Abstract

Many hot medicine products are marketed to the public. Because many products are marketed, making people confused in choosing the best hot medicine in the best. Hot medicine in the most popular community means that the drug is the best medicine for the community. In this research, there are two main problems in the research that can be formulated, namely whether the use of the AHP method can make the decision to determine the heat medication in the most popular community and how to look for a hot medicine decision in the most popular community. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is used to find the ratio scale, both from discrete and continuous pair comparisons. AHP decomposes complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy. Hierarchy is defined as a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is the goal, followed by the level of factors, criteria, sub-criteria, and so on down to the last level of alternatives.Keywords: Decision Support System, Analytic Hierarchy Process Method, Internal Medicine

Abstract

Electricity has now become something that is very much needed in daily life, every household has used PLN electricity lighting sources. However, there are also some regions in Indonesia that have not been able to enjoy good and even electric lighting. The data source used from the Indonesian Statistics Agency website is the Percentage of Household Data by Province and Treatment, 2013-2014. This study aims to classify households that have a source of electricity for PLN using the datamining algorithm with K-Medoid. The data is processed into 2 clusters, namely high level clusters (C1) and low level clusters (C2). Where the results of this study concluded from 33 provinces in Indonesia that the cluster level of low waste sorting behavior (C1) obtained 11 provinces namely Aceh, Kep. Bangka Belitung, DKI Jakarta, West Java, Central Java, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Banten, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, and North Sulawesi and 23 other provinces are included in the low-level cluster (C2).Keywords: Electricity, Datamining, K-Medoid, Clustering, Household Sources

Abstract

Oil palm plantations are one of the types of plantation crops that occupy an important position in the agricultural sector in general, and the plantation sector in particular ". This is because of the many plants that produce oil or fat. Production is obtained through a process that is quite long and full of risk. Here the author applies a Backpropagation method in which the method is part of supervised learning that is usually used for layers to determine the weights associated with neurons in the hidden layer. Which Backpropagation method will be virtualized into matlap program and will produce valid calculations. From the results of testing the Palm Oil Planting Year Production Report obtained in the 3-8-8-1 architecture which shows the target is reduced by the output jst that SSE 0.02976 which shows that there is an increase in the number of palm oil production as a target. From the data obtained, that the performance calculation of artificial neural networks with Backpropagation Algorithm is 67%.Keywords: Backpropagation, Oil Palm Plantations, Palm Oil Production, The Marjandi Garden Unit

Abstract

The journey to get to the Holy Land is somewhat complicated but along with the times, departing Umrah becomes easy because now many travel agents receive Umrah travel services. At present many agents accept Umrah travel services, but there are also some travel agents that are illegal and are not registered with the Ministry of Religion. Such travel agents harm Umrah pilgrims who want to practice their religion. With the price of cheap Umrah trips become an attraction for pilgrims and do not pay attention to the legality of the travel agent. And in the end pilgrims did not depart with various reasons to cover up the crime of the travel agent. For this reason, pilgrims need an application that can provide information searching for Umrah packages with consideration of the same facilities. And making this application can make it easier for prospective pilgrims to choose the same facilities with prices according to ability. Not only can know the price, prospective pilgrims can also see information on facilities and also the officiality (legality) of the travel agent. This research was conducted to make it easier for prospective pilgrims to choose facilities, prices and legality of the travel agent, and also apply the Rabin Karp algorithm and design a web-based Umrah package catalog application. Based on the results of the analysis, this system can help prospective Umrah pilgrims visitors with a success rate of 79.45% to determine the search results for prospective Umrah pilgrims.Keywords: umroh package catalog, rabin karp, string matching

Abstract

The North Sumatra Language Center also organizes an Indonesian language program for foreign speakers (BIPA) is an Indonesian language learning skills program (speaking, writing, reading, and listening) for foreign speakers. That so far the Balai Bahasa office has had difficulty classifying the graduation of Indonesian Foreign Speakers (BIPA) participants who are eligible to pass and who have not passed. So that complaints occur from participants.To overcome the above problems, it is necessary to classify graduation based on previous BIPA participant data. K-Nearest Neigbor Euclidean Distance model which is a method for classifying / grouping an object based on certain criteria. By using the K-Nearest neigbor algorithm in grouping BIPA participants by using various criteria, it is hoped that foreigners can speak Indonesian more quickly.Keywords: Indonesian Foreign Speakers, K-Nearest Neigbor Algorithm

Abstract

E-Raport application is an effort to control the quality of assessment, given the limitations of existing resources and qualifications. Value data in E-Raport is a matter of confidentiality that is very guarded to avoid irresponsible parties. One solution to the problem above is to encode the e-raport database record so that the value data can be maintained and confidentiality protected. One of the algorithms that can be applied is the Double Data Encryption standard (2DES). By applying the 2DES algorithm the value data in the E-Raport application is protected from other irresponsible parties and the assessment system can run well and the value data can only be accessed by users who are has access rights to process the data value.Keywords: Value Data, E-Raport, Cryptography, 2DES algorithm

Abstract

The problem of the originality of the file is about how the file can be maintained its authenticity and ensures that the file has never been changed at all. In this study the object file used is the audio file. The process of manipulating files often occurs during data transmission activities from the sender to the recipient. The solution that can be done to handle the crime of manipulation is to apply a hash type cryptographic technique in which the hash value is encrypted from an audio file that can be used as a keyword to ensure the audio file has never been manipulated or has been manipulated. The hash cryptographic algorithm used is the type of MD5 algorithm. The results obtained from the process of implementing the MD5 algorithm using MATLAB R2010a software and the HASH Pro application are audio file hash codes. Abstract

Educators use various methods to explain the material so that learning objectives can be achieved, one of the methods is by utilizing learning media. The purpose of using learning media in learning activities is to facilitate communication and learning. The use of media in learning activities aims to attract the attention of students and strengthen their concentration when receiving material from educators.The development of virtual reality media is an effort to realize educational goals. One of the success of learning lies in the ability of students' learning outcomes. Learning outcomes are very important for students as a benchmark of the extent to which students understand the material delivered by educators. Virtual reality media make learning outcomes the basis of development. The purpose of this study is to produce products in the form of virtual reality media to improve learning outcomes of elementary school students.This research is a development research with 4D development model from Thiagarajan. This development model consists of the stages define (design), design (design), develop (development), and disseminate (deployment). The research and development stage is carried out until the disseminate stage with the publication of articles and a trial process to students which is done on a limited basis. Data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire distributed to experts in the material, media, and field application.Student learning outcomes of the experimental class and the control class can be concluded that the virtual reality-based learning media used in the experimental class are stated to be more effective and can improve student learning outcomes by a percentage of 100% while the control class gets 77.3%.Keywords: learning media, virtual reality, learning outcomes

Abstract

This study aims to look for the grouping of data in motor vehicles according to their use. The types of motorized vehicles in this study are ranging from motorbikes, cars, public transportation, taxis, public transportation, buses, and pick ups. In this case we need a method that can classify vehicle data according to its use. This research was conducted in Pematangsiantar and used the K-Means Data Mining method. K-Means method tries to group existing data into several groups, where data in one group has the same characteristics with each other and has different characteristics from the data in other groups. The highest cluster with the number of motorized vehicle data according to its use is 7 vehicles, namely, 3 wheels, Taxi, public transportation, Bus (public transportation), Truck / Pick Up (public transportation), Car, Truck / Pick Up (private transportation).Keywords: Data Mining, K-Means Method, Grouping of Motorized Vehicles.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus or diabetes, occurs due to reduced production of the hormone insulin which functions to convert sugar into energy, and convert excess sugar levels in the body into fat. This condition results in the occurrence of hyperglycemia which transmits glucose in the urine. The more complex causes of diabetes are due to heredity, environmental factors include age, obesity, insulin resistance, physical activity, and unhealthy lifestyle of patients also play a role in the occurrence of diabetes. The purpose of this study is to produce a decision making system to determine diabetes medications best using the topsis method. The Topsis method is used to take the best alternative solution by paying attention to the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest distance from the negative solution, in determining the best diabetes drug based on predetermined criteria, so that it can be recommended as the next decision support system. The results of the application of the TOPSIS method can produce output in the form of ranking of diabetes drugs and determine diabetes drugs that have the highest preference value among other alternatives. The criteria used to determine the best diabetes drugs are 5, namely: Drug Efficacy, Drug Indications, Side Effects, Drug Prices, Drug Guarantees.
