Abstract

Citilink is one of the Low Cost Carrier airlines in Indonesia, providing customers with options for cheap and quality flights that make it easier for customers to reach their destination. But With the rapid increase of the air transport industry nowadays that have implemented internet service in marketing strategy such as e-ticketing and promotion online make the competition between companies more tight in grabbing customers and maintaining existing market share. Citilink is one airline service company since 2012 has implemented e-ticketing and online promotion to achieve sales volume increase target. The e-ticketing and online promotion system is a marketing strategy that brings marketers and consumers closer together, the ease of consumers to interact effectively and efficiently at the end of the consumer's benefit and then repurchase and recommend to friends, relatives and family to buy and use information interactive through online facilities. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem This study aims to determine (1) is there any effect of e-Ticketing effectiveness partially on the increase of sales volume, (2) is there any influence of partial online promotion on sales volume increase, (3) is there any effect of e- and simultaneous online promotion of increased sales volume. The method used is accumulated sampling with 100 respondents using Citilink at Halim Perdanakusuma Airport. The results obtained by multiple linear regression equation is Y = 0.909 + 0.404X1 + 0.101X2, indicating that the Effectiveness of E-ticketing and online promotion have a positive and significant impact on the increase of sales volume. Partial test (t test) e-ticketing effectiveness is Y1 = 3.435 + 0.513X1 shows that Effectiveness of E-ticketing have a positive and significant impact to the increase of sales volume. Partial test (t test) online promotion is Y1 = 5.719 + 0.329X2. shows that online promotion has a positive and significant impact on sales volume increase. Abstract

Bank yang sehat adalah bank yang dapat menjalankan fungsi-fungsinya dengan baik. Teknik penilaian mengacu pada Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/1/PBI/2011 dengan pedoman perhitungan selengkapnya diatur dalam Surat Edaran Bank Indonesia Nomor 13/24/DPNP tanggal 25 Oktober 2011 perihal Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank Umum Standar untuk melakukan penilaian kesehatan bank yaitu pendekatan risiko (Risk Based Bank Rating) yaitu Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning dan Capital atau yang disingkat dengan metode RGEC.  Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat kesehatan PT. Bank BRI pada tahun 2012- 2016 dengan metode RGEC. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dengan menganalisis ratio: (1) Risk Profile menggunakan rasio NPL (Non Performing Loan), dan LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio), (2) Good Corporate Governance, (3) Earnings menggunakan rasio ROA (Return On Asset), dan NIM (Net Interest Margin), dan (4) Capital menggunakan rasio CAR (Capital Adequacy Ratio). Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Bank PT. BRI, Tbk dengan menggunakan metode RGEC ini menunjukkan predikat kesehatan bank tersebut sesuai dengan standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia, untuk periode 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 dan 2016 dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bank BRI peringkat komposit “SANGAT SEHAT”. Tingkat Kesehatan Bank ditinjau dari aspek risk profile, earnings, good corporate governance, dan capital pada Bank BRI tahun 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015 dan 2016 dinilai mampu dalam menghadapi pengaruh negatif yang signifikan dari perubahan kondisi bisnis dan faktor eksternal lainnya.   Keywords: Risk based bank rating, tingkat kesehatan bank, metode RGEC

Abstract

This research aims to 1) Know Entrepreneurship Motivation of Unsurya's Students and 2) Knowing the interest of Unsurya’s students in entrepreneurship. The method of this research was used qualitative research with descriptive approach, using primary data in the academic year of 2016/2017. Researcher took the regular Retailing Business Management class semesters 4 as the population with 14 students as the sample and taken by random sampling. The results showed that the average motivation of Unsurya’s students in entrepreneurship was 66.51 percent with the greatest motivation value is the ambition for freedom indicator that is equal to 75.71 percent, while the self realization value is 48.81 percent, while the pushing factor with a value of 75 percent. Analysis of Unsurya’s students interest in entrepreneurship is equal to 42,86 percent, while uninterested is 28,57 percent and still considering 28,57 percent. Abstract

The existence of ASEAN trully did not comes apart from concerns about the South East Asian Nations which has conflicted, for example like the confrontation between Indonesia and Malaysia, territorial demand between Phillipine and Malaysia on Sabah, also the separation of Singapore from the Malaysian Federation. From those backgrounds, the South East Asian Nations especially Indonesia and Malaysia which recently conflicted, realizes the needs to form a cooperation to reduce tension, to construct confidence building and pushing regional cooperation growth which felt have no progress after each nations receive its independence. 8 August 1967 is the first ASEAN formation spearheaded by five Ministers of Foreign Affair from Indonesia, Phillipine, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand, which resulted in the signation of ASEAN Declaration or known as The Bangkok Declaration and it also means ASEAN is formally created. One of the ASEAN's aim is "to accelerate economic growth, social progress and cultural growth in South East Asia Nations." Nevertheless, in actualizing ASEAN's growth it is not as easy as turning the palm of a hand, various national interest affected ASEAN's policy. Resulted to outdraw the main aim that have been agreed by the Nations, informal or formal conflict always happened in the middle of goverments effort in reducing conflict. For example, the arrest of KPLP Indonesian Officer by the Malaysian Royal Police, the accusation of Thailand to Malaysia in helping separatism of South Thailand, the dispute of Angkor Temple between Cambodia and Vietnam constituted on how the implementation of ASEAN's agreements are hard to happened. Although, the interesting parts are eventhough conflicts still exist between each Nations but open war which can cause many victims never happens. One of the secret why ASEAN Nations stays solid is the tolerance and togetherness underlied the brotherhood of South East Asia Nations. Which nowadays had been used as a strong reason to build trush building between each member for the advancement of ASEAN nations in the future. Social and cultural approaches through public diplomation, reconsiliation and bridging of kinship always be a reference in problem solutions, relativeness in ASEAN's history had always be an important point for ASEAN's progress until nowadays. Abstract

Pendidikan sebagai sarana mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa menjadi sektor penting dalam memberikan kontribusi pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu, berkualifikasi, ahli, terampil, kreatif dan inovatif. Perguruan tinggi menjadi salah satu lembaga pendidikan secara formal diserahi tugas dan tanggung jawab mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia tersebut. Komitmen seorang dosen menjadi penting dalam rangka mewujudkan Tri Dharma perguruan Tinggi yang berkualitas. Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberpihakan atau komitmen seseorang terhadap organisasinya antara lain gaya kepemimpinan, lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi yang diterima.Dalam penelitian ini terdapat empat variabel, yaitu komitmen organisasi (Y) sebagai variabel terikat, gaya kepemimpinan ( X1 ), lingkungan kerja (X2)  dan kompensasi (X3) masing-masing sebagai variabel bebas. Lokasi penelitian adalah  Universitas Suryadarma, Jakarta. Responden merupakan dosen tetap sebanyak 60 responden, dimana pengambilan sampel dengan pendekatan  simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan alat statistik metode analisis regresi berganda, dengan bantuan SPSS dalam pengolahan datanya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel - variabel bebas, yaitu gaya kepemimpinan (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) dan kompensasi (X3) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan searah terhadap variabel terikat yaitu  komitmen organisasi (Y) di Universitas Suryadarma Jakarta, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Sedangkan hasil hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh Ho di tolak dan H1 diterima, baik hipotesis secara parsial maupun hipotesis secara simultan. Sedangkan variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan variabel terikat sebesar 88,6 %, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 11,4 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.
