Pengaruh Fundamental Ekonomi Daerah dalam Pembangunan Ekonomi di Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2010-2015 Silvia Rahayu

This research has a purpose to know to know the influence of economic growth, income per capita and HDI to economic development in Sungai Penuh City either simultaneously or partially and to know how relation of bamboo handicraft production development seen from aspect of labor, raw material and capital to effort of poverty Poverty in Siulak Subdistrict Based on the results of analysis using multiple linear regression analysis obtained results: 1. Regional economic fundamentals consisting of economic growth, income per capita and HDI have a significant influence on economic development either simultaneously or partially. The amount of influence of regional economic fundamentals on economic development is as follows: a. Simultaneously, F value counted 529,104 while F table (α = 0.05; db regression = 4: db residual = 2) was 19.25. Because F arithmetic> F table is 529,104> 19,25 then regression analysis is significant. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted so it can be concluded that economic development in Kota Sungai Penuh 2010-2015 can be significantly influenced by free variable of regional economic fundamentals that is economic growth variable, income per capita and HDI. B. Partially, t arithmetic X1 (economic growth) = 4.836 and t table of 2.920. Because t arithmetic> t table is 4.836> 2.920 and from the table obtained a significance value of 0.008, then the influence of X1 (economic growth) is significant. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, so it can be concluded that economic development in Kota Sungai Penuh can be significantly influenced by real economic growth variable. From the coefficient value is known that economic growth has an effect of 0.139% on economic development. T arithmetic X2 (income per capita) = 6,813 and t table is equal to 2,920. Because t arithmetic> t table is 6.813> 2.920 and from the table obtained value of significance 0.019, then the influence of X2 (income per capita) is significant. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that economic development in Kota Sungai Penuh can be significantly influenced by per capita income variable significantly. From the coefficient value is known that income per capita have influence equal to 0,886% to economic development. T arithmetic X3 (IPM) = 6.602 and t table of 2.920. Because t arithmetic> t table is 6.602> 2.920 and from the table obtained value of significance 0.027, then the influence of X3 (HDI) is significant. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, so it can be concluded that economic development in Kota Sungai Penuh can be significantly influenced by real HDI variable. From the coefficient value is known that the HDI has an effect of 2.366% of economic development. Keywords : Economic Growth, Per Capita Income, HDI

This research was conducted to find out and prove empirically promotion strategies of cultural tourism and in increasing the number of tourists visit Kerinci Regency. Source data obtained from the Department of tourism and culture District Kerinci. Data analysis tools by using SWOT analysis. The research results obtained that (1) the cultural and Tourism Office of District 1 quadrant is at Kerinci (positive, positive) which means the primacy of kompotitif or aggressive strategies of Cultural tourism and the Regency of Kerinci has the power as well as opportunities to continue to improve and enlarge the number of promotional visits to the Regency of Kerinci; and (2) the right marketing strategies applied to Kerinci District Tourism Office for the moment is a strategy SO (strength, Opportunities). This strategy is underway to harness the power for the menagkap opportunities that are owned. As for the strategies that can be applied include (a) the Kerinci Regency Tourism Office must keep working to develop tourism in Kerinci Regency; (b) Tourism District's tourism should control Keerinci well; (c) the coordination of Tourism with Government Kabuapeten Kerinci must continue to be improved; (d) the Services provided should be constantly improved; and (e) to add visits to the County of Kerinci, tourism and Culture must make use of technology and facilities available, doing promotions, and socialization as many to the community to reach. Disclosure of information is an openness and honesty of information within a company that the government is responsible for its trusting resources in accordance with the laws and regulations in order to know openly the circumstances of a company based on the consideration that everyone has the right to know openly and thorough information. Disclosure of information and internal audit is an important factor in the implementation of good corporate governance. This study aims to determine the effect of information disclosure and internal audit on the implementation of good corporate governance in water utility company PDAM Tirta Sakti Kerinci Year 2017. Population and sample in this study are internal auditors who are in the Division of Internal Control Unit (SPI) working on PDAM Tirta Sakti Kerinci samples taken as many as 12 people. The sample in this research use purposive sampling technique. The research object of the research is Oil and Gas Industry and obsrvation object from 2012 -2016 where the sample consist of 4 companies namely PT. Ratu Prabu Energi Tbk, PT. Elnusa Tbk, PT. Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk, and PT. Radiant Utama Interinsco Tbk. Based on result of research assisted by software SPSS 20 generated regression equation Y = - 2,296 x 10-11 + 0,055 X1 – 0,100 X2 + 0,641 X3+ e on the other side obtained simultane ously test independent variable (profitability ratio) have significant effect to dependent variable (Value of the Company) marked with Fhitung 4,149 > Ftabel 3,24, for independent and partially dependent influence that return on asset and return on equity not a significant effect to Value of the Company, while net profit margin has a significant effect to Value of the Company. The independent variable (profitability ratio) is able to influence the dependent variable (Value of the Company). Rated R Square 43,8%, while the remaining 56,2% explained other factors beyond the study models. Key Word: Net Profit Margin, Return on Asset, Return on Equity

This study uses secondary data collected by the object of research in Jambi Province in the form of factors affecting the economic growth of Jambi Province sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). Data were collected during the period 2004 to 2015. The purpose of this study is to analyze and know what factors affect the economic growth of Jambi Province period 2004-2015. The analytical tool used is this research using econometric analysis tool with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method with multiple linear regression equation through the aid of SPSS software program. 21:00. Based on the discussion of data analysis results in this study, it can be concluded the result of R-squared calculation shown in the above equation obtained R2 value of 0.989. This shows that about 98.90 percent of the upturned economic growth (Yt) in Jambi Province is influenced by investment variable (X1t), capital expenditure (X2t), working population (X3t), unemployment (X4t) and poverty (X5t). While the remaining 1.10 percent, explained by other variables that are not included into the regression equation. The growing number of poor population is still a major problem from the Government and it is a very difficult problem to overcome. This is because it is affected by a high population growth without the availability of supported employment in addition also influenced the low HUMAN RESOURCES from the society. In percentage of visible existence of decrease in the number of poor population but in the amount of an increase in the poor population. On the basis of it then this research aims to analyze the two things are pretty important in this poverty reduction efforts among them; (1) how much poverty level happened in the provinces of Jambi and (2) the policy strategy for what could be applied in lowering poverty levels. In analyzing this problem used two approaches namely quantitative and qualitative methods to explain the results of analysis to make it more clear and easy to understand. The results showed that the number of poor population in the province of Jambi was still not stable (fluctuating) with amount still average more than 8 percent of the total population. As for the strategies that can be applied in reducing poverty can be done in a way; new economic development, microfinance institutions, and competency-based education. This study aims to analyze the ads on television and product quality to the Motivation Purchase customers sunsilk shampoo on students at STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. This type of research is causative research. Sampling research Using purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) The influence of advertisement on television has no effect on purchasing motivation, It is proved by, t value < t table (1,573 < 2.012) and significance > 0,05 (0,122> 0,05) received and Ha rejected, meaning there is no significant influence between Advertising on Television Against Motivation Purchase Customer Sunsilk Shampoo on students in STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. (2) Product Quality significantly influence Purchase Motivation, This is proved by, the value of t calculate > t table (2,669> 2,012) and significance <0,05 (0,010 <0,05), hence Ho is rejected and Ha is received, it means partially there is significant influence between Quality of Product to Motivation Purchase Customer Sunsilk Shampoo on students at STIE Sakti Alam Kerinci. This research aims to know the influence between the cash turnover, inventory turnover, and turnover accounts receivable against the Return on Asset (ROA) either partially or simultaneously on a PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk period of Success and to knowing the magnitude of influence between the cash turnover, inventory turnover, and turnover accounts receivable against the Return on Asset (ROA) either partially or simultaneously on a PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk Successful period. With linear regression equation enggumakan, double and test hypotheses as well as the determinant of the coefficient of t and F test then obtained simultaneous results that there is significant influence between the cash turnover, inventory turnover and accounts receivable turnover against the Return On Assets (ROA) on PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk Success period, this is evidenced by the value count > F table F and significant > 0.05. Partially, there is no significant influence between the cash turnover against the Return On Assets (ROA) on PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk Success period, there were no significant effects between inventory turnover against the Return On Assets ( ROA) on PT Indofood 2008-2015 Makmur Tbk Successful period and there were no significant effects between turnaround receivable against the Return On Assets (ROA) on PT Indofood Successful Prosperous Tbk period 2008-this 2015hal evidenced by each value t calculate < t table and significance > 0.05. This study aimed to determine the effect of either simultaneously or partially, as well as where the most dominant variable affecting employee performance PT.Perkebunan Nusantara VI (Persero) Kayu Aro. Referring to the results of calculations where t count> t table or 3.476> 2.110, meaning that there is a significant relationship between work motivation to productivity. Variable performance of turns obtained tcount 3.573 with 0.002 significance level (α = 0.05> 0.002). Referring to the above calculation, can be determined as follows: where t count> t table or 3.573> 2.110, meaning that there is a significant relationship between performance of the Work Productivity of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro.Large Influence Work Motivation to Work Productivity of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro is of 41.5%, while the contribution of performance variables affect the labor productivity amounted to 42.9%. Large Work Motivation and Performance influence on employee productivity PT. Nusantara Plantation VI Kayu Aro together amounted to 47.8% while the remaining 52.2% can be explained by other causes.Keywords: Motivation, Performance, Work Productivity
