On electric power system operation, economic planning problem is one variable to take into account due to operational cost efficiency. Economic Dispatch problem of electric power generation is discussed in this study to manage the output division on several units based on the the required load demand, with minimum operating cost yet is able to satisfy equality and inequality constraint of all units and system. In this study the Economic Dispatch problem which has non linear cost function is solved using swarm intelligent method is Gaussian Particle Swarm Optimization (GPSO) and Lagrange Multiplier. GPSO is a population-based stochastic algorithms which their moving is inspired by swarm intelligent and probabilities theories. To analize its accuracy, the Economic Dispatch solution by GPSO method is compared with Lagrange Multiplier method. From the test result it is proved that GPSO method gives economic planning calculation better than Lagrange Multiplier does.

This article discusses how to find a solution of a recursive function such as Fibonacci or factorial numbers without repetition. Therefore, a recursive function is considered a fixed-point of non-recursive function. To calculate the fixed-point, we can use Y Combinator, a non-recursive functions to perform memoizing recursive function. This method can significantly reduce the execution time of recursive functions.

Education industry is a service enterprise that has its unique characteristics. Thus, the implementation of e-CRM in education institutions and other service companies is different. The research methodology uses variables Pre-Purchase, At-Purchase, Post-Purchase, e-Trust, e-Satisfaction and e-Loyalty, where the hypothesis was tested by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Besides, it also uses IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) to identify factors to be improved by calculating the gap analysis. The test results obtained show that based on the correlation analysis, all the H1hypotheses (has relationship) are accepted and based on the regression analysis, all the hypotheses H1 (has effects) is accepted. Under the IPA, for both increases in the first priority and second priority, all the variables need to be improved.

The purpose of this research is to design a CAI application as a learning support and media to introduce the valuable cultures of Indonesia. The CAI is objected to children or people using computer. The research applied the Interactive Multimedia System Design & Development (IMSDD) method, which consists of system requirement, design consideration, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this research is a CAI application about Indonesian culture based on multimedia that fulfills the user?s need on CAI application. CAI is expected to grow users? interest about Indonesian culture, improve children?s memory capability, and help create the learning process more interesting and fun.

The high rate of retail industry growth absolutely needs good attention and well-constructive improvement. We often see that the consumer waste their time to shop in super market. With Data Mining and its relation with association function, it is expected to give inputs and contribution for the revolution of placing procedure of display case layout in every retail businesses, either in big supermarket or the small one. The result of this research is that the association pattern was gained among several display-case objects, and the distance between display cases is the determined variable of the implementation of association tabulation.

World Vision Indonesia has several training programs with a very large total cost for 936 employees located in various parts of Indonesia, so that the manual training is considered less effective. Therefore, this research is conducted to design a learning management system application that supports the training process within the organization, and determine the needs for training materials. This research implemented strategyanalysis based on matrix EFE, IFE, SWOT, IE, and QSPM, as well as analysis and design of materials using Addie model. Meanwhile the design used a structured design method or OOAD. This research resulted in an application that supports the learning management system training process within the organization, provides accessible training materials by all employees at any time, and provides various features that creates training activities more effectively. The implementation of learning management system supports the company's strategy primarily to improve the quality of employees as well as reduces communication barriers between trainers and trainees both within and outside of training time.

An integrated information system is a necessity for a company to help solve problems in business transactions management. SAP application is an application that is able to provide solutions to such problems. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the running business processes on the Material Management module; evaluate the performance of the running SAP systems associated with the implementation and maintenance of SAP applications as well as to give sugestions based on the development of evaluation results obtained, in terms of business processes, performance, and financial. Utilized for analysis is IT Balanced Scorecard method, while ASAP (Accelerated SAP) method is used for the system development. This study produced an analysis of the evaluation of the enterprise business processes in implementing the SAP development of ERP system modules Material Management.

The number of customers who come to a service center will be different for each particular time. However, it can be modeled by a stochastic process. One particular form of stochastic process with continuous time and discrete state space is a periodic Poisson process. The intensity function of the process is generally unknown, so we need a method to estimate it. In this paper an estimator of kernel uniform of a periodic Poisson process is formulated with a trend component in a rank function (rank coefficient 0 0 is known). It is also demonstrated the convergenity of the estimators obtained. The result of this paper is a formulation of a uniform kernel estimator for the intensity function of a periodic Poisson process with rank function trends (for the case ?a? is known) and the convergenity proof of the estimators obtained.

Data warehouse has a very important role in assisting of decision making, where the data warehouse became the core. Data in the data warehouse provide valuable information for its users. By using data warehouse, governance institutions can conduct data analyzes in order to build new strategies to make benefits for all stakeholders. This paper discusses about the design of data warehouse in Balai Besar Riset Sosial Ekonomi dan Kelautan. Data warehouse design using dimensional model approach introduced by Kimball. The information required by management at Balai Besar Riset Sosial Ekonimi dan Kelautan are divided into three groups: income, consumption and commerce. With the data warehouse organizations can easily perform analyses and generate reports, which can be viewed from various scopes, including time, region, fishermen and fisheries.

This study aims to develop a geographic information system software that has the ability to develop hazard area zoning of building damage due to earthquake, especially in Banda Aceh and the surrounding areas using peak ground acceleration (PGA) value approach. Analysis and design methods are implemented in this study. The analytical method consists of two stages, namely seismic data collection period 1973 - 2011 by magnitude more than 5 on the Richter scale and the calculation of earthquake acceleration on bedrock using the attenuation function of Crouse. The design method comprises several structured stages, which are designing: data flow diagram (DFD), entity relationship diagram (ERD), menus, screens, and state transition diagrams (STD). The main conclusions of this study is that a GIS -based local zoning of earthquake hazard risk can be built and developed with calculation and classification approach of the peak ground acceleration (PGA). In addition, there is a relationship significant spatial found by comparing the results with the zoning patterns of building damage in the earthquake of 2004.
