Abstract

In the last five years, Moroccan e-health system has focused on improving the quality of patient care services by making use of advanced Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) solutions. In actual fact, achieving runtime and efficient information sharing, through large-scale distributed environments such as e-health system, is not a trivial task. It seems to present many issues due to the heterogeneity and complex nature of data resources. This concerns, in particular, Moroccan Hospital Pharmacy Information System (HPIS) which needs to interact with several disparate medical information systems. Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) offers solution that is both flexible and practical to effectively address the problem of interoperability of e-health systems. In this paper, we discuss the limits and challenges of the current Moroccan information system intended for hospital pharmacy. We therefore propose a global Web services-based e-health architecture for integrating different heterogeneous blocks and various data resources of this system. We also present a solution to secure Web services communication using WS-SecurityPolicy.

Abstract

Qur'an, As-Sunnah, and Islamic old book have become the sources for Islam followers as sources of knowledge, wisdom, and law. But in daily life, there are still many Muslims who do not understand the meaning of the sentence in the Qur'an even though they read it every day. It becomes a challenge for Science and Engineering field academicians especially Informatics to explore and represent knowledge through intelligent system computing to answer various questions based on knowledge from the Qur'an. This research is creating an enabling computational environment for text mining the Qur'an, of which purpose is to facilitate people to understand each verse in the Qur'an. The classification experiment uses Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naive Bayes, k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN), and J48 Decision Tree classifier algorithms with Al-Baqarah verses translated to English and Indonesian as the dataset which was labeled by three most fundamental aspects of Islam: 'Iman' (faith), 'Ibadah' (worship), and 'Akhlaq' (virtues). Indonesian translation was processed by using the sastrawi package in Python to do the pre-processing and StringToWord Vector in WEKA with the TF-IDF method to implement the algorithms. The classification experiments are determined to measure accuracy, and f-measure, it tested with a percentage split 66% as the data training and the rest as the data testing. The decision from an experiment that was carried out by the classification results, SVM classifier algorithms have the overall best accuracy performance for the Indonesian translation of 81.443% and the Naïve Bayes classifier has the best accuracy for the English translation, which achieved 78.35%.

Abstract

The Selection of Outstanding Teachers is an agenda of Department of Education Youth and Sports (Disdikpora) intended to encourage motivation, dedication, loyalty and professionalism of teachers, the expected positive impact on performance improvement. In general elections outstanding teachers have been running smoothly according to specified criteria. However, its implementation is still not optimal felt so necessary to improve, especially in the aspects of assessment. In the assessment of the current selection are inconsistent because one of the criteria assessment (portfolio) that have different valuation range. This makes the need for a decision support system that is able to provide consistency with the application of the normalization judgment and able to show the rank results of the selection.Decision support system used in this research is Simple Additive Weight (SAW) and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Both methods support the assessment criteria and weighting. The criteria used for the assessment refer to the Outstanding Teacher Selection Handbook 2012 and based on the results of data analysis assessment Outstanding Teacher Selection of Junior High School, Senior High School and Vocational High School in 2012. The method for developing the system that used in this research is waterfall method. The system is capable of displaying two alternative rank outstanding selection of teachers based on the SAW and AHP methods. These results sorted from the highest alternative to the lowest alternative outcomes. These results are also presented in the form of trend graphs to compare the results of each method. This system is useful to provide a reference for the field of PPTK Disdikpora particularly relevant in decision-making to determine the selection of outstanding teachers. Based on the results of testing the system's functionality, 96.7% stated functionality of the system running well. While the results of the testing interface, 38.96% for Strongly Agree, and 48.05% Agree.

Abstract

Daerah Istimewa (Special Region of) Yogyakarta has 3,186 km2 wide area with 3,020,837 populations. Yogyakarta is well-known as an education city and a new student destination. Until 2005, it was reached number of 229,761 students (DIY Education Department, 2006). Finding boarding houses which are as needed and desired by students and learners is not easy. The obstacle that is often faced is do not know the area, or do not have friends who can give suggestion of appropriate boarding houses for students and learners. Therefore, it is necessary to create boarding house information system to facilitate students when looking for a place to stay. This information system is expected to help students finding a boarding house and also help boarding house owners to publish an empty boarding house room. System development method in this study is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) using a waterfall model. The waterfall model is a systematic approach and sequential starting of the level of system requirements, then to the analyzing data, designing, coding, and testing / verification. The boarding house information system is capable of informing the boarding line with the criteria sought by searchers. This information system is also capable of displaying the boarding house location utilizing Google Maps API to ease the boarding house location searching.

Abstract

Skin is the most vital for children under five years of age (infants) who are susceptible to the disease. The absence of a dermatologist or expert who can diagnose skin disease and offers the solution results in a long process of healing or cause a fatal condition to the patient. Overcoming of it, it is built an expert system that aims to diagnose skin disease in infants and to provide prevention and treatment solutions. This expert system is constructed by using Case-Based Reasoning (CBR), which calculates the similarity to select the cases that are most relevant or appropriate. This study uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database server. This expert system makes it easy to diagnose the disease. It can adapt easily and quickly because the knowledge is constructed from cases. As well, It’s able to produce solutions for prevention and treatment based on symptoms experienced by the patient in accordance with the rules.

Abstract

In this study discusses the application of fuzzy logic in solving production problems using the Tsukamoto method and the Sugeno method. The problem that is solved is how to determine the production of woven fabric when using three variables as input data, namely: stock, demand and inventory of production costs. The first step is to solve the problem of woven fabric production using the Tsukamoto method which is to determine the input variables and output variables which are firm sets, the second step is to change the input variable into a fuzzy set with the fuzzification process, then the third step is processing the fuzzy set data with the maximum method. And the last or fourth step is to change the output into a firm set with the defuzzification process with a weighted average method, so that the desired results will be obtained in the output variable. The solution to the production problem using the Sugeno method is almost the same as using the Tsukamoto method, it's just that the system output is not a fuzzy set, but rather a constant or a linear equation. The difference between the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method is in consequence. The Sugeno method uses constants or mathematical functions of the input variables. From the calculation data of the production of Mlaki Wanarejan Utara Pemalang woven fabric according to Tsukamoto's method in March 2017 using Weka's rule obtained 343 woven fabrics in meters, while using the Sugeno method obtained 371 woven fabrics in meters. While according to Tsukamoto's method in March 2017 using monotonous rules obtained 313 woven fabrics in meters, then using the Sugeno method obtained 321 woven fabrics in meters, while according to the company's production data in March 2017 produced 340 woven fabrics in meters, then from the analysis direct comparison with the original data in the company can be concluded that the method that is closest to the truth value is the production obtained by processing data using the Tsukamoto method using the Weka rules.
