Abstract

The use of devices such as tabletcomputers or interactive whiteboards utilizingtouch-screen technology in a presentation ofmore interactive digital presentations provide apositive impact in comparison to conventionallearning methods that use a regular whiteboard.By utilizing the wiimote remote control for theNintendo Wii game console, wiimote library,infrared LEDS and bluetooth a technologysimilar to interactive whiteboards can be develop.This study aims to 1) Design Smart TouchPresenter Kit application for interactivepresentations; 2) Implement the system desing ofSmart Touch Presenter Kit application forinteractive presentations; 3) Make an infraredLED pen that is used as an input device forSmart Touch Presenter Kit application; 4)Determine the optimal settings for the use of theWiimote to produce good detection of infraredlight.This application is developed using theWaterfall method and implemented in The C #programming language using the Visual Studioeditor. In the development of this application isalso combined with the use of the wiimote libraryfor reading data from the wiimote. Thisapplication can be run on a computer with aWindows operating system that supports the .netframework.This application has three main features: 1)Smart Touch presenter that transforms infraredcoordinate data into a computer cursor control;2) Smart Note that provide a feature to makenotes on the screen; 3) Magnifier that can beused to enlarge a specific part on the screen sothat it can be seen more clearly. The applicationis expected to help the users in deliveringpresentation to make it more interactive withaffordable cost.

Abstract

Gamelan Jegog is one of thetraditional instrument which originally comesfrom Bali. Each Jegog’s instrument consists ofeight piece of bamboo with each piece is called as"bilah". Jegog is played with two "panggul".“Panggul” is a tool used for hitting theinstrument and is usually made of wood orrubber. Game Jegog berbasis Android was anapplication that adapts Jegog into a game thatrun on the Android platform. This researchaimed at designing and implementing Jegogbased Android Game.Game Jegog Berbasis Android wasdeveloped by the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) in the form of sequential linear orwaterfall model. The main feature of thisapplication was Jegog game (Game Mode) toattain the highest score . There were also otherfeatures such as playing Jegog with melody(Learn Mode) and playing Jegog freely (FreeMode) .The results of this research were thedesign and the implementation of Game Jegogberbasis Android . The game was designedthrough UML (Unified Modeling Language). Itwas implemented in Java programming languageby using the Eclipse editor and ADT (AndroidDevelopment Tools) plug – ins. It also usedAndEngine as additional library. The entirefunctional requirements had been successfullyimplemented in accordance with the design.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine therelationship between internal locus of control towardcareer maturity, the relationship between practiceindustrial work experience toward career maturity, italso the relationship between internal locus of controland practice industrial work experience toward careermaturity, that is student career maturity Skills Programin Computer Enginering and Information Technologyat SMK in Buleleng regency academic year 2013/2014.This type of research is a correlation study that isexpost-facto which consists of two independentvariables that is internal locus of control (X1) andpractice industrial work experience (X2), it also onedependent variable that is career maturity (Y). Thepopulation in this study were 531 people and the samplewere 175 respondents. Data for X1, X2, and Y werecollected through questionnaires. The collected datawere analyzed using parametric statistical prerequisitetest of homogeneity, normality, linearity, andmulticollinearity.The result of this research showed that there wasa positive and significant relationship between internallocus of control toward career maturity which wasshown by the contribution of 36,053%. Practiceindustrial work experience has a positive andsignificant relationship toward career maturity whichwas shown by the contribution of 51,107%. Internallocus of control and practice industrial work experiencehas a positive and significant relationship toward careermaturity which was shown by the contribution of53,217%.

Abstract

Operations research is aseries of analysis and mathematical modeling fordecision-making purposes. Assignment andtransportation method was used in this operationsresearch. Assignment method is the method usedto allocate tasks optimally, whether it is in theterm of maximization or minimization.Transportation method is the method used todistribute goods from sources of supply todestinations to get a shipping cost as minimum aspossible. Web assignment and transportationmethod is a method designed to help the users towork in the assignment or transportation. The aimof this study was to design and implement anapplication that could do the calculation ofassignment or transportation method by providinga way of assignment or calculation method oftransportation to find the optimum results.The web-page development ofassignment and transportation method used themodel of ADDIE (Analysis, Design,Development, Implementation, and Evaluation).The developed web-page consists of four menusinclude beranda, penugasan, transportasi andtentang.The results of this research show that thedesign and the implementation of assignment andtransportation method’s web-page have beensuccessfully performed without an error. The webpageof assignment and transportation method wasdesigned by using a functional model of aflowchart, which is implemented in theprogramming language of PHP.

Abstract

Gong Kebyar is one of barunganBali’s "pelog lima nada"-harmonized gamelangroups which the playing technique uses kebyarsystem. The gamelan Gong Kebyar instrumentsof application is software that simulates theGong Kebyar instruments so that it can beoperated on the Android operating system. Thisresearch aims to design and implement a draftapplication of gamelan Gong instrumentsAndroid-based.The gamelan Gong Kebyar instruments ofapplications Android-based is developed by usingthe software development life cycle in the form ofa linear or sequential waterfall model. The mainfeatures of this application are to play thegamelan Gong Kebyar instruments, additionallythere are video features so that users know howto play the actual/real instruments. Theapplication is design by using a functional modelof a UML (Unified Modeling Languange) andimplemented by the Java programming languageusing Eclipse as editor, plug-ins ADT (AndroidDevelopment Tools) and AndEngine asadditional libraries.The results of this research, is gamelanGong Kebyar instruments of applications basedon Android that has been successfully developed.The entire functional requirements have beensuccessfully implemented in accordance with thedraft.
