Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan prototipe helm pengukur kualitas udara yang dilengkapi dengan keluaran (output) suara serta mengetahui tingkat akurasinya di jalan raya. Hasil penelitian berguna bagi pengendara sepeda motor sebagai peringatan kualitas udara yang ada disekitarnya secara real time. Target yang ingin dicapai adalah agar pengendara sepeda motor dapat senantiasa menjaga dan melindungi diri dari bahaya polusi udara di jalan raya khususnya dalam kemacetan lalu lintas menggunakan helm yang dapat mengukur kualitas udara. Luaran hasil penelitian ini dapat dimasukkan dan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal nasional dan sebagai bahan ajar. Untuk luaran jangka panjang adalah terciptanya helm yang dilengkapi dengan alat pengukur kualitas udara dengan hasil yang lebih akurat dan tampilan yang lebih menarik. Dalam penelitian ini pendekatan yang digunakan adalah aplikasi demonstrasi dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dimana prototipe helm akan di uji secara langsung di jalan raya dan data hasil pengujian akan dicatat dan dikumpulkan. Setelah melakukan uji lapangan sebanyak 50 kali dan dianalisis maka dapat diketahui tingkat akurasi rangkaian sistem yang dipasang pada helm untuk mendeteksi dan menghitung kualitas udara.

Abstract

Ukulele includes a portable instrument that is easy to carry anywhere because of its small size. In playing ukulele certainly not apart from the chord. Chord better known as "key, chord is harmonization and combination of tones produced when played simultaneously, chord is used to accompany a song. For people who are new to learning and starting to learn ukulele autodidactically, first need to know the chord of the song to be sung, usually to know the chords of a song, people will look for references on the internet and music magazines or ask the more understanding. However, due to lack of information about chord ukulele make people have difficulty and need media information to know chord of a song to be sung. The application will be designed is an android-based application and offline, this can minimize the cost of internet quota and the purchase cost of ukulele chord books. The Turbo Boyer-Moore algorithm is a variation of the Boyer-Moore algorithm. Turbo Boyer Moore has two advantages, allowing to skip over the factor of the text and Turbo Boyer Moores technique allows Turbo shifts.

Abstract

The development of mobile technology influences peoples lifestyles almost in every aspect of life. Utilization of mobile technology in the world of education also has an important role in adding alternative learning media such as applications that contain the content of substitute learning materials such as textbook books, dictionaries or books. The Book of Fadhail Charity contains the primacy of a deed based on the hadith of the Prophet. The discussion of the virtue of charity contained in the book of Fadhail Amal is quite extensive and deep enough that the size of the book is quite thick. The size of the book is quite thick it causes difficulty in finding a particular part of the book. For that required development of the Application containing the contents of the Book of Fadhail Charity where in the application there is a word search feature. Word search problems can be solved using string matching algorithms such as the LinearSequential Search algorithm. Linear Sequential Search can be used to solve text search problems with simple steps arranged in arrays. In this study designed a mobile-based applications that can run on androiZ smartphone, the application of charity-based fadhail book mobile will certainly be more portable and lightweight than the book fadhail heavy and very thick, Application of linear sequential search algorithms in fadhail book-based smartphone applications android will be very slavish users to find information contained in the book in addition to not heavy and also practical because it can be accessed anytime.

Abstract

The problem often faced by radiologists in analyzing thorax fractures through manual x-ray images and requiring a longer time to study the image and radiologists also often have difficulty reading x-ray images that have noise when shooting x-ray and can lead to difficulties in diagnosis. The adaptive median filter method is a suitable problem-solving technique. In the improvement of the quality of the x-ray image, the x-ray image must first be converted into the pixel image value, to get the pixel value from the x-ray image. -ray then determine the matrix value to get the maximum, minimum, median and pixel coordinate values. Then determine whether the pixel value will be replaced with a median value, if not noise then the pixel value is not replaced. The end result of this system is in the form of design in reducing noise on x-ray imagery which is used as an aid in analyzing x-ray images. Abstract

English is one of the important components in realizing a quality college and being an international language means the language that will be used when conducting conversations between countries or nations. To realize a quality college, STIKOM Tunas Bangsa began to impose an increase in learning English. However, this was found to be an obstacle, namely the low interest of students in learning English. In this study will be determined the factors that are the main reason for the low interest of students in learning English. Data inputted based on the results of the questionnaire with the STIKOM Tunas Bangsa case study, then processed using the Weighted Sum Model (WSM) method by determining the alternatives to be used as reference in retrieval. decisions, namely, the level of difficulty, the level of understanding, environmental factors, and the role of the lecturer. The test results show that the WSM method is able to produce factors of low student interest in learning English based on the required criteriaKeywords: English Language, Decision Support System, WSM Method, Student Interest.

Abstract

Jalan raya merupakan jalur darat yang berperan sebagai ruang lalu lintas area aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Ruang lalu lintas diatur oleh Personel Satuan Lalu Lintas (Satlantas) yang bertugas menertibkan dan menciptakan kenyamaan dan ketertiban kendaraan dalam berlalu lintas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemberian apresiasi kepada Personel Satlantas terbaik guna memberikan motivasi sekaligus memotivasi personel Satlantas lain dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Ada kemungkinan dalam proses pemilihan personel Satlantas terbaik masih terdapat unsur subjektif atau like and dislike sehingga tidak berdasarkan kriteria personel Satlantas terbaik yang telah ditetapkan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dapat memudahkan dalam pemilihan personel Satlantas dengan menggunakan metode SPK. Metode PROMETHEE II merupakan metode SPK yang melakukan  outrangking yang dapat mengurutkan dan memberi peringkat dalam pemilihan personel Satlantas terbaik. Hasil akhir sistem pendukung keputusan ini adalah memberikan perangkingan dalam pemilihan personel Satlantas terbaik dengan berurutan berdasarkan alternatif yang sesuai dengan kriteria-kriteria.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Metode PROMETHEE II, Personel Satlantas

Abstract

Data mining is mining or discovery information to the process of looking for patterns or information that contains the search trends in a number of very large data in taking decisions on the future.In determining the patterns of classification techniques garnered record (Training set). The class attribute, which is a decision tree with method C 4.5 builds upon an algorithm of induction can be minimised.By utilizing data jobs graduates expected to generate information about interest & talent, work with benefit from graduate quisioner alumni. A pattern of work that sought from large-scale data and analyzed by various algorithms to compute the C 4.5 can do that work based on the pattern of investigation patterns that affect so that it found the rules are interconnected that can result from the results of the classification of objects of different classes or categories of attributes that influence to shape the patterns of work. Abstract

Sulitnya memprediksi kebutuhan jenis lensa pada pasien, merupakan kendala yang dihadapi para pegawai di Optik Melawai dan membuat para pasien bingung dalam memilih jenis lensa yang sesuai dengannya. Sehingga para pegawai harus dapat mengambil keputusan yang tepat dan cepat guna memberikan pelayanan yang baik serta kepuasan kepada pasien dan membantu para pasien dalam memilih jenis lensa yang sesuai dengan mata pasien. Keputusan yang diambil harus mempertimbangkan dengan baik berdasarkan data - data yang dimiliki, terutama yang berkaitan erat dengan data pemeriksaan pasien. Penerapan algoritma C4.5 merupakan salah satu solusi yang digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah pada teknik klasifikasi yang memiliki karakteristik yaitu dengan proses penentuan nilai entropy dan nilai gain dari kemungkinan setiap kriteria yang menjadi acuan keputusan yang dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan dari hasil keputusan. Dalam memecahkan masalah yang ada, akan lebih simpel dan mudah dalam pengerjaannya, karena pengambilan keputusan yang sebelumnya kompleks dan sangat global, dapat diubah menjadi lebih simpel dan spesifik. Dari hasil pengujian, aplikasi yang dibangun maupun melakukan penerapan algoritma c4.5 dengan terbentuknya pohon keputusan sebagai bahan analisis keputusan memprediksi jenis lensa.

Abstract

Teknologi pesawat tanpa awak semakin banyak diminati oleh para peminatnya. Permasalahan yang sering muncul pada pesawat tanpa awak semacam quadcopter adalah sistem keseimbangan dan mekanisme pengambilan objek yang ada saat berada diudara. Dalam keadaan terbang diam (Hold) baisanya quadcopter akan terombang ambing dikarenakan banyak faktor. Bisa karena perbedaan putaran motor ataupun faktor angin. Sedangkan untuk objek hanya bisa diambil dari satu arah saja. Agar permainan ini semakin menarik, penelitian ini akan memperbaiki dan menyempurnakan sistem balancing dan sistem monitoring pesawat tanpa awak (quadcopter).

Abstract

Credit is a financial facility that allows a person or business entity to borrow money to purchase the product and repay it within the specified time period.  UU No.10 of 1998 states that credit is the provision of money or bills that can be equalized, based on the agreement or lending and borrowing agreements between banks with other parties that require the borrower to repay his debt after a certain period of time with the giving of interest. Currently, credit facilities become the main source of consumer financing in buying goods. In addition there are also consumers who are classified as having enough income to purchase in cash, but choose on credit because there are other needs that must be met. Associated with the cost of most consumers make purchases on credit are consumers who are classified as having middle class income. The process of giving credit to consumers is not easy, because it must consider various factors. The purpose of this research is to make decision support system in determining consumer factor in doing credit goods. Case study conducted by researchers is PT. ADIRA Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk pematangsiantar branch. The method used in this research is Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method that can give the best ranking order. So as to produce criteria with the highest weights that can be used as consideration for decision makers to be used in decision making. It is expected that this research can contribute to the company in assessing the biggest factor of consumers in choosing goods credits.
