While Islamic Education Philosophy is systematic and radical philosophical thoughts, taken from the philosophical system or philosophical answer to the problem of education, which can be used as a guide for the educational process based on Islamic teachings. Reconstruction of one of the modern schools of education The flow of reconstructionism argues that the task of saving the world is the duty of all humanity or nation. Therefore it is necessary to re-foster healthy intellectual and spiritual power through proper education of true values and norms for the present and future generations, thus forming a new world in the control of mankind. Abstract

In the current global situation where media and information access is very heavy and unstoppable, it will directly or indirectly affect the behavior of adolescents either in the form of positive or negative behavior. Teachers with specific physical and psychological characteristics are age groups that tend to be vulnerable to have various problems which must be faced with a special approach. Biological maturity in adolescence in the sense of maturity of reproductive organs followed by interest with the opposite sex often not accompanied by psychological maturity.Maka, when fostering households not infrequently ended in divorce. Moreover, the phenomenon of divorce is happening today many proposed by the wife through sued for divorce against her husband. Therefore, it is important to hold premarital education for married young people to minimize the occurrence of divorce and expected to help realize the formation of household (sakinah, mawaddah and rahmah). Starting from the above issues, then the issues raised in this paper are what factors are the cause of the divorce and the descriptions of pre-marriage education that how so that it can help for couples who want to marry towards the formation of sakinah family? The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to know what factors are the cause of divorce in society and to know the design of pre-marriage education that can help for couples who want to marry toward the formation of sakinah family. Through this paper is expected to contribute constructive and useful thoughts for the community, especially for young people married about what things should be done before marriage so that later when fostering households can help realize the family sakinah, mawaddah, and rahmah. By using the theory of maturity of married age and the purpose of marriage and qualitative descriptive approach through literature review, it can be concluded that the factors causing divorce in the household are due to economic factors, infidelity, abuse and domestic violence (KDRT), unhealthy polygamy , domestic disharmony, jealousy, forced marriage, underage marriage, and biological disability (unable to meet biological needs), political differences, and family interference. As for the realization of a sakina family it is necessary to design a pre-marriage education systematically and well planned through: a) pre-marital education in the family environment, b) pre-marital education at school, c) the curriculum of pre-marital education on campus, d) future bride and groom. Abstract

The shifting of leadership pattern in pesantren from individual kiai leadership to collective leadership of the foundation brought a considerable change in pesantren. These changes, especially regarding the authority of the kiai and the participation of religious teachers and students. Through this collective leadership, the succession system is not based on genealogy but emphasized on professionalism. But if there is a cadre who has the ability, in addition to the founding kiai is also a potential cadre, will probably convince the foundation to lift him to be the successor of the leadership of the pesantren because he has prestigious requirements. Ideally, the existence of individual kiai leadership shifts toward the collective leadership of the foundation must bring new nuances to the emergence of democracy, but the problem is not that simple. Abstract

The placement and distribution service in determining the majors/ concentration of students of PAI department at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and UB Antasari Training is conducted with the Procedures and Steps of Placement and Distribution Services, namely: First, Planning, subject at the KKNI curriculum sheet at the end of the fourth semester. Second, Implementation, Since being in semester V PAI college students based on their respective concentration. Third, Evaluation, Evaluation is done only in the form of a comprehensive examination in the form of written test and oral test applicable to all concentration with exam material is also the same. Fourth, Analysis of the results of the evaluation, analysis of comprehensive exam results that passed a written exam can perform oral exams and practice. Fifth, Follow-up, as a follow-up again is where munaqasyah thesis exam still there are students who have not correct reading Al Qur'an then when doing revision after test must learn again correct reading Al Qur'an so get the signature of revision by thesis examiner. Sixth, Reports, reporting made so far for students in placement and distribution services after they have determined their preferred concentration. Placement and Distribution service techniques include: First, Documentation studies on the results of instrumentation applications and data sets, No specific instruments have been used to determine the concentration of PAI faculty of Tarbiyah and UB Antasari Banjarmasin. Second, Observation of the Physical Condition, Communication Ability, and Other Student Behavior, and Environmental Physical Conditions. Third, the study of the rules, both written and unwritten apply, the technique of student placement in determining the concentration in the department / study program of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training through the study of written rules and actually already exist in the academic script on the curriculum sheet of the department of PAI which regulates the distribution courses tailored to their respective concentrations. Fourth, Prospective and Conducive Environmental Conditions Study for Student Development, a perspective and conducive environmental condition study technique for the development of students in determining the type of concentration they choose in the PAI Department of Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training of UIN Antasari is to provide guidance that there is a certain concentration which is more prospective considering the limitations of teachers available to religious schools today. Abstract

In Indonesia, education should be developed as objective, visionary and based on the philosophy of state objectives. Education should be mainstreamed by the unification of education with the social issues that society is struggling to create and to provide perspective for the future. Such education is read as a social entity laid out within the framework of the transformation of Indonesian society. In the current atmosphere of the education system, it seems that Indonesia is still at a crossroads. On the one hand there is a direction for building community-based, process-oriented education and enabling development towards transformative education (with very hard work?), But on the other hand, there are still elements of results-oriented and centralistic rules such as the National Exam with all the impact of its implementation. Abstract

Master is a person who is so well respected for having a considerable contribution to the success of learning in school. Teachers play a role in helping the development of learners to achieve optimal ability. When parents enroll their children at every level of education at a particular school, at that time he also put great expectations on the teacher, so that children can get education, coaching and learning and guidance so that the child can develop optimally. Interest, talent, ability and potential of learners will not develop optimally without the help of teachers. In this regard, teachers need to pay attention to students individually. Teacher tasks not only teach but also educate, nurture, guide and shape the personality of students to prepare and develop resources owned by each learner. So great the task and responsibilities of teachers, so it takes attitude and behavior that can be a role model for children. Abstract

This study discusses the application of demonstration methods to improve students' understanding of fikih learning about the implementation of the corpse in boarding school Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the implementation of demonstration method to improve the students' understanding on Fikih learning about the operation of the corpse at Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru and what factors influenced it. The subject of research in the thesis is a class III students Wustha in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. While the object in this study is the application of demonstrating method in Fikih learning, in this case, relates to the implementation of the corpse and the factors that influence in learning. In data mining, the author uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data processing technique is done by editing, data classification, and data interpretation. Furthermore, it was analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis and inductively drawn the conclusions. Based on the results of research known that the implementation of demonstration methods implemented on the learning of the corpse in Pondok Pesantren Al Falah Putera has been running very well so as to facilitate students in understanding learning Fikih, in this case, relates to the operation of the corpse. This is influenced by several factors, namely ustadz, santri factors related to intelligence, seriousness, and motivation are different, time allocation factors, factors of facilities and infrastructure and environmental factors.
