Abstract

Bimbel Gama merupakan salah satu lembaga bimbingan belajar di provinsi Sumatera Barat yang memiliki peminat yang cukup banyak, baik tingkat SD, SMP maupun SMA. Saat ini bimbel Gama sudah memiliki cabang di kota Padang, Bukittinggi, Solok dan Pariaman. Dalam melakukan pengolahan data, terutama data pendaftaran dan laporan keuangan masih menggunakan MS Excel sehingga data tidak tersimpan secara terstruktur dan aman. Termasuk dalam pembuatan slip pembayaran biaya bimbel masih menggunakan kwitansi manual yang ditulis tangan, sehingga bisa menyebabkan terjadinya kesalahan oleh petugas. Untuk mengatasi kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi maka penulis mencoba untuk membangun sebuah system informasi berbasis desktop untuk pengolahan data pendaftaran dan pembyaran biaya bimbel, dimana akan menggunakan MySQL sebagai DBMSnya.

Abstract

The author has conducted research in Padang Commission with the aim of knowing the addition of the current system to make it more optiomal future. In this study the authors use the method of Field Research is to conduct research directly into the field, in this case the authors plunge into Citizens and Agencies KPU Alone. From the results of the data collected, then the author uses Research laboratory methods that process the results of the research data in a computer laboratory. made the development of the information generated from the old system and there is the workings of the system itself by utilizing the computer as a means of replacing the tools and software used in data processing. This design is expected sistemyang authors can replace the old system, in order to achieve the level of effectiveness and efficiency higher. so that the design can be useful for the Commission Padang to obtain accurate results.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, penyakit jantung koroner menempati posisi pertama sebagai penyakit yang paling banyak mengakibatkan kematian. Jika gejala penyakit jantung koroner  dikenali sejak dini maka dapat dilakukan tindakan antisipasi. Diagnosa dilakukan berdasarkan 6 gejala penyakit jantung koroner yaitu sakit dada, tekanan darah tinggi, kolesterol, kadar gula darah, hasil EKG dan jumlah denjut jantung. Metode yang dipakai adalah Probabilistic Fuzzy Decision Tree (PFDT) dengan algoritma  Probabilistic Fuzzy  ID3. Hasil keakuratan sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit jantung koroner dengan metode PFDT mencapai 95%.In Indonesia, coronary heart disease the first position as the disease that most resulted in death. If symptoms of coronary heart disease are recognized early on, anticipatory action may be taken. Diagnosis is based on 6 symptoms of coronary heart disease  chest pain, high blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, ECG results and heartbeat. The method used is Probabilistic Fuzzy Decision Tree (PFDT) with Probabilistic Fuzzy ID3 algorithm. The result of accuracy of expert system of diagnosis of coronary heart disease by PFDT method reached 95%.

Abstract

Filariasis (elephenthiasi) atau yang sering disebut dengan penyakit kaki gajah merupakan merupakan penyakit menular menahun yang disebabkan oleh cacing filaria yang menyerang saluran dan kelenjar getah bening. Terdapat tiga spesies cacing penyebab filariasis yaitu Wuchereria brancofti; Brugia malayi; Brugia timori (Dirjen P2PL, 2008). Penularan penyakit Kaki Gajah ini ditularkan nyamuk yang terinfeksi lava filariasis. Tidak seperti Malaria dan  Demam Berdarah, Filariasis dapat ditularkan oleh 23 spesies nyamuk dari genus Anopheles, Culex, Mansonia, Aedes dan Armigeres, Oleh sebab itu filariasis dapat menular dengan sangat cepat. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mempelajari JST menggunakan metode perceptron memberikan solusi terhadap masalah untuk mengenali pola penyakit kaki gajah. Input data hanya dari data pasien yang didapatkan dari Tim P2PM Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti yang ditransformasikan kebilangan biner dan bipolar. Data dianalisa kemudian dilakukan pelatihan dan pengujian  dengan menggunakan software Matlab. Algoritma perceptron dapat melakukan proses prediksi, akan tetapi baik atau tidaknya nilai yang dihasilkan sangat dipengaruhi oleh penentuan parameter seperti besarnya learning rate, jumlah neuron, bobot dan bias.Filariasis (elephenthiasi) or often referred to as elephantiasis disease is a chronic infectious disease caused by the filarial worm that attacks channels and lymph nodes. There are three species of worms that cause filariasis are Wuchereria brancofti; Brugia malayi; Brugia timori (DG P2PL, 2008). Transmission of the disease elephantiasis is transmitted from an infected mosquito lava filariasis. Unlike malaria and dengue, filariasis can be transmitted by 23 species of mosquitoes of the genus Anopheles, Culex, Mansonia, Aedes and Armigeres, therefore filariasis can spread very quickly. This research was conducted to study the perceptron ANN method provides a solution to the problem to recognize patterns of disease elephantiasis. Input data only from patient data obtained from Team P2PM DHO Meranti Islands were transformed well-known binary and bipolar. Data were analyzed later conducted training and testing using Matlab software. Perceptron algorithm can do the prediction process, but whether or not the value generated is strongly influenced by the determination of parameters such as the amount of learning rate, number of neurons, weights and biases.

Abstract

Information Systems Budget Plan (RAB) is created using information from a number of data ie data processing tender documents or data relating to the auction that will be followed. Budget Plan Information system can be applied in the problem of preparing the Budget Plan, that facilitate in making the tender documents. All the required data will be grouped and stored in a database so as  to minimize errors in the calculation process of making budget plan fee. Currently manufacture Budget plan is not going well, part of the operator PT. Cipta Aparta have difficulty in classifying the data and the frequent occurrence of errors during the process of arithmetic. therefore the use of information technology and communications bring the idea to create a Information System Budget Plan (RAB) Development of Distributed Networks (Medium, Low, and Substation) at  PT. Cipta Aparta with C # and MySQL.

Abstract

Timbangan badan adalah salah satu peralatan yang digunakan dalam dunia kesehatan, timbangan badan yang terdapat dibeberapa pos pelayan terpadu dan puskesmas masih banyak yang menggunakan timbangan tradisional. Oleh karena itu diperlukan timbangan badan elektronik bersuara, karena nilai ketelitian timbangan elektronik bersuara ini lebih akurat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian perpustakaan, metode penelitian lapangan, dan metode penelitian laboratorium. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membuat timbangan badan bersuara yang sederhana dengan menggunakan sensor Loadcell yang akan mendeteksi nilai berat badan manusia. Sebagai pengolah nilai berat dari sensor Loadcell digunakan Modul Arduino. Mikrokontroller ATmega328 yang terdapat dalam Modul Arduino  akan mengolah data dari nilai tekanan sensor Loadcell untuk di tampilkan ke LCD dan suara ke Speker. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah bahasa C yang terdapat pada software Arduino. Dengan alat ini diharapkan penimbangan berat badan manusia lebih akurat dan lebih mudah. Sedangkan hasil pengujian dari rangkaian secara keseluruhan yaitu menampilkan berat yang terukur pada LCD dan menginformasikan berat yang terukur melalui Speker. Secara keseluruhan disimpulkan bahwa rancang bangun timbangan badan bersuara yang telah di buat sudah dapat bekerja dengan baik sesuai dengan yang di rancang.Scales is one of the tools that used in the world of health, the scales in some integrated service post and clinics are still use traditional scales. Therefore we need a voiced electronic scales, because the value of precision electronic scales voice is more accurate.The research method used in this research is research libraries, field research and laboratory research methods. This research aims to design and create a simple voice scales using Loadcell sensor that detects the value of human body weight. As processing heavy grades of sensor used Loadcell Module Arduino. ATmega328 microcontroller contained in Arduino module will process the date from the pressure sensor Loadcell value for display to the LCD and sound to the speakers. The programming language used is C language contained in Arduino software. With these tools it is expected human weighing more accurate and easier. While the test results as a whole which displays the measured weight on LCD and informing weight measured through the speakers. Overall concluded that the design scales voice thats been made already be working properly in accordance with that design

Abstract

This research inteded to develop web-based instructional instrument for KKPI subject at SMK Negeri 3 Padang and find out its validity, practicality and effectivity of the instructional instrument that had been developed. This research was a Research and Development (R and D) method, and 4D (Four D) model of development that consist of four steps: define, design, develop and disseminate. The data used was prime data wich was given from expert, teachers, and students. The results of this development research was: (1) The validity of RPP of this instructional instrument was very good, the validity of media is good and its e-learning module validity considered good (2) The practicality of RPP of instructional instrument by teacher’s respond was considered very good, and judging from students the module considered very practical (3)The effectivity of this Instructional Instrument is good to improve learning outcomes of the students. Based on those results concluded that this Web-Based Instructional Instrument is valid, practical, and effective to be used as instructional instrument on KKPI subject.

RESEARCH THAT THE AUTHOR DID IN THE SUMATRA RIVER REGION HALL V MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC HOUSING OF WEST SUMATRA PROVINCE AIMS TO BUILD AN INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR DATA PROCESSING PAYING ORDERS AND FUND DISBURSEMENT WARRANTS. THE METHOD USED IS A FIELD STUDY THAT IS CONDUCTING DIRECT INTERVIEWS WITH COMMITMENT MAKING OFFICIALS OF GROUNDWATER AND RAW WATER I, THEN STUDY LIBRARIES AND LABORATORY STUDIES USING VB.NET 2013. THE RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH ARE TO FACILITATE THE DATA PROCESSING. SO THAT CONCLUSIONS CAN BE OBTAINED, WITH THIS MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, IT CAN FACILITATE THE PROCESSING DATA OF PAYING ORDERS AND FUND DISBURSEMENT WARRANTS TO PRODUCE INFORMATION AND REPORT MAKING CORRECTLY, QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memperkenalkan Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) berbasis WEB TV terestial kepada masyarakat dalam mempermudah masyarakat mencari arah siaran TV yang diinginkan. Untuk mencari arah siaran televisi dapat dilakukan dengan menentukan lokasi pengirim sinyal dan lokasi penerima sinyal stasiun tv terestial kemudian menghitung vektor koordinat latitude dan longitude dari kedua lokasi. Dengan kajian Sistem Informasi Geografi (SIG) penyiaran TV terrestrial ini dapat dijadikan pertimbangan dalam penyiaran TV terestrial dan informasi untuk masyarakat mengenai penyiaran TV terestrial berbasis Web di Kota Padang.This study introduces a Geographic Information System (GIS) WEB-based terrestrial TV to the community in facilitating the people to find the desired direction of the TV broadcast. To find a way to do a television broadcast signal sender to determine the location and the location of the signal receiver terrestrial tv stations then calculate the latitude and longitude coordinates vector of both locations. With the study of Geographical Information Systems (GIS) terrestrial TV broadcasting can be taken into consideration in terrestrial TV broadcasting and information to the public about Web-based terrestrial TV broadcasting in Padang.

Abstract

Operating system is a compulsory subject students STMIK Indonesia Padang. This course describes computers operating system for control and management of hardware and computer software. Computer operating system is located on the first layer of hard disk drive. When computer is turned on, software first work is operating system and other new applications are processed. The results of observations on STMIK Indonesia Padang, 30% of students have not been able to understand the subject of Operating System. Instructional media should be formulated so that material is easy to understand. The computer as a learning tool Operating System can be made interactive learning media applications. Many interactive CD Operating System in circulation, only contains general material and do not develop subject of discussion. Research objective of designing learning media Operating System using Macromedia Flash, which can be used as ingredients in learning process for students. The subjects were students STMIK Indonesia Padang subjects Operating Systems.
