Abstract

Community empowerment is a form of development which directly involves the community. In community empowerment program, the position of the community is as program consumer but as program producer instead. Community empowerment aims to achieve community independence and welfare. Zakat is a subsystem which can support community empowerment program. It’s consistent with the objective of zakat, which is material and spiritual wellbeing. To encourage the success of the program, there should be support from various parties, including companion and social capital supports.The purpose of the present study was determining the direct effects of companion and social capital on participant of zakat recipient and its impact of economic performance of zakat-receiving micro businessman. The present study used primary data by involving 72 zakat-receiving micro businesspeople (mustahik businesspeople) in Wonosari Sub-district, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research instrument was questionnaire with likert-5 scale which has high reliability and validity based on Cronbah Alpha and Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin values. The empirical model was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The result of hypothesis test shows that companion and social capital affected the participation of zakat recipient, and the participation of zakat recipient affected the economic performance of zakat-receiving micro businessman.

Abstract

The purpose of this study were to determine the effect of enjoyment, flow experience, and trust toward the level of intention to play in online game  playerunknown's battlegrounds  (PUBG) mobile in Bengkulu. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data obtained through online questionnaires. This study involved users of the game PUBG mobile in Bengkulu. The total sample in this study was 140 users of the game PUBG mobile in Bengkulu using the convenience sampling method. The data processing technique of this study used Statistical Package For Social Science (SPSS) software version 21.0. The analysis which is used including validity test, reliability test, and t test for hypothesis testing. The result revealed that; 1). Enjoyment has a positive and has a significant influence toward the level of intention to play; 2). Flow experience has a positive and has a significant influence toward the level of intention to play; 3). Trust has a positive and has a significant influence toward the level of intention to play felt by users of the PUBG mobile game in the  Bengkulu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis hubungan kausalitas dan dinamis antara sentimen investor dan imbal hasil pasar dengan melibatkan faktor inflasi. Alat ukur pendekatannya adalah aliran dana reksa dana. Metode yang digunakan berbasis kuantitatif dengan analisa deskriptif, dengan menggunakan model Vector Autoregressive, analisa Fungsi Respons Impuls dan Variance Decomposition serta analisa Kausalitas Granger. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara sentimen investor dengan imbal hasil pasar, namun dampaknya tidak signifikan. Kejutan pada variabel dijelaskan paling dominan oleh dirinya sendiri.

Abstract

PT. Pos adalah perusahaan publik pemerintah yang bergerak dalam bisnis informasi, uang, dan layanan pengiriman paket. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kualitas tingkat layanan paket pos di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Bengkulu dan mengetahui kriteria apa saja yang harus diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan metode SERVQUAL(Kualitas Layanan), Kano Model dan penyebaran kualitas fungsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan, terdiri dari SERVQUAL(Kualitas Layanan), Model Kano, dan Penyebaran Fungsi Kualitas (Quality Function Deployment/QFD). Informasi yang diperlukan diperoleh dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan melalui kuesioner SERVQUAL dan kuesioner kano kepada pelanggan yang pernah mendapatkan layanan perusahaan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diproses dengan metode kualitas layanan dan dikelompokkan ke dalam kategori kano kemudian penyebaran fungsi kualitas (PFK) sebagai desain perbaikan. Berdasarkan analisa kuesioner dihasilkan bahwa skor gap Kualitas Layanan -1,02, model Kano diperoleh dua atribut yang diklasifikasikan Attractive (A), 11 atribut diklasifikasikan dalam one dimensional (O) dan sembilan  atribut diklasifikasikan dalam Must-be (M). Berdasarkan analisis matriks rumah kualitas/PFK diperoleh  11 tanggapan teknis yang perlu dilakukan oleh manajemen kantor pos Indonesia yaitu: Peningkatan kinerja melalui training, seminar dan workshop, peningkatan layanan pada pelanggan, penyempurnaan SOP penerimaan dan pengiriman paket, komputerisasi loket/ titik layanan yang terintegrasi secara on-line, pemanfaatan teknologi kode baris (barcode), pengiriman barang dengan sarana jejak lacak (track and trace), peningkatan kinerja standarisasi waktu tempuh kiriman pos, pengembangan jaringan angkutan, peningkatan pengadopsian sistem ISO pada pelayanan pengiriman paket, standarisasi peralatan dan sistem informasi, perluasan titik layanan dengan pola kerjasama.

Abstract

Financial performance is of importance for life insurance firms. It is affected by various factors including financial health which is measured by risk-based capital, technical reserve and equity. The study aims at analyzing the effect of these financial health measures on the financial performance of life insurance firms. Secondary data which include financial performance (i.e., return on assets), risk-based capital, technical reserve and equity of thirty three life insurance firms for the periods of 2011-2016 was used. Panel data regression analysis was performed to analyze the obtained data. Financial performance was affected by risk-based capital, technical reserves and equity in different directions. Financial performance of life insurance firms increases with low risk-based capital and technical reserves, but decreases with high equity.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menfokuskan melakukan pengkajian terhadap pengelolaan pendukung ramah lingkungan dalam program Adiwiyata yang diterapkan di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Hal ini dilakukan, guna mengetahui sejauh mana tujuan yang dirancang berkenaan dengan kebijakan, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan pengelolaan program Adiwiyata. Penelitian ini timbul karena saat ini hampoir semua sendi kehidupan mengalami gangguan ekosistem, yang harus segera dicari solusi perbaikannya, solusi perbaikan itu tidak hanya pada level bidang sejenis, namun juga bisa di mulai pada bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran, Penelitian ini bertipe kualitatif dengan pendekatan single case study. Hasil Penelitian memberi tahu kepada kita bahwa Kebijakan Berwawasan Lingkungan di Sekolah Menengah Atas dilakukan dengan melalui membuat visi misi yang peduli dan berbudaya lingkungan; pengembangan pembelajaran pendidikan lingkungan hidup; peningkatan kapasistas Sumber Daya Manusia; kebijakan sekolah yang mendukung terciptanya sekolah yang bersih dan sehat; Kebijakan Kepala Sekolah dalam upaya penghematan Sumber Daya Alam dan kebijakan sekolah untuk pengalokasian dan penggunaan dana bagi kegiatan yang terkait dengan masalah lingkungan hidup. Temuan selanjutnya, Kurikulum berbasis lingkungan diterapkan Sekolah Menengah Atas dengan membiasakan pelajar mencintai lingkungan; memiliki panggung kreasi sebagai wadah siswa belajar diluar kelas; dan menerapkan pendidikan dari mata pelajaran Muatan Lokal dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

The demand for staple products that vary among customers makes it necessary for the store to determine how the marketing strategy should be. Data mining are known as KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Database) is to digging up valuable knowledge from the data. Research purpose is to identify the right marketing strategy to sales the goods. The marketing strategy is took by analyze how much consumers demand for basic needs. The algorithms used in this research are FP (Frequent Pattern)-Growth and A-priori Algorithm. Finding combinations patterns between itemset using the Association Rule. FP-Growth algorithm is an algorithm that been used to determining a set of data in a data set that often appears on the frequency of the itemset. the KDD stages study are data cleansing, data integration, data selection, data transformation, data mining, pattern evaluation and knowledge presentation. the Testing used Rapidminer software with a minimum confidence value of 0.6 and a minimum support of 0.45. FP-Growth algorithm obtained 5 rule conclusions while Apriori Algorithm obtained 3 rule conclusions. The FP-Growth algorithm make a better decision rules than a priori algorithms in determining of marketing strategies, because it produces more decisions on how the goods sold.

Abstract

Electronic money instruments with non-cash transactions continue to increase positively from year to year. This is also due to the launch of the national non-cash or cashless movement which has been widely applied, especially in Indonesia. This study aims to find out what factors influence e-money sales, especially in banking entities in Indonesia. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis method using SPSS 22, which aims to examine the relationship or effect of the dependent variable with the independent variable. The results of the study have found that in the partial sale of electronic money is only influenced by e-money marketing channels / partnerships. While ease of transaction, ease of top up, and type of design do not have an impact on e-money sales. Meanwhile, simultaneously, these factors have an impact on E-Money sales.
