Abstract

Pengaruh variabel citra merek, kualitas produk, iklan, dan harga secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen salah satu produk dari kosmetik Wardah yaitu produk lipstik adalah tujuan dari penelitian ini. Selain itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel yang memiliki pengaruh paling besar (dominan) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen salah satu produk dari kosmetik Wardah yaitu produk lipstik. Wardah memperhatikan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian. Adapun faktor-faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah citra merek, kualitas produk, iklan, dan harga. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan dengan menggunakan data primer. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswi aktif angkatan 2011-2014 jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Gunadarma yang mengambil kuliah di kampus Depok. Objek penelitian harus mahasiswi yang menggunakan salah satu produk dari kosmetik Wardah yaitu produk lipstik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua mahasiswi aktif angkatan 2011-2014 jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi yang mengambil kuliah di kampus Depok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel independent yaitu keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial, semua variabel berpengaruh secara signifikan kecuali variabel iklan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel bebas.  Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Iklan, Harga, dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

One of the problems facing sharia banking is liquidity risk management. Liquidity risk management in Islamic banking faces greater challenges because they need to be in accordance with Sharia. This research aims to determine the influence of firm size, capital adequacy, and profitability with return on asset and return on equity as proxies, on Indonesian Islamic banking liquidity risk management which is listed in Bank Indonesia in the period 2010-2014. This research uses panel data from eleven Islamic banks. The dependent variable in this research is liquidity risk and the independent variables are firm size, capital adequacy, and profitability with return on asset and return on equity as proxies. The method of analysis in this research uses descriptive statistics, regression model selection, classic assumption test, and hypothesis test. The results show that firm size, capital adequacy, and profitability with return on asset and return on equity as proxies simultaneously affect liquidity risk management, where partially return on equity does not affect liquidity risk management.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera with the formulation of the problem in this study is whether work experience affects employee performance, whether career development affects employee performance, and whether work experience and career development affect employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 32 people who are employees of PT Sinar Niaga Sejahtera and the data collection technique used is questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis. The result of the regression that works experience influenced employee performance and career development influenced employee performance.

Abstract

PT. Pos adalah perusahaan publik pemerintah yang bergerak dalam bisnis informasi, uang, dan layanan pengiriman paket. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kualitas tingkat layanan paket pos di PT. Pos Indonesia Cabang Bengkulu dan mengetahui kriteria apa saja yang harus diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan metode SERVQUAL(Kualitas Layanan), Kano Model dan penyebaran kualitas fungsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan, terdiri dari SERVQUAL(Kualitas Layanan), Model Kano, dan Penyebaran Fungsi Kualitas (Quality Function Deployment/QFD). Informasi yang diperlukan diperoleh dari kuesioner yang didistribusikan melalui kuesioner SERVQUAL dan kuesioner kano kepada pelanggan yang pernah mendapatkan layanan perusahaan. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diproses dengan metode kualitas layanan dan dikelompokkan ke dalam kategori kano kemudian penyebaran fungsi kualitas (PFK) sebagai desain perbaikan. Berdasarkan analisa kuesioner dihasilkan bahwa skor gap Kualitas Layanan -1,02, model Kano diperoleh dua atribut yang diklasifikasikan Attractive (A), 11 atribut diklasifikasikan dalam one dimensional (O) dan sembilan  atribut diklasifikasikan dalam Must-be (M). Berdasarkan analisis matriks rumah kualitas/PFK diperoleh  11 tanggapan teknis yang perlu dilakukan oleh manajemen kantor pos Indonesia yaitu: Peningkatan kinerja melalui training, seminar dan workshop, peningkatan layanan pada pelanggan, penyempurnaan SOP penerimaan dan pengiriman paket, komputerisasi loket/ titik layanan yang terintegrasi secara on-line, pemanfaatan teknologi kode baris (barcode), pengiriman barang dengan sarana jejak lacak (track and trace), peningkatan kinerja standarisasi waktu tempuh kiriman pos, pengembangan jaringan angkutan, peningkatan pengadopsian sistem ISO pada pelayanan pengiriman paket, standarisasi peralatan dan sistem informasi, perluasan titik layanan dengan pola kerjasama.

Abstract

Koperasi kredit atau credit union merupakan salah satu jenis usaha koperasi yang menyediakan jasa keuangan dan pengembangan kapasitas bagi masyarakat. Perkembangan koperasi kredit di kawasan Asia Tenggarabelakangan ini cukup pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara indikator = makro ekonomi dengan pertumbuhan  credit union yang meliputi aset, anggota, simpanan, cadangan dan pinjaman di kawasan Asia Tenggara periode 2006-2012. Jenis dan sumber = data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder = diperoleh dari website resmi bank dunia meliputi aset, anggota, simpanan, cadangan, pinjaman, GNI perkapita, GDP growth, inflasi, dan data perkembangan credit union negara Indonesia, Thailand, Filipina, dan Malaysia. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode dokumentasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah uji korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara indikator = makro meliputi GNI perkapita, GDP growth¸ dan inflasi  dengan  pertumbuhan credit union meliputi aset, anggota, simpanan, cadangan dan pinjaman di negara Indonesia, Thailand, Filipina, dan Malaysia. Kata kunci: GDP growth, GNI perkapita, indikator = makro ekonomi, inflasi,perkembangan credit union

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) on the Customer Value (CV), Product Quality (PQ) and Service Quality (SQ) in improving Customer Satisfaction (CS) that will have implications on the Customer Loyalty (CL). The research focuses on corporate banking, where customers serve as the research sample. The data in this research using the primary data and secondary data. Source primary data used questionnaire and source the secondary data obtained from variety resources that have been published. By using a likert scale questionnaire with the respondent obtained as much as 360 customers. The analytical tool used in this research is Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with AMOS version 6 program for testing hypotheses and software SPSS 18 for construct validity and reliability test.Based on the testing, all hypothesis can be accepted. This indicates that a good CRM will increase the CV, PQ and SQ, then the increasing ofCV,PQ and SQ will increase the level of satisfaction felt by the customer. Thus, Customer Loyalty is affected by Customer Relationship Management with intervention by Customer Value, Product Quality, Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Value, Product Quality, Service Quality

Abstract

Return dan risiko adalah dua hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam berinvestasi, termasuk investasi dalam bentuk saham melalui Bursa Efek. Risiko diminimalisir dengan membentuk portofolio dan untuk mengoptimalkan  return perlu dibentuk portofolio optimal. Analisis portofolio saham ini akan memberikan  perbandingan antara tingkat risiko dan return dari portofolio saham, sehingga dapat dibentuk portopolio saham optimal, yaitu portofolio saham yang dapat memberikan return tertinggi pada tingkat risiko tertentu dan portofolio yang dapat memberikan return tertentu dengan risiko yang terendah. Saham perbankan yang tercatat dalam LQ45 selama periode Februari 2012 – Juli 2015 menjadi objek dari penelitian ini.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saham perbankan yang tercatat di LQ45 selama periode pengamatan, yang dapat membentuk portofolio optimal dan seberapa besar prororsi dana serta mengetahui besarnya expected return dan risiko dari portofolio yang terbentuk. Alat atau teknik analisis adalah menggunakan Model Indeks Tunggal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada  6 bank, yang pernah  tercatat dalam LQ45 selama periode penelitian. Tetapi  hanya ada 4 yang masuk kriteria sampel penelitian yaitu BBCA, BBNI, BBRI dan BMRI. Dari 4 sampel yang diteliti hanya ada 3 yang sahamnya dapat membentuk portofolio yang optimal dengan proporsi sebagai berikut : BBCA (0,795994), BBRI (0,118844), dan BMRI (0,085162 ), dengan tingkat risiko portofolio sebesar (0,0364197) dan return portofolio sebesar (0,0057635). Kata Kunci : portofolio optimal, proporsi dana, model indeks tunggal, bank, lq45.

Abstract

Public accountants are independent auditors who provide services to the public, especially in the field of audits of financial statements made by their clients. The task of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) is to examine and provide fairness opinion on the financial statements of a business entity based on the standards set by the Ikatan Akuntan Publik Indonesia (IAI). The population in this study are auditors who work for Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) in Jakarta. Samples are taken using purposive sampling technique as many as 120 auditors. The independent variables in this study are competency and independency, while the dependent variable is audit quality. Data collection method is done using a questionnaire. The conclusion of this study is that auditor competency and independency affect audit quality significantly.

Abstract

This research conducted at Kopsyah BMT Bakti Nurul Huda and applied a computerized system of funding and financing activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the accounting information system of funding and financing activities have been running, whether the system has been running well and how alternatives system is effectively applied in Kopsyah. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. Data analysis techniques consist of literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The primary data were collected from interviews, notes, and documents which related to accounting activities, while secondary data consist of organizational structure, job description, documents, forms, and accounting records.The analysis tool consists of system analysis and design system with DFD, ERD, normalization, database, and design input as well as output. The results show that Kopsyah has double positions on Baitulmaal between secretary with accounting and cashier or teller with the head of KUB, on Baitultamwil between the cashier or teller with accounting.Documents and the copies have been made, although there are some documents that do not have copies. Recording and data storage are analyzed with daily cash book, control card and Excel. The researcher proposes to separation positions by adding cashier or teller for Baitulmaal, one accounting and one finance manager.The researcher also proposed to replace membership book from manual to printed form, eliminate the function of some documents in Baitulmaal, such as daily cash book, control card, and letter of application to become member, add documents and copies, such as receipt which consists of two sheets, deposit slip, withdrawal slip, slip of disbursement financing and slip of installment financing consists of three sheets and use computerized system and server as well as data storage with database.

Abstract

Financial performance is of importance for life insurance firms. It is affected by various factors including financial health which is measured by risk-based capital, technical reserve and equity. The study aims at analyzing the effect of these financial health measures on the financial performance of life insurance firms. Secondary data which include financial performance (i.e., return on assets), risk-based capital, technical reserve and equity of thirty three life insurance firms for the periods of 2011-2016 was used. Panel data regression analysis was performed to analyze the obtained data. Financial performance was affected by risk-based capital, technical reserves and equity in different directions. Financial performance of life insurance firms increases with low risk-based capital and technical reserves, but decreases with high equity.
