Abstract

This study aims to describe the Adiwiyata School at MAN Purworejo which includes 4 components of the Adiwiyata program, namely environmentally sound policies, Implementation of Environment-Based Curriculum, Participatory-Based Environmental Activities and Management of Environmentally Friendly Support Facilities. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants for this research were the School Adiwiyata Team, the Principal, Deputy Principal for Facilities and Infrastructure, School Public Relations, Teachers, Employees and Students. Research location at MAN Purworejo Data collection techniques with triangulation through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study show that: (1) the implementation of environmentally sound policies has been carried out by changing the vision and mission to support environmental management and there is an allocation of funds for the Adiwiyata program in efforts to protect and manage the school environment, an environmentally sound curriculum is implemented by integrating environmental insight material into subjects , participatory environmental activities are carried out through various environmental actions both held by schools and agencies and managing environmentally friendly facilities by utilizing Green Houses, green open spaces and school yards for learning. (2) Schools have attempted several activities involving students in the Adiwiyata program, including involving students in environmental actions, and environmental workshops and waste recycling training. The obstacles faced were the lack of cooperation and the lack of awareness of students regarding madrasa concerns.

Abstract

The principal functions as a leader and manager in the school who has an important role in realizing the school's vision and mission. Therefore the principal is required to be able to manage the institution he leads. This study aims to describe the effective leadership of school principals at SMPN 21 Purworejo which includes their role in shaping vision, creating a friendly climate, fostering leadership, enhancing learning, and managing human resources, data and processes in the context of developing a culture of school quality. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection was carried out on research sources using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The collected data is processed by data reduction activities, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity test was carried out using a triangulation technique to ensure that the data obtained is valid. The results of this study indicate that effective school principal leadership in developing a quality culture at SMP Negeri 21 Purworejo is carried out through vision formation which includes the formulation of a vision together with school members, commitment to the vision, mission and goals of the school, the ability to maintain a strong vision, and create a climate conducive learning. Creating a friendly climate includes providing school facilities that are safe, comfortable and friendly to the environment, creating a friendly climate for students and staff, a friendly climate that goes beyond school walls. Fostering leadership to others includes giving trust to subordinates, building effective work teams, and delegating some of their authority to others. Improving learning includes evaluating learning programs, creating learning improvement strategies, collaborating in learning, using interactive, inspiring and fun methods, supervision techniques, and improving the professionalism of education staff. Managing human resources includes placing teachers and staff according to their expertise, supporting professional development of teachers and staff, utilizing the potential of teachers and staff, and being careful and prioritizing examples;; managing data includes utilizing data as a reference for making decisions, storing data appropriately, and utilizing data for collaborative investigations; managing the process includes selecting the acceptance of students and new employees, as well as mentoring new employees.

Abstract

The problem of low learning outcomes for forward roll and back roll material skills is the basis for compiling research on best practice class VII E MTs Negeri 8 Semester, the learning of Physical Education Sports and Health (PJOK) in Kebumen implements the learning aids for learning ball crèmes as a PJOK learning strategy in an effort to improve the effectiveness and psychomotor learning outcomes or skills. The teaching and learning process can take place well if the teacher is able to manage the process in such a way as to produce quality learning. It is this principle of active and efficient learning that is expected to create an active, creative and fun PJOK learning atmosphere. One alternative that can be used is the application of the learning aids of the ball cremes in the learning process of forward roll and back roll floor gymnastics in PJOK subjects. The results of this best practice research show that students who have taken part in learning using the help of ball rolling learning aids have found it easier to master the forward roll and back roll movement because when students do the forward roll and back roll movement students always try to keep their head pressed against their neck to guard the ball. does not fall, so that it directly supports the movement of rolling forward and backward because the position of the head, body and legs remains round. The increase in psychomotor learning outcomes in the basic competence of floor gymnastics for Class VII E students was 40.63% from the initial test of 17 students to 30 students. So that the Implementation of the Use of the Kremes Ball Teaching Aid is proven to be able to improve Learning Outcomes of Material Skills For Forward Roll and Back Roll Floor Gymnastics for Grade VII E Students Even Semester 2019/2020 Academic Year. Abstract

Infrastructure is an important factor in improving the quality of graduates, the Triwarno Kutowinangun Kebumen State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in the last two years has been very concerned about the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, this study aims to: (1) Review and discuss the Management Planning of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure in Improving the Quality of Graduates in MTs Negeri Triwarno Kutowinangun Kebumen, (2) Analyzing the Organization of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure Management in Improving the Quality of Graduates in MTs Negeri Triwarno Kutowinangun Kebumen. (3). Analyzing and Discussing Instructions for the Management of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure in Improving the Quality of Graduates at MTs Negeri Triwarno Kutowinangun Kebumen. (4). Analyzing Management Control of Educational Facilities and Infrastructure in Improving Graduate Quality at MTs Negeri Triwarno Kutowinangun Kebumen.This study uses a qualitative method. The research was conducted at MTs Negeri Triwarno Kutowinangun Kebumen, from May to October 2017. The subjects in this study were the Head of Madrasah and Deputy Head of Facilities and Infrastructure of MTs Negeri Triwarno Kutowinangun Kebumen. The informants in the study were teachers and students. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. The data validation technique uses data triangulation and source triangulation. Data analysis techniques using interactive methods, data collection, data presentation, data reduction and drawing conclusions.The results of the study revealed that the management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of graduates at MTs Negeri Triwarno Kutowinangun Kebumen was carried out by (1) Planning for Facilities and Infrastructure (Planing), namely madrasah coordination meetings, determining the madrasah program, and determining the need for educational facilities and infrastructure. (2) Organizing of Facilities and Infrastructure (Organizing) includes setting up the organizational structure of managing facilities and infrastructure, dividing work assignments/job descriptions, arranging practice tools and materials, and setting practical activities. (3) Directing of Facilities and Infrastructure (Actuating) in the form of procurement, maintenance and elimination of facilities and infrastructure. (4) Facility and Infrastructure Control (Controling) is carried out by taking an inventory. The use of facilities and infrastructure should be adjusted to the needs in order to obtain benefits from such use. All madrasah residents should take advantage of the facilities and infrastructure owned by the madrasa so that they are not wasted just being a decoration because basically all madrasa facilities are held to provide the best service to all madrasa residents. Maintenance of madrasa facilities and infrastructure is not only left to the officers who handle them, but the contribution or proactiveness of all madrasa residents is also needed so that all programs planned for maintaining madrasas can be realized properly for the continuity of the education process in madrasas.
