Abstract

Kriptografi Mode operasi cipher block salah satu ilmu yang dipelajari pada mata pelajaran kriptografi. Beberapa faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menguasai pembelajaran kriptografi mode operasi cipher block yaitu fasilitas pembelajaran dan model pembelajaran yang digunakan. Computer-Assisted Instruction (CAI) adalah salah satu metode pengajaran berbantuan komputer  yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan  kemampuan peseta didik dalam memahami pembelajaran khususnya pembelajaran Kriptografi Mode operasi cipher block. Pembelajaran  Kriptografi Mode operasi cipher block yang  biasanya  diajarkan selamat ini masih bersifat konvensional maka perlu dirancang suatu aplikasi pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif. Dengan adanya aplikasi pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat membantu siswa memahami dan semakin meningkatkan antusias dan motivasi peserta didik  untuk mempelajari khususnya pembelajaran kriptografi mode operasi block.

Abstract

Risk is a danger, the consequences or consequences that can occur due to an ongoing process or a future event. Risk always confronts individuals and various institutions, including business organizations. In the business world, risk can be interpreted as an external or internal factor that can cause uncertainty in the effort to achieve the desired goals. Therefore, we need a management called risk management. Risk management is a process of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, controlling, and trying to avoid, minimize, or even eliminate unacceptable risks. In a company, risk management is a process of planning, organizing, directing and controlling the activities of an organization to minimize the risk of corporate revenue. The application of risk management usually uses ISO in accordance with risk analysis and the area to be focused. The stages of risk management analysis itself are, 1. Risk Collection, 2. Determining Scale, and 3. Risk Matrix. The results obtained from the risk management analysis will be in the form of suggestions, recommendations and mitigations.

Abstract

Firstly the researcher want to look how the society interactive one of another. Nowdays TV Program one of facilitate can accommodate us to look , how people make interactive like what we call in Indonesia costum as: arisan, gossip, candaan group etc. a social phenomenon like that can be wrapped in miniature setting mostly in Joke or Comedian theme. Recently one of fumous like Sule “Ini Talk Show” TV Program. “Ini Talk Show” make one of TV production part of them contribute on TV Program needed to know as a practice, comedian society and as a prediction value. Sometimes the people who contributing for this production want to know how to get measuring  increase of this program, may be in reputation, interest and benefit for investment. Base on above description the researcher try to finding a simple method to get the element which make this program can be increased as a quantitative or qualitative base on the survey for 40 people in one area and after that making questionnaire for the measuring and the result. The researcher get 3 domain area which grouped as : popularity factor, entertainment factor and regional factor.

Abstract

PT. Nias Express is a company engaged in the delivery of goods. With the aim of providing servants to the owner of goods by guaranteeing the integrity and security of goods in the purpose of increasing the development of the company in the delivery of goods requires the company to be able to provide shipping services for consumers to support better shipping transactions. The Noerth west corner method is one method chosen by the author in solving problems that occur at PT. Nias Express, wherein the method, the calculation is done by starting from the edge to the fishery, using the need table and delivery table, so that optimization costs can be increased and not only when that is all, with the use of this method, the authors hope to increase service in shipping goods. Of the several problems that occur and are often experienced by PT. Nias Express is a cost that is unexpected, shipping and costs that are used in excess and uncontrolled expenditures used in shipping goods, with such problems, in need of systematic preparation in handling costs and shipping goods to arrive safely at destination.

Abstract

Minyak kelapa sawit memiliki banyak manfaat antara lain sebagai bahan baku makanan, bahan baku kosmetika dan obat-obatan, bahan baku industri berat dan ringan dan biodiesel sebagai bahan bakar mesin diesel. Produksi merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam sebuah perusahaan khususnya PT.PN IV unit Adolina yang bergerak dalam bidang pengolahaan minyak sawit. Produksi minyak sawit dalam waktu yang tepat dan dalam jumlah yang tepat merupakan sesuatu yang di inginkan perusahaan perkebunan sawit. Oleh karena itu, pengembangan sistem ini bertujuan untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat memprediksi hasil produksi minyak kelapa sawit dengan metode Tsukamoto berdasarkan data persediaan dan jumlah permintaan. Prediksi tidak harus memberikan jawaban secara pasti kejadian yang akan terjadi melainkan berusaha untuk mencari jawaban sedekat mungkin yang akan terjadi. Aplikasi dirancang menggunakan Microsoft Visual Basic 2008 dan database MySQL, dengan menggukan aplikasi ini pihak perusahaan dapat melakukan prediksi lebih cepat dari perhitungan manual.

Abstract

One of the tasks in the field of marketing finance is to analyze customer data to find out which customers have the potential to do credit again. The method used to analyze customer data is by classifying all customers who have completed their credit installments into marketing targets, so this method causes high operational marketing costs. Therefore this research was conducted to help solve the above problems by designing a data mining application that serves to predict the criteria of credit customers with the potential to lend (credit) to Mega Auto Finance. The Mega Auto finance Fund Section located in Kotim Regency is a place chosen by researchers as a case study, assuming the Mega Auto finance Fund Section has experienced the same problems as described above. Data mining techniques that are applied to the application built is a classification while the classification method used is the Decision Tree (decision tree). While the algorithm used as a decision tree forming algorithm is the C4.5 Algorithm. The data processed in this study is the installment data of Mega Auto finance loan customers in July 2018 in Microsoft Excel format. The results of this study are an application that can facilitate the Mega Auto finance Funds Section in obtaining credit marketing targets in the future

Abstract

Masalah antrian sangat sering dijumpai pada kehidupan sehari-hari. Seperti yang dihadapi oleh Kantor Pos dengan peran ganda. Selain penyedia layanan jasa antar barang, kantor pos juga berperan sebagai tempat penyalur dana program simpanan keluarga sejahtera. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi pembentukan model antrian adalah model single queue multi server yang  memiliki satu pintu input dan satu pintu output,  simulasi antrian single queue multi server yaitu satu antrian ataupun tunggal dan mempunyai fasilitas, mempunyai banyak pelayanan dan lebih dari satu. Simulasi merupakan salah satu strategi pembelajaran yang bertujuan memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih kongkrit melalui tiruan-tiruan yang mendekati bentuk sebenarnya. Simulasi antrian pada algoritma first come first server menggambarkan bahwa orang yang lebih dahulu datang akan dilayani terlebih dahulu. Kalau ada proses tiba pada waktu yang sama, maka pelayanan mereka dilaksanakan melalui urutan mereka dalam antrian. Proses di antrian belakang harus menunggu sampai semua proses di depannya selesai. Antrian FCFS merupakan permasalahan yang ada terutama menyangkut kedatangan pelanggan (konsumen), permintaan pelayanan, kemudian terjadi antrian atau baris tunggu untuk memperoleh pelayanan tersebut, sehingga ada waktu tunggu. Seiring dengan kemajuan yang dicapai dengan menggunakan teknologi komputer, tahun demi tahun berkembang terus dengan pesatnya, untuk menyelesaikan masalah antrian ini dapat dipergunakan model antrian FCFS

Abstract

In the process of making Pliek U, there must be a maker who does not make Pliek U with the right time so that the nutritional content of Pliek U becomes unhealthy, that is containing bad bacteria. make Pliek U containing Lactic Acid Bacteria that have the potential as Probiotics. This study uses the Tsukamoto method with the rule IF ... THEN, in the process of knowing probiotics by inputting the process of making Pliek U so that the application will produce the Lactic Acid Bacteria contained in Pliek U as Probiotics or Not. The purpose of making this application is to be able to help fans or makers of Pliek U find out the types of healthy bacteria produced by Pliek U and after Pliek U research is safe to consume if the time of crushing and fermentation time is right.

Abstract

The use of digital formats, especially in video, voice or music data, is still causing controversy surrounding the protection of copyright. These problems cause the importance of proof of ownership of the copyright of a digital media. To be able to prove ownership of copyright, watermarking techniques can be used. In this study, the blowfish algorithm method is used for digital video watermarking using the VB.Net application. This study aims to protect the copyright of digital video owners by applying the blowfish algorithm so as to increase the watermarking robustness that exists in the digital video. The results of this study are application programs that can be used by all parties. Because this application is very user-friendly.

Abstract

Until now the agricultural sector still plays an important role in the national economy. Fruits are commercial commodities which are very strategic to be developed and traded in regional, national and international markets. So that the optimal conditions in an area for the production of commodity types of fruit is a very important comparative advantage. Based on data on fruit production results in the Office of Food and Horticultural Crops of North Sumatra showing several regions with varying amounts of fruit yields. For this reason, grouping of potential fruit-producing regions is needed to be based on the names of districts / cities that have the potential to produce fruit. By using the K-Means Clustering Method, the division of regional groups can be done based on the harvested area (Ha), production (tons) and the year of harvest. In this research, clustering of fruit-producing potential areas was carried out using the K-Means algorithm. By using K-Means aims to facilitate the grouping of an area in knowing the level of potential based on districts / cities in the province of North Sumatra
