Abstract

One important factor in architectural design process that are used is physical model. Information and design solutions for the architectural design process can be obtained using physical model. It is a tool that can be used to visualize the architecture design process from the conceptual to the final design. This paper explains the types and the use of physical model with their characteristics. It also describe information and solutions from the physical model that can be used during the architectural design process.

Abstract

As the activities grow increasingly at Soekarno-hatta International Airport, the government in this case is PT Angkasa Pura needs to extend the airport by develop phase three in northern area of the existing airport. However, the expantion plan is opposed by the local goverment of Tangerang City because the plan may interfere with project of Tangerang Pantura Development Plan. For instead local goverment of Tangerang City proposes that the expantion would be build in the southern area. Obtaining the description of citizen attitude in this area is the aim of this study. This study is a descriptive research using a descriptive statistical analysis. Data collection using interviews with a questionnaire to respondends. By using Sherry Arnstein theory to measure the level of community participation. The analysis results indicated that the level of knowledge, awareness, and income levels affect the level of public participation in environmental management. Forms of participation provided most of the funds appropriated in the form of donations by income level.

Abstract

Façade is the front of the building which is facing the street. It is one of the architectural elements of the city that can” speak out” the meaning of the building. In addition, façade is also a part of urban environment order which needs to be sustainable. The transformation of building function often impacts on changes in the composition of façade. Therefore, it is very interesting to be observed, especially along Pakubowono's street, which has distinctively Jengki architectural buildings. The purpose of this study is to explore the the extent of architectural transformation that occurs in Jengki style building by using descriptive methods. The result showed that Pakubowono area has undergone a change and assimilation of forms, although it is not very significant in the building typology. There are many changes that occur in materials and building elements which is an attempt to maintain its damaged parts.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and quantify risks that may occur any time in the application of information technology in a company, as well as to provide information on the risks associated with the security of information technology system of the company. The methods used are: data collection and analysis techniques. Data collection includes: literature and field studies, in which the field study is conducted by interview and observation. Analytical technique used in the measurement of risk is OCTAVE-S. The results found the risks associated with security management, contingency planning, vulnerability management, as well as design and security architecture. It iscocluded from this this study that there are still a lot of risks that can threaten companies such as lack of contingency and disaster recovery plan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems on the sales system of a pharmacy, to identify the information needs and to design a sales information system that addresses the information needs. The methodologies used are analysis and design. Analysis are conducted to identify the needs of information through observation, interviews, and surveys of the old system. While the design method used is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). This study results in an application design of sales information system for the pharmacy to handle the manual sales system. A computerized sales information system is able to solve problems that occur in the old system and procedures at the pharmacy.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study and introduce fuzzy logic into audit information system. Fuzzy logic is already adopted in other field of study. It helps decision process that incorporates subjective information and transforms it to scientific objective information which is more accepted. This research implements simulation scenario to see how fuzzy logic concept should be used in audit information process. The result shows that there is a possible concept of fuzzy logic that can be used for helping auditor in making objective decision in audit information system process. More researches needed to further explore the fuzzy logic concept such as creating the system of fuzzy logic and build application that can be used for daily information system audit process.

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the current marketing system at PT.Nordick Lift Truck in order to identify the existing problems faced by the company and to identify its weaknesses. Additionally, this research designs a web based Marketing system. The system has been designed to give facilitation for customer to get information abaut material of tutorial activity fast and efficient. The methodologies used are literature study, observation, interview, questionaire, analysis and design with 7-stages E-Marketing. It isconcluded that e-CRM system that has been designed supports information access easily and fast. The e-Marketing application consists of features such as Online Register, Contact us, Download, News, and Complaint. It is expected to help deliver and maintain customer satisfaction by building  a close relationship to the customers.

Abstract

 One way to identify the success indicator of the use of information systems is conducting a survey of user satisfaction. Measuring the quality of Information Systems of Registration and Lecture Scheduling at the Bureau of Administration and Finance University of XYZ is important because it aims to find out how far the role and utilization of existing information systems run. This research aims to investigate the faktors that influence user satisfaction of the information system. Data are collected through the distribution of questionnaires with the number of respondents as much as 378 students. The data collected are analyzed using sampling techniques. The results of the regression analysis and the correlation between Information System Quality and Information Quality affect student satisfaction by 6.6% and 4.9%.

Abstract

Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is an identification technology based on radio waves. At this time, we will describe the application of RFID technology in a rental car company. The study discusses about information about how to implement RFID within the enterprise, the role of RFID in the enterprise, how to use RFID, and everything else related to RFID in the enterprise. The  main purpose of writing this paper  is to make easy for reader finding information about general description of RFID and its application to a  car rental company. Furthermore,  methodology components are type and source of Data, data collection technique, hypotheses and data analysis technique. Finally, a conclusion is made that that RFID is an identification technology that is relatively new and feasible at the car rental company which is an alternative to barcodes that have been widely used. The presence of RFID also provides a very beneficial effect to the company, as has been displayed through charts of various aspects of the company in the results section.

Abstract

This study aims to is to explore the admission process and assessment of participant Co – Assistant doctor on a regional hospital which is still performed manually, to identify problems encountered and required information in the development of Information Systems of Participants Acceptance and Assessment of Co – Assistant doctor, and design the information System . Methods used are literature study, data collection (observation and interviews), analysis, and design. This study results in a computerized information systems of acceptance and assessment of Co - Ass participant  to improve the quality of service from the Human Resources division. Creating the required reports assists the Head of HR to determine the performance of Co - Ass. In addition, the design of information systems  reduces the possibility of data losses and documents recording errors made by the Executive Training Unit, and assist the hospital management in confirming the existing organizational structure and its duty of each division to provide document creation system and authorization by the external parties.
