Abstract

One of the activities significant performed on laboratory stmik indonesia the is a test laboratory professional.The test followed by students at least level v aimed at to test the ability good office and programming mahasaiswa to compete in the work and yielding resources quality.In addition the test laboratory professional intended as requirements to do comprehensive test .The registration process test labor at the time is still using microsoft office and consequently got a lot of error, and the requirement register directly to the front office.From the data hence writers draw conclusions to make a system information by using language programming visual studio that is visual basic.net.It is expected that the system proposed so will be easier parties admin to perform the process of data processing registration without require a long time.

Abstract

AbstractLaboratory is one of the supporting facilities in im[roving the learning process. Problems found by students regarding the information system laboratory facilities at STMIK Indonesia Padang are the computers that suddenly die when operated, the less cold room, display data is blurred, making the inconvenience in the learning process that causes the students less satisfied with the services provided. Students will feel satisfied if the service is expected to match the received. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to analyze the quality of services provided to the students so that it can support the role and function of the laboratory optimally and what attributes need to be improved the quality of service. The method used is Fuzzy Service Quality (Servqual) method. The results showed that the service quality received was not in accordance with the expected because there is a gap of -1.55 for tangibles dimension. Attributes that need to be improved the quality of services are laboratory space is cool and comfortable, the use of laboratories relevant to the field of science, the responsibility of laboratory assistant, the availability of professional teachers and attitudes and behavior of labor officers.AbstrakLaboratorium merupakan salah satu fasilitas pendukung dalam meningkatkan proses pembelajaran. Permasalahan yang ditemukan mahasiswa mengenai fasilitas laboratorium sistem informasi pada STMIK Indonesia Padang adalah komputer yang tiba-tiba mati saat dioperasikan, ruangan yang kurang dingin, data display yang buram sehingga membuat ketidaknyamanan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyebabkan mahasiswa kurang puas terhadap layanan yang diberikan. Mahasiswa akan merasa puas apabila layanan yang diharapkan sesuai dengan yang diterima. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menganalisis kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa sehingga dapat mendukung peran dan fungsi laboratorium secara optimal serta atribut apa saja yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Fuzzy Service Quality (Servqual). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang diterima belum sesuai dengan yang diharapkan karena terdapat gap sebesar -1.55 untuk dimensi tangibles. Atribut yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas layanannya yaitu ruangan laboratorium yang sejuk dan nyaman, penggunaan laboratorium yang relevan dengan bidang ilmu, tanggungjawab asisten labor, tersedianya tenaga pengajar yang professional dan sikap serta perilaku petugas laborKata kunci : sistem pendukung keputusan, laboratorium, fuzzy, servqual

Abstract

Information Systems Budget Plan (RAB) is created using information from a number of data ie data processing tender documents or data relating to the auction that will be followed. Budget Plan Information system can be applied in the problem of preparing the Budget Plan, that facilitate in making the tender documents. All the required data will be grouped and stored in a database so as  to minimize errors in the calculation process of making budget plan fee. Currently manufacture Budget plan is not going well, part of the operator PT. Cipta Aparta have difficulty in classifying the data and the frequent occurrence of errors during the process of arithmetic. therefore the use of information technology and communications bring the idea to create a Information System Budget Plan (RAB) Development of Distributed Networks (Medium, Low, and Substation) at  PT. Cipta Aparta with C # and MySQL.

Abstract

Penempatan karyawan dengan dukungan sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu implementasi perkembangan teknologi informasi. Agar karyawan dapat melaksanakan tugas dan peran pada jabatan yang didudukinya secara tepat dan produktif, karyawan harus mempunyai bebeapa kriteria seperti pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap, dan perilaku yang baik. Penempatan karyawan ini ditujukan guna menjaga keseimbangan antara tenaga kerja dengan komposisi pekerjaan atau jabatan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode profile matching, yaitu membandingkan antara nilai target yang harus dicapai karyawan dengan nilai yang dimiliki berdasarkan potensinya sehingga dihasilkan selisih antara perbandingan kedua nilai tersebut (gap). Penelitian ini menghasilkan urutan rangking dari karyawan yang memiliki kinerja baik dan telah diseleksi, serta output dari sistem pendukung keputusan tersebut dapat membantu pengambil keputusan dalam memilih alternatif penempatan karyawan. Software ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database menggunakan MySQL.Kata Kunci : Sistem pendukung keputusan, profile matching,penempatan karyawan

Abstract

Having physical limitations is not a barrier for people with diffable to continue working and produce creative work and be able to contribute to society. The creative work has not been maximally introduced to the community, only through word of mouth promotion of the surrounding community. This study aims to promote the work of people with diffable so that it is more valuable. The method used in software development in this study is the wa-terfall method, while the tools used in the design of this application are unified modeling language and this application is built using a web-based programming language. This re-search results in an online shopping application while doing charity (net of charity) that makes it easy to do promotions and transactions for people based on humanity

Abstract

Penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yang wajib dilakukan seorang dosen. Keterlibatan dosen sebagai peneliti dan pengabdi masyarakat merupakan salah satu upaya dalam mencerdaskan bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menfasilitasi peneliti khususnya dosen STMIK Indonesia Padang dalam menyebarluaskan hasil-hasil penelitian yang dapat digunakan masyarakat. Kurangnya informasi bagi dosen untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat menjadi kendala yang terjadi saat ini sehingga penelitian yang telah dilakukan belum dapat diimplementasikan secara optimal. Selain itu, masyarakat juga mengalami kendala dalam hal mendapatkan informasi terkait dengan hasil riset yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan di lapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode berorientasi objek menggunakan alat bantu perancangan sistem Unified Modeling Language (UML). Penelitian ini meghasilkan aplikasi abdimas yang mampu menjembatani hasil-hasil riset peneliti dengan kebutuhan masyarakat.

Abstract

The Student Dormitory is a living quarters dedicated to a group of people currently undergoing education at a university or college. Data processing dormitory not using data storage media automatically (database) so that cause often found mistake in recording of payment report between administration clerk with bank slip which owned by student consequently check out student process becomes delayed. The number of dormitory data archives be it student data in the form of check in form and dormitory payment data in the form of bank slips that stacked make the administration difficult in making report recapitulation. So that requires a high level of accuracy and a long time in search data and making the report to present information to the parties concerned. With this application is expected to increase employee productivity in the administration and improve information services to students, so that students can complete the administrative process quickly

Abstract

This study aims to determine the estimated number of items sold at one of the mini market, namely the Tita shop, especially Sari Murni cooking oil, 2 liter packs for the next one month based on sales data for January 2016 to December 2017. The problems that occur at Tita`s shop are is difficult to estimate the amount of stock of goods and calculate the estimated cost required for sales in the next month period, so it is necessary to build a forecasting information system using the single exponential smoothing method which assumes that the data fluctuates around the mean value without any trend or seasonal elements. This study resulted in the amount of 2 liter packaged sari murni cooking oil in Januari 2018, which was 42 pcs. Meanwhile, the estimated cost required to buy 2 liter packaged cooking oil stock in that period is Rp. 609.000,00 with a capital price unit of goods Rp. 14.500,00.

Abstract

PKM partners are product craftsmen in Acrylic Village, which is located on Jalan Gunung Pangilun, North Padang District. The problems that occur in Acrylic Village include (a) the absence of social media facilities to promote handicraft products of acrylic village members (b) The lack of knowledge of the craftsmen of Acrylic Village products on how to promote their products on social media, and (c) the lack of knowledge of craftsmen on how to promote their products. products using digital techniques through Android applications. The solutions to the problems obtained are (a) The implementation of this PKM is expected to be able to hold training in making promotional media for product promotion produced by members in Acrylic Village, (b) It is hoped that social media training for this promotional media can facilitate craftsmen members to be able to make promotional advertisements. handicraft vendors in increasing product sales, (c) Providing knowledge to craftsmen members about the tricks and ways of promoting products on social media using digital techniques in the Android application (d) The results of their creativity, in the form of product photos, can be useful and advertised on social media to increase product sales. The method of implementing the activities includes four stages, namely: program planning, program implementation, observation and evaluation. In program planning, there are several plans that will be carried out, namely (a) Field Study, (b) Training and provision of craftsman group members. (c) Program socialization. (d) Preparation of training programs. In the implementation of the program, (a) Formation of several working groups of craftsmen based on the type of product, (b) Improving the knowledge and skills of the craftsmen to make their own mini studio to make product photos to be marketed, (c) Demonstrating how to use digital techniques on mobile phones and directly practiced, (d) coaching and training in making promotions with social media to increase sales. At the observation stage, what will be done is to see the obstacles, shortcomings and weaknesses that arise in the training process on how and tricks to promote simple acrylic village handicraft products using digital techniques on the Android application.

Abstract

Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Padang merupakan salah satu unit di lingkungan Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia. Saat ini bagian Insarkom (Sarana Komunikasi Keimigrasian ) pada Kantor Imigrasi kelas I Padang mempunyai kesulitan dalam penyimpanan Dokumen Perjalanan Republik Indoesia (DPRI) karena masih disimpan secara manual yakni dengan menggunakan almari arsip gerak, sehingga pencarian berkas dokumen yang lama untuk pemerik-saan dan mencocokan dengan data yang baru serta permintaan dokumen dari Kantor Imigrasi Bukittinggi membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka perlu diterapkan sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan penyimpanan dan memudahkan petugas dalam pencarian dokumen yang lama, yaitu dengan menggunakan program aplikasi sistem penyimpanan e-dokumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu merancang dan menerapkan sistem penyimpanan data e-dokumen perjalanan Republik Indonesia pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Padang. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan aplikasi e-dokumen perjalanan Republik Indonesia. Penerapan aplikasi e-dokumen  mempermudah penyimpanan dan pencarian dokumen yang lama jika sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan, mempercepat pengiriman berkas ke Kantor Imigrasi Bukittinggi apabila ada permintaan berkas serta mempermudah pengolahan data dan keamanan data dapat lebih terjamin karena data telah tersimpan pada database.
