Based on observations in SMP N 7 Kerinci that teachers in the process of learning is menoton, students fasif, lack of interest of students to innovate so that learning is not effective. PAIKEM very important in the study of materials mathematic. Besides, the poor performance of students in learning science, it can be seen from the mastery learning students who only reached 38% and the value of many students are under the KKM, it is necessary pengunakan For better learning using study material PAIKEM in Mathematic. This research is a classroom action research (PTK), which consists of several cycles, At each cycle ends with the evaluation. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, evaluation and reflection. Achievement data obtained using test and student activity using observation sheet. Analysis of data on the activities of students in PAIKEM through a scientific approach to the pre-cycle, the first cycle, second cycle and third cycle has been successful. Analysis of the average student mastery of positive activity on pre-cycle reached 57.78%, in the first cycle reaches 70.10%, 80.08% reached the second cycle and the third cycle analysis reached 84.78%. Based on the percentage of the third cycle can be said that the fifth grade students of SMP N 7 Kerinci district has achieved mastery learning classical. The result showed that the adoption of the model PAIKEM through a scientific approach can increase the activity and student achievement Class VIII SMP N 7 Kerinci district. Based on these results suggested to teachers, especially mathematic teachers that learning model application PAIKEM through scientific approaches developed as an innovation in teaching and learning.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) meningkatkan proses pembelajaran membaca permulaan melalui media big book, dan (2) mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan melalui media big book pada siswa kelas IA SD Negeri 04 Jaho Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IA SD Negeri 04 Jaho Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang berjumlah 12 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, catatan lapangan dan tes. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu lembar pedoman observasi rating berskala dan tes unjuk kerja membaca permulaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media big book dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan siswa kelas IA SD Negeri 04 Jaho Kecamatan X Koto Kabupaten Tanah Datar dari segi proses maupun hasil. Penggunaan media big book dalam pembelajaran membaca permulaan diawali dengan mengajak siswa untuk memprediksi isi cerita berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap gambar ilustrasi pada halaman sampul. Prediksi siswa tersebut ditulis di papan tulis. Guru membacakan big book dengan intonasi dan lafal yang tepat serta menunjuk setiap kata yang dibaca. Melalui pemodelan ini, siswa terdorong untuk mampu membaca seperti yang dicontohkan oleh guru. Setelah itu, guru mencocokkan prediksi siswa dengan isi cerita. Siswa dipersilakan untuk menyampaikan kesan atau tanggapannya. Guru membacakan sekali lagi sebelum siswa membaca secara individu di depan kelas. Guru membimbing siswa dalam membaca dan memberikan motivasi setelah siswa selesai membaca di depan kelas. Dari segi hasil, peningkatan dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan membaca permulaan pada pratindakan 62,38 meningkat menjadi 67,22 pada siklus I dan 78,66 pada siklus II. Persentase pencapaian kriteria keberhasilan mengalami peningkatan pada pratindakan sebesar 17,24% meningkat menjadi 34,48% pada siklus I dan 79,31% pada siklus II.

Public transportation is a transportation provided to the public that is paid for which the purpose is to transport people or goods from one place to another. Especially regarding public transportation to be able to carry out transport activities from one place to another, there needs to be a permit from the authorized agency. The procedure for collecting levies for general passenger transportation permit permits is based on the SPDORD as referred to in Article 12 paragraph (1) stipulated that levies are payable by issuing regional levies (SKRD) or other equivalent documents. For Sawahlunto City Regency, in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 11 of 1997 concerning Licensing for Public passenger transport routes, the tariff is classified into the type of public passenger transport and transport capacity. Basically, the obstacles faced in the issuance of public transportation route permit fees at the communications and information technology office of Limapuluh Kota Regency are the lack of knowledge of drivers in terms of issuance of public transportation route licenses, many employers who grant the requirements of public transport route licensing, and employers do not understand concerning the licensing of special routes for public transport

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi dapat mengakibatkan sistem sirkulasi dan organ menjadi tegang. Hipertensi masih menjadi masalah kesehatan pada kelompok lansia. Peningkatan usia sering dikuti penyakit degeneratif dan masalah kesehatan pada kelompok lanjut usia. Untuk itu peneliti tertarik melakukan penelitian yang berjudul Hubungan pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan lansia tentang cara pencegahan hipertensi pada lansia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Panei Tongah Kabupaten Simalungun Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Juli-September 2019 dengan populasi sebanyak 198 orang sedangkan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 99 orang dengan menggunakan rumus dari buku Lemeshow dengan menggunakan tehnik simpel random sampling. This study examines the effect of competence and supervision on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Police and Fire Department Musi Rawas Regency. Oil palm flowers release volatile compounds that can attract insects. The types of insects that visit oil palm flowers are diverse, not all who visit the flowers are able to act as pollinators. This study aims to determine the types of insects (Insects) flower visitors to oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) In the PTP Nusantara VI Kecamatan Pangkalan Koto Baru. This research is a descriptive study. The research method is survey research. This research was conducted at 4 points of the research plot. The research sample was obtained by installing a Batterfly bait trap in the research area, then the identification was carried out in the laboratory using the book Kanisius (1991) and Entomologyi Pertanian (Jumar, 2000). From the results of the research using the Batterfly bait trap, it was found that the insects consisted of 3 orders, namely the Lepidoptera Order, the Hemiptera Order, and the Ortopthera Order where each order consisted of 1 type of family. The family found from the Lepidoptera Order is the Nymphalidae Family which consists of 6 species, namely Junonia hedonia 1 Individual, Ypthima pondacus 1 individual, Ypthima baldus 5 individual, Mycalesis janardana 3 individual, Elymnias hypermnestra 2 individuals, and types of Elymnias nesaea 1 individuals. From the Hemiptera Order, 1 family was obtained, namely, Pentatomidae which consisted of 1 type, namely the Picromerus bidens 1 individual type and the Orthopthera Order consisting of 1 family, namely Blattidae of the Periplaneta australasiae type as many 4 individuals, a total of 18 individuals were obtained.

Early breastfeeding initiation (EBI) is a breastfeeding process that is done for 1 hour after the baby is born. Early breastfeeding initiation is important for baby survival and optimum growth because it can affect exclusive breastfeeding and can reduce infant mortality (IMR). The purpose of this study is to know the relationship of knowledge and attitude of midwife at Tengku Rafi'an Regional General Hospital, with population is 35 people type of research is an observational quantitative method with analytic design which is done in order to know the variables using cross sectional approach. The Sampling technique is this research is total sampling. the results of the study obtained a well-knowledge midwife of 20 people (57,1%), attitudes of midwife who agreed for 13 people (37,1%). The chi square test shows that there is a correlation between midwife knowledge (p=0,004), and midwife attitudes (p=0,001), to early breastfeeding initiation. The conclusion of this research is there is a correlation between knowledge and attitude of midwife to early breastfeeding initiation at Tengku Rafi'an Regional General Hospital 2017 with P-value < 0,05 therefore it is suggested to the midwife is expected to add an information about the importance of early breastfeeding initiation to increase the baby's life expectancy, in addition, it can be a midwife's motivation to implement early breastfeeding initiation.

The existence of an aging process that occurs in the elderly affects physiological changes and more and more diseases that arise and often suffer in the elderly. In old age there will be various setbacks in the organs of the body, therefore, the elderly are prone to diseases such as hypertension. The purpose of the study was to measure the effect of physical activity on the morning path to blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at UPT PSTW Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru. This study uses a quasi-experimental method, with non-equivalent control group design. Sampling with purposive sampling technique and obtained 30 respondents. Data analysis using Shapiro Wilk and Paired T-test. The results of this study indicate the influence of physical activity on the morning path to blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at UPT PSTW Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru. The results of statistical analysis Paired T-test P-value value 0,000 at pretest and posttest systole and 0.001 diastol pretest and posttest showed that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected which meant that there was an effect of physical activity on the morning walk to blood pressure in the elderly. There is an effect on the physical activity of the morning road to blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension at UPT PSTW Khusnul Khotimah Pekanbaru. As a simple form of intervention to control blood pressure becomes stable.
