Abstract

The village of East Sambirejo became one of the successful pilots in village data management. Village data management is the basis in village development planning, so that it is right on target according to the village's potential and community needs. Data sources from the Office of the Village Head of East Sambirejo in 2018 show that the number of underprivileged people in the Village of East Sambirejo is relatively high, with a total population of approximately 25,936 people and approximately 7,000 households with a percentage of the underprivileged population reaching 12.5%. Based on this number, it can be seen that there are still many people in the village of East Sambirejo who are generally poor. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to build a clustering system or grouping data to assist the village government in grouping underprivileged populations so that assistance from the village government can be distributed appropriately. Abstract

PT.ISS Indonesia is the best and the largest Integrated Facility Service company in Indonesia with service coverage for Facility services, catering services, access control and parking.There are several fields in the company, one of which is the gardener. Gardener is one of the important parts in the company that is responsible for plant maintenance and gardening of a government agency or lodging company. A gardener has responsibility in terms of providing flowers for decoration in rooms such as rooms, lobbies, restaurants and rest rooms. The selection of the best gardener is done manually so that it requires a strong memory and accuracy for a leader.To overcome this, a system is needed to support the mindset of a leader in making objective decisions. There are several methods in decision support systems that can be used, one of which is the Profile Matching algorithm, which is a simple method in decision support systems by comparing GAP between alternative values and criteria.It is hoped that this research can provide a solution in recommending the best gardener in the company.So that it can facilitate the leadership in making decisions.Keywords : decision support systems, best gardener,  profile matching

Abstract

Pesticides are chemicals and organic which are used by farmers to protect rice plants from pests, farmers often experience difficulties in choosing the pesticides to be used. Where pesticide products circulate very much in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but often farmers experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product Where pesticide products circulate very much in the market and offer various advantages of each product, but often farmers experience incompatibility with what has been offered by each product. The incompatibility of pesticides used by farmers can affect the yields of farmers. The purpose of this study is as knowledge of farmers in determining the best pesticides to eradicate pests in rice plants, especially in the village of Bah Sampuran and apply the MAUT method (Multi Attribute Utility Theory) to calculate each criterion of alternatives and produce cracking in recommending the best pesticides to eradicate pests in plants rice. The criteria used are: the workings of the pesticides, the price of pesticides, many pests, shelf life, the effect on humans, the influence on rice plants, the influence on other animals, climate resistance. This application was built using Vb net programming language and MySql database. From the results of this study it was found that Alternative Plenum had the highest value with a value of 0.79 so that it became the best Pesticide recommendation.Keywords: Decision Support System, Pesticides, FOREIGN, Vb net, MySql

Abstract

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is a national association organization in Indonesia engaged in the field of social humanity. In certain months the blood demand has increased dramatically, this causes the availability of blood in the Indonesian Red Cross Medan City increasingly thinning. In addition to lack of blood, excess blood supply is also common in the Indonesian Red Cross. To overcome the above problems, the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) of Medan City is supplying blood stock so that when the needs are high they can balance the stock and if their blood needs are low they can stabilize the blood so that the blood is not wasted. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to build an application for the Implementation of the Amount of Blood Receipts and Demand in the Medan Red Cross by using the ID3 (Iterative Dichoimoiser 3) method so that it helps in the process of equalizing blood to make it more accurate and the decisions determined to be valid and satisfactory.Keywords: Data Mining, Blood Acceptance and Demand, Id3 (Iterative Dichoiomiser)

Abstract

Before the arrival of disease, it is good for humans to prevent it, many plants grow that are beneficial to health, but so are the many diverse types of plants and their respective benefits so that it is difficult to understand which are beneficial for health which are not beneficial for health. To facilitate the search for plant health benefits for human health, it was designed using the Maximal Shift algorithm, where this algorithm as a solution in searching for plant health benefits for human health with the limited screen size of smartphones owned, string matching is needed as a process in the search. Application search for the benefits of plants for human health based on Android was designed using Eclipse Juno. Abstract

Information technology (IT) applied by the company can help increase the effectiveness and efficiency associated with the company's operational activities. Measurement of IT implementation is carried out on ABC companies engaged in information technology services in every business process. To integrate business processes with the current implementation of information technology, IT measurements are needed through the concept of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in ABC companies. In ABC companies, IT performance measurement is very important to know the extent of the company's business development stage so that it can achieve the organization's vision and mission in the short and long term. In terms of effectiveness and efficiency, ABC companies have information technology and prioritize meeting business and IT strategies. A number of business transactions carried out every day can run the risk of failure of IT implementation which impacts on the company's progress. The method used to measure IT maturity in ABC company is IT BSC combined with BTripleE Framework. From the results of the analysis conducted, there are various findings related to the risk and failure of IT implementation in the company so that an evaluation of IT is obtained which is used as a responsive action towards the IT implementation. After that, the description of the BTripleE Framework form is applied in the use of IT BSC that considers 4 perspectives through the calculation of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), including corporate contribution, future orientation, operational excellence, and customer orientation.Keywords: IT Performance Measurement, IT Balanced Scorecard, BtrippleE Framework, Key Performance Indicator

Abstract

Compression is a way to compress or modify data so that the required storage space is smaller and more efficient. In this study, the large file size in the prayer reading application makes the document storage space requires a lot of storage space due to the large file size. Due to the large size of the file that is currently making a large and inefficient file storage area and the larger size of a file makes the smartphone slow due to the file. The purpose of this study is to design an android-based prayer reading application by implementing the Szymanski Ziv Storer Lempel algorithm (LZSS). And designing a compression application using the Java programming language and database used is SQLite The results of the study show that after carrying out the implementation process with the LZSS algorithm on Reading Prayers, the decompression test results are known to be compressed text files that can be compressed and the size of the decompressed text file is the same as the original text file before it is compressed.Keywords: Implementation, compression, algorithm Lempel Ziv Storer Szymanski (LZSS).

Abstract

So far, the selection of the best teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura is conducted at the end of each school year. The selection of teachers is intended to choose the best teachers and motivate teachers in terms of doing the lesson. During this time the selection of the best teachers in Tanjung pura is done from several methods such as attendance in teaching, neatness, mastering classroom material. The situation of the chosen teacher is influenced by other factors such as closeness, friendship, family. So that the chosen teacher does not match the truth. In the selection of the best teachers in high school / vocational school level, the awarding of the high achievement and dedication achieved by teachers in carrying out their professional tasks needs to be given, one of which is the selection of the best teachers in high school / SMK. Abstract

Marriage is the most awaited moment for everyone. Prawdding is an important thing to do before a wedding. Because prewedding photos become the latest trend for photos that will be displayed during the wedding. But in a lot of prewedding photos brides who are not satisfied with the results of these prewedding photos. This system can facilitate the bride and groom in choosing the location of prawedding photos without the need to meet in person to consult. This decision making system is made using the Weight Product method and is made with the php programming language and MySQL database. The WP method is used to find optimal alternatives from a number of alternatives. The selection of the location of the prewedding photo uses weighting for each criterion. The bride and groom can choose the desired location based on criteria such as the number of spots, themes, location distance, number of shoots with weights determined by the user based on the level of importance. The results of this system are displaying praweding locations based on the location of prawedding photos that can be ordered by the bride and groom. The selection of prewedding photo locations can be done optimally so that the results of the decision are as expected.Keywords: Decision Support System, Prewedding Location, Product Weight

Abstract

The purpose of this research is that the results of the utilization of fish resources in producing marine fisheries by fishermen can be good using the K-Means clustring method. Data was obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and assisted using RapidMiner software. Data used from 2013-2017 consisted of 21 Provinces. With these data can be obtained data with high-level clusters (C1), namely Central Java with production 587002.8 and low-level clusters (C2) provinces of Aceh, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung Islands, DKI Jakarta, West Java , DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Banten, Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and Gorontalo with a production of 20302.28. This can be input to the government for provinces that have low water catchment areas to be of more concern based on the cluster that has been done.Keywords: K-Means, Sea Fish Production, Clustering, Territory
