Abstract

The development of today's smartphone technology has a huge impact to the world of information technology and telecommunications. The emergence of a variety of applications for smartphones can improve the performance and effectiveness of an activity. Some restaurants have made use of smartphones in the business process, but only as a recording medium order or see a list of menus available in the restaurant. The purpose of this paper is to make the application as a whole that integrated the frontend and backend operations that help the process from ordering food, serving customer to managing restaurant data such as restaurant menus, employees, and transactions. The method used is the method of analysis (study of literature, analysis of similar applications, questionnaires, and interviews) and extreme programming design method. The results of this research is frontend application for food ordering and restaurant service and a backend system that has additional features such as restaurant profiles, restaurant menu data includes descriptions, recommended menuand images, promos, restaurant rating or menu rating, the waiter call feature, view bill and request features bill. The conclusion of this research is the developed application can help ordering process and restaurant servicesprocess in a restaurant with good customer satisfaction and good application performance.

Abstract

The lack of knowledge of investment products lead many people decided not to invest for their future. This can be overcome by utilizing the information and communication technology development by making a web application of Smart Investment Planner with the aim to recognize various types of investment product as well as the character investment and tips for users. This application uses a set of data as knowledge base which obtained from the literature, discussions with economic experts, database design, user interface design, as well as tests and evaluations by experts. The result of these applications concluded that this application collect the information as well as investment products that suit into their needs and also encourage them to start invest.

Abstract

The development of the city is along with population growth in the city, from low density into a higher density. Along with the development of the population of the city that is denser, it is necessary to change the pattern of development, where the trend today is leading to the vertical development although increasing the density of the area is not an easy thing. This is because an increase in the density of the area must be balanced with an increase in facilities and adequate infrastructure. If it is not fulfilled then it will have a negative impact on the city or region. One of the necessary infrastructure for the development is transportation infrastructure since the development of a city will increase density therefore in turn it will generate the daily trip, both from the region and towards the region. In the field of urban design, the formula for the density limitation is set in the urban design guidelines that functions as the foundation for an architect to design the building. Urban design guidelines is mainly formulated in the numbers BCR, FAR, and the maximum height of buildings that will form the frame of the building mass. Therefore, this paper intends to explain the optimum modeling between the density of a region with the treshold of existing road infrastructure. With the modeling of the optimum, then the negative impacts can be reduced and the modeling results will get the maximum density that can be accommodated in an area.

Abstract

Sills, doors and windows is one of the most important parts of the buildings, one type of building that needs them is residences. Nowadays, the development sills, doors and windows are very fast with advanced technology that expands the materials of sills, doors and windows from traditional wood materials to aluminium. The presence of aluminum material choices make the owner of the house could have a role towards sustainable concept but it is inversely proportional to the real situation in which the use of aluminum frames is widely used by the middle class and above. Yet in terms of time, efficiency and quality is still superior to aluminum frames, aluminum frames in which certain anti-termite, easier maintenance and more durable. This situation is considered as the cost of aluminum door sills and relatively expensive. With so many advantages to the frame, people should start using aluminum frames since it is reasonable to pay a higher price for longer durability.

Implementation of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy is a new discourse that can provide great opportunities for the entrepreneurial. This study aims to reveal the level of implementation of ICT strategies, the role of government influence on the development of business, industry conditions as well as the existing value chain in the interactive games industry. Type of research conducted by descriptive research, qualitative analysis was based on the findings of desk research / literature, interviewsources, and the researcher's own knowledge. Level of subjectivity can be minimized with the help of quantitative analysis and the selection of competent resource persons in the field interviews. Secondary dataobtained from the creative economy planning books in 2025, which was published by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Indonesia. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the implementation of ICTstrategies by entrepreneurs in the interactive games industry is still less, and this is partly because in general the industry is still small-scale and micro enterprises, mash the industry is relatively new in the world of business, and entrepreneurs are still concentrating the creation, production, and distributio, commercialization are being developed. In general, interactive games industry is growing. In the future, need to research business model and business strategy, so it would complement the models developing strategy in the game interactive industry.
