Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Earning Per Share, Book Value of Equity, and Cash Flow of Operation on the Stock Price in manufacture sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2012-2014. The data obtained in this study were published financial statements. The population in this study amounted to 44 companies and 132 samples obtained from 44 companies during the 3 years of observation. Techniques in sampling using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to examine the effect between dependent and independent variables and hypothesis testing using the simultan test and parsial test with a confidence level of 5%. The results showed that simultaneous Earning Per Share, Book Value of Equity, and Cash Flow of Operation have a significant effect on the Stock Price. While the partial test results showed that Earning Per Share, book value of Equity and Cash Flow of Operation have significant effect on the Stock Price.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility impact on Corporate Financial Performance. Data used are non-financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2010-2015 as many as 419 samples. Corporate Financial Performance dependent variable is measured by Return on Asset (ROA) and Retunr on Invesment Capital (ROIC).The Independent variables of corporate Social Responsibility is adopted from the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) G3.1 Guidelines with 6 indicators and 81 items. The control variables is Sales Growth. Data analysis technique used is panel data regression analysis. The results of this study are, the first Corporate Social Responsibility has positive on Corporate Financial Performance proxicated by ROA. The second, Corporate Social Responsibility has positive on Corporate Financial Performance proxicated by ROIC.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the factors of competence, objectivity, integrity, experience, independence, and the risk of an effect on the auditor's professional skepticism. This type of research in this study is a qualitative research. The population in this study is the auditors who work in public accounting firm in the whole area of Central Jakarta. The sampling technique in this study were selected through purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study is 24 KAP with 150 respondents. Analysis of data using regression analysis. The result of this research is the competence of auditors have an influence on the auditor's professional skepticism . Objectivity auditor has an influence on the auditor's professional skepticism. Integrity auditor has an influence on the auditor's professional skepticism. Experience auditor has an influence on the auditor's professional skepticism. Auditor independence have an influence on the auditor's professional skepticism. Risk auditor has an influence on the auditor's professional skepticism. And competence audior , auditor objectivity, integrity auditor , auditor experience , auditor independence and auditor risk together have an influence on the auditor's professional skepticism .

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Dividend Policy, Policy Liabilities and Profitability of Company Value of the companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 to 2014. The population in this study a number of 60 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data obtained from financial statements 2011 to 2014 that has been published. Obtained a total sample of 15 companies. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing with constant 5%.In this study occur existing data were not normally distributed, this is due to some extreme values that look very different from the value of other observations. Of the 60 samples of existing research, as many as 24 sample company data should be eliminated (outlier data). It is intended to dispose of the data extremes can cause data distribution becomes normal, so that the data is left as many as 36 samples were used.The results showed that the dividend policy has no significant effect on the value of the company, debt policy does not significantly influence the company's value and profitability significantly influence the value of the company. The coefficient of determination R square indicates 0,073 or 7,3% of explaining that the variable is explained by the variable company value and dividend policy, policy liability and profitability the remaining 92,7% is explained by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of debt policy, director size, director independence, institutional ownership, and female directors on accrual earnings management. Samples were obtained through purposive sampling method as many as 102 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. The results showed that debt policy had a significant effect on accrual earnings management. While the director's size, director's independence, institutional ownership, and female directors do not have a significant effect on accrual earnings management. Management does not dare to make accrual earnings management because they get close supervision from creditors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of Board of Commissioner, Leverage, and Ownership Structure on the Enterprise Risk Management disclosure of banking firm listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period from 2013 to 2015. Sampling technique using purposive sampling (purposive sampling method). The sampel used in this study is a banking company that meets the criteriaas set out in this study to obtain 21 banking. The data obtained derived from the annualreport and financial report of the banks publishe. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression to test the classical assumption first. The result showed that the Board of Commissioner have a significant influence on the Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure. Leverageand Ownership Structure is not significantly effects on Enterprise Risk Management Disclosure.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Earnings Per Share, Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio toward Stock Price on manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2009-2012. The population consists of 36 companies and are used as a sample of 17  ompanies. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were tested by using multiple regression analysis and hypothesis test with 5% level of confidence. The research results that the variables Earnings Per Share (EPS) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) gives significantly positive effect on Stock Price. The other variables Debt to Equity Ratio is not significantly to Stock Price. We suggest for investors in Indonesia Stock Exchange that paying attention other factors that regards Stock Price because with those information they can make the best decision for their investments

Abstract

Penyelanggaraan Sistem Informasi Keuangan Daerah (SIKD) dilaksanakan sebagai amanat otonomi daerah dan desentralisasai fiskal di Indonesia. Informasi Kueangan Daerah (IKD) sebagai salah satu output SIKD merupakan informasi strategis yang digunakan oleh pemerintah untuk mengambil keputusan terkait perumusan kebijakan fiskal dan pengendalian fiskal nasional. Sebagai sebuah sistem informasi yang mulai bertransformasi berbasis e-government, SIKD perlu didorong untuk menghasilkan informasi yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini berusaha menggali seberapa efektif penerapan pengendalian internal pada SIKD yang dikelola Pemerintah Pusat dan bagaimana kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan oleh SIKD. Peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penyajian data deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa secara umum aspek pelaksanaan SPI pada penyelenggaraan SIKD sudah efektif, namun demikian masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan pada elemen kegiatan pengendalian khususnya pada pengendalian aplikasi. Adapun terkait dengan telaah kualitas informasi, berdasarkan data sampel penelitian, kualitas informasi SIKD belum memenuhi karakteristik kualitatif informasi secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interaction of ethical culture, spiritual intelligence, ethical content, and students' ethical behavior. The population in this study is a student at one of the leading accounting vocational education institutions in Yogyakarta. Sampling technique in this research use purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study was 368 respondents. Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the content of ethics affect the student's ethical behavior. The interaction of ethical culture on the relationship between ethical content and ethical behavior suggests it can strengthen its influence. Similarly, the interplay of spiritual intelligence that demonstrates can strengthen the relationship between ethical content and student ethical behavior.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim to examine the influence of The Auditor’s Professional Skepticism, Competence, Independence and Complexity of The Audit on Audit Quality. The sample used in this study is 70 auditor by using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique that used in this study is multiple linear regression with significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that the value of Adjusted R Square is 0.547 or 54,7% which means that the ability ofindependent variables namely the Auditor’s Professional Skepticism, Competence, Independence and Complexity Audit in explaining the dependent variable that is Audit Quality is 54,7% and the rest 45,3%is explained by other variables outside of that variables used in this study. The results of this study also show that (1) The Auditor’s Professional Skepticism has significant effect on Audit Qualitybecause it has a significance value lower than the level of significance of 5% that is equal to 0,002 or 0,2% (2) Competence has significant effect on Audit Quality because it has a significance value lower than the level of significance of 5% that is equal to 0,024 or 2,4% (3) Independence has no significant effect on Audit Quality because it has a significance value greater than the level of significance of 5% that is equal to 0,610 or 61% (4) Complexity of The Audit has no significant effect on Audit Quality because it has a significance value greater than the level of significance of 5% that is equal to 0,341 or 34,1%.
