Abstract

Red onion tunic waste contains quercetin which has anti-inflammatory activity. The formulation of anti-inflammatory preparations with the transdermal route is a solution towards the effect of gastrointestinal in the oral route. Transfersome is a nano vesicle particle that can increase the penetration of transdermal formulation. This study aims to characterize red onion tunic waste transfersome based on the ratio of phospholipids and surfactants used. The formulation of the best transfersome will be made into gel based formulation and the particle will be evaluated. Transfersome is made in 3 formulas namely Formula 1 (F1) with a ratio of phospolipids:surfactant (90:10), F2 (85:15), and F3 (70:30). This characterization included particle size distribution, potential zeta, entraptment efficiency, deformability index, and vesicle morphology. The best transfersome formulas are then formulated into gel preparations. The results showed that the best transfersome formula was F1 (90:10), with an average particle size of 357.9 ± 6.3 nm, zeta potential of -24.9 ± 0.9 and the entraptment efficiency results reached 77.964%. The morphology of the vesicles produced is spherical according to the expected vesicle criteria, but in gel-based formulation, the particle size not distributed homogenously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of smartphone users among the community. Smartphones also have the ability in each of its features that can help or meet the needs of its users. Smartphones have become a part of everyone's lifestyle, ranging from children, adolescents, and adults. Many people do not realize that using a smartphone has an impact on users both internally and externally. In determining the impact of smartphone users among the public, there needs to be a support system, a support system used is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method, in the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method the writer uses 4 variables namely distance, user, time and impact to determine the impact of smartphone users.Keywords : Smartphone, Fuzzy

Abstract

Cardiomyopathy that appears around the end of pregnancy or in the first few weeks after delivery is known as peripartum cardiomyopathy (PPCM). The pathogenesis of PPCM is unknown, however a number of factors, including viral myocarditis, an atypical resistance to pregnancy, an odd reaction to the increased hemodynamic weight of pregnancy, hormone interactions, ill health, aggravation, and apoptosis, are thought to contribute to this illness.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengkaji bagaimana citra merek ramah lingkungan (green brand image) mempengaruhi loyalitas merek pada produk yang ditawarkan oleh Unilever di Kota Padang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui pengisian kuisioner oleh 50 orang masyarakat Kota Padang, yang sebelumnya telah membeli produk dari Unilever. Riset ini adalah tipe penelitian kausatif yang menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Untuk menganalisis data, digunakan program SPSS versi 28. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa green brand image memiliki dampak positif terhadap brand loyalty pada produk Unilever di Kota Padang. Dalam hal ini, semakin baik citra ramah lingkungan produk yang dimiliki, akan semakin meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen terhadap merek tersebut.
