paper, we discuss the limits and challenges of the current Moroccan information system intended for hospital pharmacy. We therefore propose a global Web services-based e-health architecture for integrating different heterogeneous blocks and various data resources of this system. We also present a solution to secure Web services communication using WS-SecurityPolicy.

Abstract

In this study discusses the application of fuzzy logic in solving production problems using the Tsukamoto method and the Sugeno method. The problem that is solved is how to determine the production of woven fabric when using three variables as input data, namely: stock, demand and inventory of production costs. The first step is to solve the problem of woven fabric production using the Tsukamoto method which is to determine the input variables and output variables which are firm sets, the second step is to change the input variable into a fuzzy set with the fuzzification process, then the third step is processing the fuzzy set data with the maximum method. And the last or fourth step is to change the output into a firm set with the defuzzification process with a weighted average method, so that the desired results will be obtained in the output variable. The solution to the production problem using the Sugeno method is almost the same as using the Tsukamoto method, it's just that the system output is not a fuzzy set, but rather a constant or a linear equation. The difference between the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method is in consequence. The Sugeno method uses constants or mathematical functions of the input variables.

Abstract

High-performance academic information systems and high availability services are requirement in every university. One of many reasons is for anticipation damage and fail server disrupting server network performance. Failover computer cluster method is applied to two servers: primary server as main server and secondary server as backup server. Four stages will be carried out: First: Installation and support software configuration. Second: installation and failover cluster configuration. Third: installation and Distributed Replicated Block Devices (DRBD) configuration. Forth: server testing with siege and nettool. This research conducted by doing server test before and after high availability. As if the main server has a system failure, it will automatically backup the main server to backup server to minimize user accessed data failures. System uses Ubuntu 16.04 LTS operating system. Based on the test data, it is acquired two data: packet data and data response time (ms). Data packets acquired from this research are: 233.3 average data sent; 228.3 average data received; 2.3 average data lost; while 59.7 average response time (ms) is showed; 2.7 minimum average; 633.8 maximum average. Data sent is 120B per data.

Abstract

Communication and information technology has been equipped almost human lives sector. Inevitably, in spite of its positive impacts, this advance opens to vulnerable things, even dangerous to human generation. Pornography, violence and immoral activities, get advantages from global net between people Therefore, it is necessary for anybody to possess filter about what is, from where, when and how much information that he/she needs, which is information literacy. Students are not different with that fact. It is not only for filtering information, but this capability is also for creating a human learner who is self-directed, active learner, dynamic, and innovative. Whereas, indeed, these aspects are crucial in student centered learning which is commonly adapted in university. This paper gives an introduction for pre-diagnosis level of information literacy by designing and implementing rule-based expert system. This system mimics expertise of one expert by formulating knowledge as rules. Knowledge which is intended in this proposed system is information literacy for higher education in science and technology/engineering field.

Abstract

The development of technology today is very fast one only with the existence of the use of the computer network. This can be seen in the increasing number of organizations or companies that use the computer network to facilitate the flow of information within the organization or the company. But with the abundance of the use of network technology is only advancing network progressed only, but not maximize resource so that sometimes allows for the problem or traffic network. For that can be needed by network development solution made VLAN topology using NDLC method (Network Development Life Cycle). Vlans are able to improve the capabilities of the network and can reduce the amount of data that is sent to a destination that does not need to be so that the traffic in the network will be reduced by itself. In addition there is another reason why requires a VLAN is to reduce the possibility of the misuse of access rights. It can use the Mode Access. With the Mode will divide each Host into the VLAN each. With the existence of a VLAN shows can increase network ability as much as 13.4 %. With the data shows that a VLAN successful and able to make the network more efficient. In the VLAN network security aspect is able to optimize network security with the existence of access mode, so that the new host are not capable of entering it into the existing network topology.
