Abstract

Electric vehicles are becoming increasingly popular as an environmentally friendly alternative, but the main challenge is the availability of adequate charging infrastructure. This research aims to develop a decision making system for determining the best public electric vehicle charging station (SPLU) locations utilizing machine learning. The purpose of this research is to find out the process of determining the location of Public Electric Charging Stations (SPLU) using a Machine Learning-based decision making system. This research uses quantitative methods with AHP techniques to determine the criteria weights and machine learning to recommend the best SPLU locations based on spatial data, surveys, and social media. The location recommendations are displayed in the form of an interactive digital map with visualizations of the suitability level to facilitate decision making.

Abstract

Tourism village development is one of the steps in village development that is now widely pursued, especially for villages with unique potential. However, sustainability is a challenge in the development of tourism villages. This research examines the factors that involved in sustainable regional development through smart village and smart branding. This concept is used because it can accelerate the development of tourism villages. A case study was conducted in Bangsri Village, Blora Regency, Central Java. The factors that involved in the development of smart village and smart branding in Bangsri Village mainly include the initiative and innovation of village leadership, support from local government, community awareness and participation, and tourism branding through the development of landmarks at the Noyo Gimbal View tourist attraction and intensive use of social media. The sustainable regional development strategy is formulated using the SWOT method and elaborated with tourism village development strategy, resulting the following strategy: development of cultural tourism potential, coordination with local government regarding the improvement of road accessibility and enhancement of available amenities, periodic assessment of tourism trends adjusted to village conditions, and empowerment of all community layers, as well as the establishment of regulations governing the management of tourism villages in the future.

Abstract

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a type of management regarding the management of a company with its customers to improve relationships with customers to maximize company growth. To implement Electronic-Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM), the role of information technology and human resources of the company is needed. E-CRM can make it easier for customers to get the necessary information from the company. Wholesale Berkat Doa is one of the basic food distributors that sells various kinds of basic necessities such as rice, oil and sugar which are the most demanded needs. To see these basic food products, customers must come directly to the store because there is no intermediary media to convey and provide product information to customers. The purpose of this research is to create an E-CRM system so that sales at Wholesale Blessing Doa can be done online. By implementing the E-CRM system, it can help Wholesir Berkat Doa to market and sell basic food products to customers. Customers know product information in detail and with CRM features namely members, discounts, promos, live chat, points, vouchers and reviews can maintain relationships with new and old customers which makes loyal customers to keep shopping at Wholesale Berkat Doa
