<![CDATA[Business development in this era of globalization leads companies to use information system in running business relationship by changing the traditional way of working in non-integrated information systems into integrated information systems. The intended use of the integrated information system will improve the effective and efficient way of working, such as the availability of information in real-time, accurate and informative for decision-making for the benefit of operational activities, as well as decision-making for strategic interests and the company’s business development. Especially with the application of sales information system, it will improve the company’s performance and will affect the competitiveness of companies, which can ultimately increase the maximum profit. However, in reality it is not easy to implement the integrated information system, because it is influenced by the customs, culture and mindset of the user company. It is necessary for running system analysis activity and building an integrated information system by concerning into the needs of users, management, customers and stakeholders. The implementation of integrated information system will increase productivity and achieve the effectiveness and efficiency level of company’s operations, through the analysis of sales information system will affect the competitiveness of companies.Keywords: Sales Information System Analysis]]>

<![CDATA[The success of building an integrated information system is an expectation of every company management to achieve effective and efficient working system. However, in the real business practices, not a few companies failed in building an integrated information system caused by the absence of several factors: strong commitment, hard work and smart effort conducted by a team. The team determines the success level in building an integrated information system. A factor of intelligence and mental maturity of users in running a new information system that has not been known is also another key to success. Therefore, it takes a good user’s character supported by a management decision to make management changes to achieve the building success level. This study aims to address the role of character and organization changes in achieving a success building an integrated information system. ]]>

<![CDATA[A firm?s success in bussiness competition can be supported by integrated information systems. A program application based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) like SAP is an integrated program that is able to provide business transaction management solutions. This study aims to on the ERP system running at PT Astra Graphia, particularly at relevant departments dealing with income derived at a period of time and costs associated with implementation and application maintenance of SAP (Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing) program. Furthermore, this study aims to give suggestions based on information systems development evaluation results, in terms of business processes, performance, and financial. Analyses were performed using the IT Balanced Scorecard, and the development of information systems used the Accelerated SAP (ASAP) in which the results are able to provide suggestions of system development with the first phase of ASAP method namely preparation and the second phase namely blueprint. ]]>

<![CDATA[ERP (enterprise resource planning) is an integrated information system to support the core business activities of an organization. ERP system will help the business unit related to data and information sharing, cost reduction, and improvement of business processes, which will result in an increase in the work (productivity) to become more efficient and effective. However, practically some organizations have problems on running ERP system, some even fail. Therefore, a strategy is needed to help the information systems project. Making project feasibility, project status and project monitoring ERP system can be used as a guide in the design of the ERP program applications to become more user friendly and suitable for the organization needs. The ERP system applied to a contracting company will increase productivity and achieve the level of effectiveness and efficiency of the company's operations. Through strategies in making project feasibility, and status monitoring with ERP system will provide a positive contribution to the development and objectives of the company, so as to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the processing operations.]]>

<![CDATA[An integrated information system is a necessity for a company to help solve problems in business transactions management. SAP application is an application that is able to provide solutions to such problems. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the running business processes on the Material Management module; evaluate the performance of the running SAP systems associated with the implementation and maintenance of SAP applications as well as to give sugestions based on the development of evaluation results obtained, in terms of business processes, performance, and financial. Utilized for analysis is IT Balanced Scorecard method, while ASAP (Accelerated SAP) method is used for the system development. This study produced an analysis of the evaluation of the enterprise business processes in implementing the SAP development of ERP system modules Material Management.]]>

<![CDATA[Keberhasilan penerapan suatu sistem informasi yang didukung perangkat Teknologi Informasi,merupakan tujuan manajemen perusahaan agar terciptanya cara kerja yang efektif dan efisien. Namundemikian, dalam praktek bisnisnya, tidak sedikit perusahaan yang mengalami kegagalan dalam membangunsuatu sistem informasi yang terintegrasi tersebut. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor yang harusdipertimbangkan untuk memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan tersebut. Untuk itu, diperlukan komitmenkuat dan usaha kerja keras dan cerdas dari tim implementasi system, demi terciptanya kesuksesan dalampenerapan suatu sistem informasi yang terintegrasi. Salah satu faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan denganserius adalah bagaimana melakukan perubahan cara kerja dan pola pikir pengguna agar dapat mendukungcara kerja dengan system komputerisasi. Perubahan cara kerja dan pola pikir tersebut tidak bisa dilakukansecara instan, tetapi memerlukan tahapan dan waktu proses yang relatif lama, terlebih bagi pengguna yangtelah terbiasa menggunakan cara kerja manual (tradisional). Faktor kecerdasan dan kedewasaan mentalpengguna dalam menjalankan suatu system informasi baru yang belum dikenal, merupakan salah satu kuncikeberhasilan dalam melakukan implementasi system informasi yang terintegrasi tersebut. Perubahan cara kerjadan pola pikir yang didukung oleh perangkat teknologi informasi, sangatlah dipengaruhi oleh perubahanorganisasi (organization change). Perubahan organisasi ini identik dengan upaya perubahan budaya (culture)perusahaan. Perubahan budaya perusahaan ini sangat ditentukan oleh peranan top manajemen perusahaansebagai teladan (contoh) bagi karyawan / pengguna untuk mendukung cara kerja dengan dukungan penuhpenggunaan teknologi informasi.
