<![CDATA[This study aims to find out what factors influence the readiness of data visualization that is used as a reference for policy development planning. The important role associated with a data visualization requires responses from several users, considering that in the process of procurement and construction of data visualization sometimes an institution does not pay attention to readiness studies, moreover it is intended to visualize poverty data. The method in this study there are three stages, which consist of literature review, operationalization, and writing of research reports. The research model used is the Technology Readiness Index model from Parasuraman with motivators, optimism, innovation, inhibitors, discomfort, insecurity and output readiness variables. The results obtained stated that insecurity factors had an effect on readiness. Given the respondents from various elements with different educational backgrounds and also many gaps arise in its application, it is necessary to choose respondents wisely to get more valid results]]>

<![CDATA[Geographical Information System is an information system that has the ability to handle spatial data, including road conditions. Road data management has only been done conventionally. The platform used in building this geographic information system is based on Android. Android is chosen because Android is an open source that is easy to develop and the development of Android smartphones is already on the market today. The methodology used for this study is based on a prototype model. because this methodology uses modeling that is expected to facilitate the author in understanding the needs of users or users. The results of this study will present a geographic information system of road conditions in Sumedang Regency based on Android which was built using basic4android software combined with Jdk and SDK. <![CDATA[Ciloto Center for Health Training (BBPK) is a technical implementation unit of the Indonesian Ministry of Health which has the task of carrying out education and training as well as the development of human and health human resources. This training center is required to be able to provide information technology services that can support education and training activities. This hall has a very wide area and consists of several guesthouses, buildings and bungalows. To be able to provide the required information technology services, this center requires a wireless local area network (WLAN) that can cover the entire hall area. <![CDATA[Utilization of informatics technology in business especially in education field can reduce the potential mistake of data processing compared to manual data processing. This study aims to build information system of academic at kindergarden Dalilussa’adah Karawang. The advantage is to provide convenience in processing the value of report cards and teaching scheduling. This application is implemented with, PHP programming language, MySQL database as data storage media. Test method using black box testing with structured approach. Approach to the development of systems equipped with flow map tools, context diagrams, DFD, data dictionary, ERD, table relationships and waterfall methods that create the initial form of the system to be created and continuously tested and developed. Information system of academic at kindergarden Dalilussa’adah Karawang are still done manually, so these can cause data errors caused by human error factor. This web-based application is designed online so teachers and homers can see the teaching schedule and input student grades. The results of scheduling teaching and processing of student report cards can be viewed and processed as reports in the form of useful information for homeroom teachers and students. The results of this study are expected to answer the difficulties that are often faced by the teaching, curriculum, teachers and homeroom so that it can be much more efficient and effective. This application is also expected to be a reference for other researchers and then can develop it for further research.]]>

<![CDATA[E-learning is believed by various parties to be effective and efficient learning media if implemented through good governance. Although some problems arise not only in terms of governance but also arise from the side of user behavior. This problem encourages experts to conduct researches that support the formation of models to measure user behavior towards the acceptance of technology, especially information technology. Models which recorded in various literature and references on results of information technology research are such as Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA), Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The most popular and widely used model in various studies is the TAM model that contains 3 factors which are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, behavioural intention to use, and 1 final factor which is actual system use. E-learning in Unpad is known as the LIVE (Learning in Virtual Environment) of Universitas Padjadjaran with the website address http://live.unpad.ac.id. This study uses the TAM model involving 3 external factors namely e-learning self efficacy, complexity and lack of time. The results showed that the factors of e-learning self efficacy, complexity and lack of time for educators are not an obstacle in the use of e-learning. This is supported by the testing result. (1) The e-learning self-efficacy factor has a significant effect on the factor of the e-learning actual system use through behavioural intention to use factor, meaning that the factor of self-efficacy influence the intention of e-learning actual system use, (2) complexity factors influences the e-learning actual system use factor through behavioural intention to use factor, which means the complexity factor influences the behavioural intention to use factor of the teaching staff to use e-learning and the last (3) the lack of time factor influences the actual system use of technology through behavioural intention to use factors, meaning that lack of time affect the behavioural intention to use of the teaching staff to use e-learning]]>

<![CDATA[The concept of on line learning system was introduced in early 2000. The development of on-line learning systems such as e-learning, blended learning, and the Massive Online Course were driven by the development of computer technology. In designing on line learning when viewed from its development in harmony with the stages of how the learning process occurs. In conventional learning systems success in the learning process is influenced by student motivation and teaching methods on the material. Teachers will try to convey the material well, so students can find out the order of material that must be learned and understand every material given. In addition, the amount of material burden delivered by the instructor must conform to the students' abilities so that the material can be absorbed. Based on the description above, the on-line learning system must be able to accommodate these two things and be supported by advances in computer technology that facilitate online-based learning. In the latest research on the On line learning system facilitated the ability to provide instructions / guides in the form of links or links between material one with the next material or other related material. which is given. <![CDATA[One effort to maintain customers and create loyal customers is to manage customer relationships using the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The application of CRM allows companies to get all customer’s information so that it will be easier in creating programs that may attract and retain customers or even create customer loyalty. Information and Communication Technology can support the implementation of CRM. CRM has been implemented by many large companies but rarely applied by small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The high level of business competition, changes in consumer behavior, and the diverse of consumer’s needs and desires make CV. AlBarru which is an SME engaged in construction to participate in implementing CRM. The purpose of this study is to identify the business processes that related to customers and to design a basic CRM system model which is then followed by making a CRM application design on CV. AlBarru. The research method used is qualitative research with the type of descriptive research and action. Descriptive research is done to describe the business processes that exist in the CV. AlBarru so that it can be adapted to the CRM concept that will be applied. Action research is done by making a CRM application design consisting of designing the process using UML and Interface design. This research produced a CRM application design that provides an overview of User needs and required processes to be made and recommendations for CRM programs that can be implemented]]>
