Abstract

PMI (Indonesian Red Cross) is a national association organization in Indonesia engaged in the field of social humanity. In carrying out its duties PMI does not make a difference but rather prioritizes victims who most need immediate help for the safety of their souls. The Indonesian Red Cross Office (PMI) Medan provides a reward or award with the aim of improving the performance of the blood distribution process in charge, and to determine the priority of blood distribution, alternatives and criteria are needed to become a reference in the selection process. Decision Support System is one way that can be used in the priority process of blood distribution. In this study, the authors used the Extended Promethee II (Exprome II) method to find the weight value of the criteria, and to find the final value or to find the priority value of blood distribution. Thus a Decision Support System is needed in order to help the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) Medan to determine the priority of blood distribution.Keywords: Decision Support System, The Extended Promthee II, Priority Selection of Blood distribution

Abstract

Optimization of data security techniques is very necessary so that the data or information that is secured is really safe from attack. Data that has been encrypted based on cryptographic techniques very quickly raises suspicion that the data is confidential or important. Therefore, this technique is better combined with steganography techniques. Utilization of steganography techniques can minimize the attacker's suspicion of data that is secured, because by using steganography data techniques can be hidden on certain objects. This study discusses how to encode a text based on the Merkle-Hellman Knapsack algorithm and the resulting password is hidden in a grayscale digital image as a hiding object based on the pixel value differencing algorithm. Abstract

The main occupations in 15 years and above are on average not suitable for their age, which is done by adults but is done by people 15 years and older. Therefore, I do grouping data on population 15 years and above so that we know what their main jobs are. Here I use data mining with the K-Medoids method to classify the population of 15 years according to the main occupation, this research was conducted in Indonesia. The K-Medoids method is a method of collecting data with the classic clustering partitioning technique that groups datasets from n objects into K groups known a priori. A useful tool for determining k is a silhouette. It is stronger to be agreed upon and bigger than K-Means because it must add to the difference in the difference in the square of the euclidean distance. Attractions that can be determined as cluster objects are average differences for all objects in the cluster are minimal. That is the easiest point in the cluster. K-Medoids uses objects in a collection of objects to represent a cluster. The object chosen to represent a cluster is called medoid. Clusters are built by calculating the proximity they have between a medoid and non-medoid objects.Keywords: Data mining, K-Medoid, Main Job Fields 15 years and above

Abstract

The philosopher is a scientist who is an expert in the field of philosophy or philosophy. A philosphere is generally able to think radically, rationally, competently, and have good logic. Filosofer has knowledge and extensive experience of science in the field of philosophy is something that can build a sense of optimism in general society, especially for students who are pursuing the field of philosophy to develop their knowledge related to philosophy, but a source of information that provides specifically for philosophers biographies are still limited so finding information is still difficult. Web application is one proof of current technological advances, web applications today can be utilized by many people and has become a necessity to access various kinds of important information. The philosophers web application built in this research is intended to make it easier for users to access information related to philosophers biographies that can have a positive impact on users. Abstract

The word fashion is synonymous with fashion, in today's digital era fashion has become a lifestyle that can introduce personality through fashion on social media. In the term fashion, there are many terms that form the basis of knowledge to match one's fashion. The term fashion is generally studied using foreign languages so that many ordinary people find it difficult to understand in more detail related to fashion terms so that there is a need for applications that adopt science related to the term fashion. An application that was built with the main objective to search for information such as fashion terms is inseparable from the existence of string matching. String matching can be interpreted as an activity that works to match something that is sought in a container with the contents stored in the container. Algortima string matching which is implemented to search for the meaning of the term fashion in this study is the Horspool algorithm. The horspool algorithm is a boyer-moore derivative algorithm, to go through the process when there is a mismatch of character patterns with text characters, the horspool algorithm uses bad-matches repeatedly until all the character patterns are found to have a match against the text. The results of the application built in this study can facilitate ordinary people who have difficulty finding information related to fashion terms more easily.Keywords: Implementation, Fashion Terms, Algorithms, Horspool

Abstract

A non-smoking area (KTR) is a room or area that is declared prohibited from engaging in smoking, producing, selling, advertising, promoting, or promoting tobacco products. The problem of smoking is still a national problem that needs to be continuously addressed, because it involves various aspects of problems in life, namely economic, social, political aspects, especially health aspects. It is estimated that more than 40.3 million children live with smokers and are exposed to cigarette smoke in their environment and are referred to as passive smokers. Meanwhile, we know that children who are exposed to secondhand smoke can have an increased risk of developing bronchitis, pneumonia, middle ear infections, asthma, and slowed lung growth. This early health damage can cause poor health in adulthood. Even non-smoker adults who are constantly exposed will also have an increased risk of lung cancer and other types of cancer. K-Medoids Clustering Algorithm is one algorithm used to group data.The data used are the data of 34 provinces implementing non-smoking areas obtained from the Indonesian Health Office. The data will be grouped into two clusters namely high and low clusters. Abstract

Indonesia is one of the most vital electric energy users. The development of the world of technology and information in its use does not escape from access to electricity. This study discusses the Implementation of Datamining in the Case of Electric Power Generated by Province. The increasing need for electricity usage from time to time has never escaped the attention and auspices of the government. The data source in this study was accessed from the official website of the Indonesian government, namely the Central Statistics Agency (http://www.bps.go.id). The data used in this study are data from 2011-2017 which consists of 33 provinces in Indonesia. In the analysis of this study using 3 (three) cluster levels, namely the first high level cluster (C1), the second moderate level cluster (C2) and the third low level cluster (C3). So that the final results of the analysis of the case study of Electric Power Generating by Province obtained new data and information, namely the high cluster province of 2 provinces namely East Java and Banten, the medium cluster province of 4 provinces namely North Sumatra, South Sumatra, West Java and Central Java while low cluster provinces as much as 27 in other provinces. The results of the analysis of this study can be used as input for the government and the State Electricity Company (PLN), in order to make the province of the highest cluster category a top priority in increasing the growth of power plants as well as being more interactive in the utilization of electricity effectively and efficiently.Keywords: Data Mining, K-Means, Clustering, Energy, Electric Power, Province

This study aims to determine the impact of smartphone users among the community. Smartphones also have the ability in each of its features that can help or meet the needs of its users. Smartphones have become a part of everyone's lifestyle, ranging from children, adolescents, and adults. Many people do not realize that using a smartphone has an impact on users both internally and externally. Abstract

Tinter is the person in charge of installing window film on building windows or car windows. A tinter must have some specific criteria set by the company. To increase motivation and quality of a tinter's work, the company routinely holds the selection of the best tinter each year. However, the selection of the best tinter made at this time is still not completely in accordance with the specified criteria and in the end the selection is based on the assessment of the company's leadership. It is feared that it will cause divisions between tinter who feel that the selection is unfair or not objective and does not conform to procedures. For this reason, a decision support system is needed for the selection of the best tinter. Abstract

Ordering in the field of sale and purchase of Ritail large and small ordinary happens to meet the needs of the store to reach consumers, it includes a list of goods and prices with different items and a variety of sizes, bookings made By looking at low or low stocks. Because the number of items that resulted in the booking is less efficient considering that each MTI store is tracking the different items, it is analyzed the pattern of the order based on the items simultaneously during the order by applying Algorithm. Growth, to easily order goods to be ordered and efficient. The results of the booking are at the same time by MTI, making it easier to order from the pattern analysis. Results obtained from the study of item recommendation is 2 or more items suggested through analysis using FP. Growth algorithm with confidence (confidence interval above 20%) and minimum 5% support. The Tools used Rapidminer 9.3 2019 generate tables and graphs from the FP. Growth algorithm and the Association Rule.Keywords: analysis, ordering products FP. Growth, RapidMiner 9.3.
