Abstract

Modern retail business competition that increasingly characterized by a growing number of retail businesses that stand in various places. Retail business growth not only happens in big cities such as Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya, but the retail business also developed the message in the town of Jambi. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of the location and the service of the consumer's purchasing decision in simultaneously Alfamart or partially and the dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions. Quantitative descriptive analysis method with the total sample as many as 100 respondents and analysis tool using multiple linear regression analysis. And obtained results that the location and the service affects the purchasing decisions of either simultaneously or partial, where the dominant factor affecting is a service that is of 30.76%.Keywords: location, service, alfamart.

Abstract

This study entitled "Community Satisfaction Index Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun". Tujun research is to know the Satisfaction Index of society Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun. This research only focuses on Community Satisfaction Index Against the Office of the head of Sarolangun Regency Of Singkut Sub-district. As for specific targets to be achieved from this research is attempting to menemukanseberapa the index of satisfaction of society Against the Office of head of sub district Singkut District Sarolangun. Research methods that will be used is survey research. Activities performed are researching using the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The model in this study is the method of observation and documentation, and Interval Scale using a detailed questionnaire and the method of determination the sample as much as 150 samples. The method used is Descriptive Qualitative. The technique analysis of the data is performed using the community's Satisfaction Index value (IKM) are calculated using the weighted average value of each item of service. The results showed that the responses of the respondents against the Office of the head of service satisfaction Singkut Regency Sarolangun average fall into the category of good. Indicators satisfaction index on Servicing Sarolangun Regency Singkut Head Office which is the highest indicator keamananpelayanan NRR 3.12 or categories with safe. Service satisfaction index indicator Head Office Singkut the lowest Sarolangun Regency is an indicator of the speed of service or categories 2.11 NRR less quickly.Keywords: Community Satisfaction Index, Services, Office Head

Abstract

Purpose of this study was to : (1) Determine the level of organization culture, leadership and performance of employees at Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi, (2) Determine the effect of organization culture to the performance of employees at Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi, (3) Determine the influence of leadershipon the performance of employees at Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi, and (4) Determine effect simultaneously of organization culture, leadership and performance of employees at Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi. Organization culture is a system to believe and score amend in a organization to actuated employes behavior. (Soedjono, 2005:23). Leadership are “domination accessin potential individual to pushor invete the other people for do something strength of employes income, and has special capability in the rigt time and right place. (Kartono, 2003:1).Meanwhile, performance is what the employee do or not to do. (Mathis & Jackson,2001:78). This method study analysis is quantitative and descriptive. The population in this study is the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provisi Jambi. Research sampling stratified sampling technique. The total sample in this study were 71 respondents. Data on the analysis using a 2 (two) ways, namely (1) Using multiple linear regression to determine the factors that affect the quality of employee by the t test and F test at the significance level (α = 0.05), (2) Using the coefficients determination to determine the factors that affect the quality of employee with the simultaneous value of the coefficient of determination (R2) and partial (r2). The results showed, mean class for the respondent rejoinder of organizational culture variable (X1) is 291,22% and mean class for the respondent rejoinder of leadership variable (X2) is 325,90%, this result show the biggest score of mean class for the respondent rejoinder are leadership variable (X2). The amount of variables influence the performance of organizational culture to the Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi amounted to 3.998%. The influence of variables on the performance of leadership of Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi amounted to 2.523%. The effect of variable organizational culture, leadershipto the performance simultaneous of an employee of Dinas Pertanian Tanaman Pangan Provinsi Jambi amounted to 3.086% (X1) and 2.866% (X2).Keyword: organizational culture, leadership

Abstract

The age of first marriage was determined to the health condition of women. BKKBN Jambi showed the new regulations about marriage, that the woman can marry as minimal as about 21st years old.  Those consideration taken by identified the woman’s health condition according to the physical and mental. Muaro Jambi has occupied the third high of marriage as many as 16.542 couples for last two years. Sungai gelam and Jambi Luar Kota were the highest of marriage in Muaro Jambi Regency. BKKBN (2015) said that many factors could be influence the age of first marriage, three of them are the long education, economy status, and cultural. Early survey showed that early break of school caused the marriage happen. It was carry as the economy status. Their parents  thought that after their daughter married, all of her necessary is her husband’s responsibility. Therefore the cultural also support it. They lived in the environtment which people that consider close relation was bad thing before marriage. This research used path analysis that aim to find out the influence of long education, economy status, and cultural to the age of first marriage year 2015. It began on September, 10th 2015 till November ,15th 2015. The research instruments was used quesioners and interview. The population as many as 858 respondent and the sample as many as 214 respondents. The descriptive result of this research showed that about7% respondents has long education as long as >12 years, 24% respondents 10-12 years, 25% respondents 1-6 years, 44% respondents 7-9 years. The salary of them about 32% respondentshas salary as much as ≤ Rp. 849.000, 47% respondents Rp. 850.000 – Rp. 1.690.000 , 15% respondents Rp. 1.700.000 – Rp. 2.549.000, 6% respondents ≥ Rp. 2.550.000.The cultures of respondents was less of good. The ages of the respondents show that by 214 respondents 4 of them was 14 years old, 14 was 15 years old, 63 was 16 years old, 27 was 17 years old, 27 was 18 years old, 24 was 19 years old, 17 was 20 years old, 11 was 21 years old, 19 was 22 years old, 4 was 23 years old, 3 was 24 years old dan 1 orang 25 years old. All of the variables influence the age of the first marriage as many as 71.4%. The long education influence the age of marriages as many as 33,91%, economy status was 23,63% and cultural was 13,98%. It was the problem that could be fixed by cooperation between organitations such as health government, education government, in regency till subdistrick of Sungai Gelam and Jambi Luar Kota. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find : Influence of professionalism and personality toward quality of teacher accordance with simultanously in SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi town. From the simultaously statistical variable, the result from the two test of independent variable were influentally the quality of teacher has proven to be is the personality had the dominant influentally toward quality of teacher in SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi town. At last, the character has to be firm is the personality were the biggest variable for the quality of teacher determine in SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi town.Keyword: Professionalism, Personality, Quality, Teacher, Student.
