Abstract

This research attempt investigated the impact of Locus of control, work values and on Career commitment with case study sales forces is in Telecommunication company (PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk, PT.Indosat Tbk, and PT. XL Axiata,Tbk ) located in Jakarta. 320 questionnaires were distributed, only 308 questionnaires were filled up by the respondents. Those data then were analyzed by using reability and validity test, correlation test and multiple regression analysis. The finding is supporting hypotheses from locus of control and work values which are submitted related with career commitment.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of internal control effectiveness, information asymmetry, and organizational commitment to the tendency of accounting fraud. This study uses the employees of the mining company's finance division as a sample. The technique of determining the sample using snowball method sampling method. The sample consisted of 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS 21 program and 5% significance level. The results of the test show that (1) the effectiveness of internal control significantly influences the tendency of accounting fraud because it has a significance level of 0.002 smaller than the specified level α = 0.05. (2) information asymmetry has an effect and no significant to the tendency of accounting fraud because it has a significance level of 0.054 greater than the specified level α = 0.05, (3) organizational commitment has no effect and not significant to the tendency of accounting fraud because it has a level of significance Of 0.565 greater than the specified level α = 0.05.

Abstract

The Old City of Jakarta as a major tourist destination, is at the “Competitive Parity” level In the “tourism destination competitiveness” criteria. That position has not been posted in the “Sustained Competitive Advantage” as the highest level. Hence, in order to improve the competitiveness level, the effective and efficient strategy should be formulated and implemented. To formulate the strategy, this research analyse the five components of tourism destination competitiveness by the SWOT analysis model. The five components are Core Resources and Attractors; Supporting Factors and Resources; Destination Management; Destination Policy, Planning and Development and Qualifying and Amplifying Determinants. The SWOT Analysis also includes the SWOT Matrix and Quadran as the reference for formulating the strategy. The result shows that progressive strategy could be formulated and implemented to enhance the competitiveness of the Jakarta Old City.

Abstract

Technology is continuing to improve its quality for the users convenience. Virtual Reality (VR) is a technology that allows users who are in the simulation room will feel like in real situations. VR now entering the realm of tourism as media promotion. It uses become important for a travel agent because takes promotion for tourism products and services. One of the travel agents’ products is variety of tour packages, such as travel incentive that focus on business and leisure in one package. TraveLab as a Bandung State Polytechnic travel agent often serve the incentive travel package’ as the student request to visit industries combine with destinations.Selection of VR as a promotional media at TraveLab known as a new media that attracts consumers to get information about tour package in the form of video watch. Along with the student needs and interest to new technology, VR is one of the recent technology that adopt by TraveLab to promote their incentive tour package to its specific segment, that are student of Bandung State Polytechnic. The enhancement of VR as promotional media, need more selection of videos. This project emphasis on the development of varies video of incentive travel package relate to specific student segmentation. The video shoot have been done by 360 degree camera with the purposes of incentive travel pattern and resulting of three new incentive tour packages.

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of variable Quality of Service and Customer Satisfaction Level of Confidence in PT BCA Finance. The population in this study are customers of PT BCA Finance in BCA Wisma Pondok Indah, South Jakarta. In determining the sample size formula used is roscoe formula because the population is not known with certainty and the sample was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The type of data used are primary data, data sources obtained from questionnaires, and collection of data from this study of the questionnaire that was distributed. Technical analysis used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t test and F test with confidence level is 5%. Results of this study is to show that all influential variables simultaneously and partially towards customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Challenges and competition in the business in Indonesia in the era of globalization is very strict at national, regional and global level. The success of entrepreneurs in Indonesia can not be separated from the role of women in efforts to develop the entrepreneurial activity. Women have contributed in improving the nation's economy through entrepreneurship. The study titled model of the empowerment of women through the Motivational Factors, Interpersonal Skill Factors, Entrepreneurial Mindset Factors, using analytical techniques such as factor analysis and the sampling technique is convenience sampling. Samples taken 100 women entrepreneurs who are members of associations of SMEs in the city of Depok. The results showed the factors that affect the motivational factors as much as 7 (seven) factors, of which there are five (5) factors that influence forming two (2) components are named with status in society, and past experiences, as well as the influence of 63.243%, Factors that affect interpersonal skills as much as nine (9) factors, of which there are four (4) factors that influence forming two (2) component named creative in problem solving and team-building skills, as well as the influence of 93.204%. Factors that affect the Entrepreneurial Mindset 8 (eight) factor, where there are four (4) factors that influence forming two (2) component named self-motivation, and risk-taking as well as the influence of 64.406%. Outcomes in this study a model of empowerment of women through the Motivational Factors, Interpersonal Skill Factors, Entrepreneurial Mindset Factors and articles to be published in national journals as well as teaching materials.
