Abstract

The global pandemic of covid disease, covid-19, has caused the world's economic growth and Indonesia's to decline. The positive impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is that it encourages all business actors to fight for the survival of their companies. The rapid advancement of technology can be used to market MSME products to various corners of consumers online. Improving the quality of human resources and information technology is necessary to adapt to various technologies that have emerged in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Community service activities with the theme "Efforts to Increase MSME Capacity Through the Application of Social Media Marketing" were carried out in Duren Mekar village, Bojongsari sub-district, Depok City, aiming to provide training and assistance in marketing products or services through social media. 34 MSME attended this activity. The participant's business fields consist of essential food, culinary, fashion, and handicraft businesses. Types of social media used as product marketing media in Whatsapp: 57.6%; Facebook: 22%; Instagram: 16.9%; Twitter: 1.7%; TikTok:1.7%. These results indicate that the use of social media is still not optimal as a means of marketing products or services as a cheap marketing medium. After training the participants on the application of social media marketing, based on the questionnaire results, it shows that the percentage (%) level of understanding reaches 89.7%. These results explain that after training on social media marketing, participants understand the training material provided. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out ongoing training so that participants can apply it as a marketing strategy to increase sales

Abstract

MSMEs are able to penetrate Indonesia's GDP by 60%, but the contribution to Indonesia's exports is still lagging behind compared to Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand and the Philippines which have high competitiveness. The economic potential of the Parung district in 2017, seen from the perspective of the MSMEs is at a growth stage. This research analyzes and proves that Innovation and Entrepreneurship influences the competitiveness of MSMEs in Parung district. The population in this study were the MSMEs of Parung subdistrict registered in the MSMEs forum, the sample used was 60 respondents with the Purposive Sampling method. The method used to analyze and interpret data is descriptive statistical analysis using a variance-based Structural Equation Model or called Partial Least Square. The results obtained by all indicators on all variables of this study have met the convergent validity test. The Average Variance Extracted (AVE) value indicates that the entire construct declared valid. The cronbach’s alpha value of all constructs indicating that the construct is declared reliable. The direction of the relationship between Innovation and Entrepreneurship is positive, and Innovation has a significant effect on competitiveness. The direction of the relationship between Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness is positive and Entrepreneurship has a significant effect on Competitiveness. Overall it can be concluded that both Innovation and Entrepreneurship contribute directly to Competitiveness. Thus the increase in Innovation and Entrepreneurship directly affects the improvement of MSMEs Competitiveness. Key words: Competitiveness, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, MSMEs

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology in the era of globalization is growing rapidly. This has a significant impact on internet usage in Indonesia. So that makes Indonesia a very potential market for e-commerce, which has triggered the emergence of various online stores in Indonesia. Achieving success in e-commerce business in online stores in Indonesia requires a strategy. Shopee is an e-commerce company that runs the C2C mobile marketplace business, which allows users to buy or sell goods through applications available on the iOS and Android platforms. This research is a quantitative research that aims to determine the effect of functional comfort and representative excitement on Impulse Buying. Data collection uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale with PLS (Partial Least Square) method with Smart PLS 3.2.7 software. The sample used in the study was 50 people. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that functional convenience variables have a significant effect on unplanned purchases, while representative excitement variables have no significant effect on Impulse Buying.

Abstract

Challenges and competition in the business in Indonesia in the era of globalization is very strict at national, regional and global level. The success of entrepreneurs in Indonesia can not be separated from the role of women in efforts to develop the entrepreneurial activity. Women have contributed in improving the nation's economy through entrepreneurship. The study titled model of the empowerment of women through the Motivational Factors, Interpersonal Skill Factors, Entrepreneurial Mindset Factors, using analytical techniques such as factor analysis and the sampling technique is convenience sampling. Samples taken 100 women entrepreneurs who are members of associations of SMEs in the city of Depok. The results showed the factors that affect the motivational factors as much as 7 (seven) factors, of which there are five (5) factors that influence forming two (2) components are named with status in society, and past experiences, as well as the influence of 63.243%, Factors that affect interpersonal skills as much as nine (9) factors, of which there are four (4) factors that influence forming two (2) component named creative in problem solving and team-building skills, as well as the influence of 93.204%. Factors that affect the Entrepreneurial Mindset 8 (eight) factor, where there are four (4) factors that influence forming two (2) component named self-motivation, and risk-taking as well as the influence of 64.406%. Outcomes in this study a model of empowerment of women through the Motivational Factors, Interpersonal Skill Factors, Entrepreneurial Mindset Factors and articles to be published in national journals as well as teaching materials.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 351 pelaku UMKM. Sampel dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling method. Sampel berjumlah sebesar 100 pelaku UMKM di desa Kanekes, Kecamatan Leuwidamar, Lebak. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis partial least square (PLS) dalam analisis inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel pemasaran kewirausahaan dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai bahan masukan bagi pemegang kebijakan mengenai strategi pengembangan keunggulan kompetitif UMKM, dan diharapkan pula dinas terkait dikabupaten Lebak agar menerima hasil penelitian sebagai bahan informasi dalam pengambilan kebijakan guna merumuskan program pembinaan bagi UMKM.  Abstract: This study is a quantitative study that aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation on competitive advantage. The total population in this study was 351 MSME actors. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The sample is 100 SMEs in Kanekes village, Leuwidamar district, Lebak. This study uses a partial least square (PLS) analysis tool in inferential analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of entrepreneurial marketing and entrepreneurial orientation have a positive effect on competitive advantage. The results of this study are useful as input for policy holders regarding the development of a competitive advantage strategy for SMEs, and it is also hoped that the relevant agencies in Lebak Regency will accept the results of the research as information material in policy making in order to formulate a coaching program for SMEs.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan digitalisasi seperti sekarang ini, persaingan bisnis semakin meningkat, baik dalam skala kecil maupun besar. Teknologi semakin canggih dan sudah selayaknya pelaku usaha menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan berbagai layanan yang telah menggunakan teknologi sesuai keinginan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Saat ini banyak bermunculan layanan keuangan berteknologi yang dikenal dengan fintech sejalan dengan gaya hidup konsumen masa kini yang ingin serba praktis, mudah dan aman serta produk yang berkualitas. Untuk itu pelaku UMKM dituntut untuk lebih meningkatkan kemampuan serta keterampilannya dalam menjalankan usahanya. Metode pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan di desa Iwul kecamatan Parung ini berupa edukasi mengenai fintech dan kewirausahaan serta pembekalan mengenai cara mengunduh aplikasi fintech. Peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berjumlah 34 orang pelaku UMKM, dengan capaian hasil mengenai pemahaman fintech maupun kewirausahaan masih dibawah 70%. Sehingga kegiatan seperti ini masih perlu dilakukan secara intensif lagi agar terjadi peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM baik dalama hal layanan keuangan yang berteknologi maupun kewirausahaan. Hal ini perlu dukungan berbagai pihak khususnya pemda setempat dan dinas UMKM.

Abstract

The era of globalization and digitalization have the impact of narrowing the space for cooperatives and fierce competition. Cooperatives contribute to the Indonesian economy, and to improve people's welfare. The activity of empowering MSMEs through cooperatives is expected to be able to contribute to optimizing MSMEs. The participants of the activity were 30 craftsmen in Kanekes village, Leuwidamar sub-district. Activities carried out by lectures and discussions method about the roles and benefits of cooperatives for MSMEs. Participants were also given a questionnaire to fill in demographic data and a test of understanding of cooperatives. Based on the results, it was found that the largest number of participants were at the productive age, had a typical Baduy business. The business is a home business with an average number of employees of two people who are family members. The amount of capital is in the range of IDR 10,000,000 to 25,000,000 in the form of own capital. The monthly income received is ≤ 1.000.000,- because the business is on a micro-scale. Business age ≤ 2 years, the training participants are relatively new business actors. As for financial services through cooperatives, 77% of participants did not use them. The test results show an understanding of cooperatives by 86% and an interest in becoming a cooperative member by 80%, which means that after being given provisioning, the participants really understand the role of cooperatives for MSMEs and are interested in becoming cooperative members ABSTRAK:Era globalisasi dan digitalisasi cenderung memiliki dampak mempersempit ruang gerak koperasi, dan persaingan ketat. Koperasi berkontribusi bagi perekonomian Indonesia, dan merupakan wadah untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kegiatan pemberdayaan UMKM melalui koperasi ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam mengoptimalkan UMKM untuk berpartisipasi pada koperasi. Peserta kegiatan adalah pengrajin di desa Kanekes, kecamatan Leuwidamar sebanyak 30 orang. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi mengenai peran dan manfaat koperasi bagi UMKM. Pada akhir kegiatan peserta diberikan kuesioner untuk mengisi data demografi dan test pemahaman mengenai perkoperasian. Berdasarkan hasil deskripsi data peserta diperoleh jumlah terbesar usia peserta berada pada usia produktif, memiliki usaha kerajinan khas suku baduy, seperti kain tenun, tas koja, souvenir. Usaha yang dilakukan berupa usaha rumahan dengan jumlah karyawan rata-rata dua orang yang merupakan anggota keluarga. Jumlah modal pada kisaran Rp.10.000.000,- s/d 25.000.000,- berupa modal sendiri. Pendapatan yang diterima perbulan  ≤ 1.000.000,- karena usaha yang dilakukan berada pada skala mikro. Usia usaha ≤ 2 tahun, peserta pelatihan merupakan pelaku usaha yang relatif baru. Sedangkan untuk layanan keuangan melalui koperasi sebesar 77% peserta tidak menggunakan. Hasil test menunjukkan pemahaman mengenai perkoperasian sebesar 86% dan minat untuk menjadi anggota koperasi sebesar 80%, yang berarti setelah diberikan pembekalan peserta sangat memahami peran koperasi bagi UMKM dan berminat menjadi anggota koperasi.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki kontribusi dalam pembangunan perekonomian nasional. Data Kementerian Koperasi, Usaha Kecil, dan Menengah (KUKM) menyebutkan kontribusi UMKM terhadap perekonomian nasional (PDB) sebesar 61,1%, dan sisanya yaitu 38,9% disumbangkan oleh pelaku usaha besar. Saat ini dimana dunia dilanda pandemi global covid disease, covid-19, pertumbuhan perekonomian dunia dan juga Indonesia mengalami penurunan. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia, dari perkiraan 4 % turun menjadi hanya 2,97 persen. Namun dibalik semua itu dampak positif dari keberadaan pandemi Covid19 ini yaitu mendorong semua pelaku usaha untuk berjuang demi kelangsungan hidup perusahaannya. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPN Veteran Jakarta yang dilaksanakan di kota Depok, kecamatan Bojongsari, kelurahan Duren Mekar, bertema pelatihan dan pembekalan entrepreneurial marketing bagi UMKM pemula anggota Koperasi Bunda Sejahtera. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 24 anggota Koperasi Bunda Sejahtera kota Depok. Bidang usaha peserta terdiri dari usaha sembako, kuliner, fashion, dan usaha kerajinan tangan. Selain memberikan edukasi Entrepreneurial marketing, dilakukan juga pembekalan dengan membuat produk kerajinan tangan bunga kristal dan lilin aromaterapi, sebagai upaya dalam penerapan Entrepreneurial Marketing dalam perencanaan usaha mereka. Setelah dilakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini maka peserta perlatihan sangat memahami materi pelatihan yang diberikan dimana hasil pre-test sebesar 63,8% dan post-test sebesar 88,5%. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan para pelaku usaha pemula ini dapat menerapkan Entrepreneurial Marketing, sebagai strategi pemasaran UMKM.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have a significant role in the Indonesian economy. According to Bappenas, MSMEs play an important role in providing employment, contributing to the country's GDP, and providing a safety net for low-income people to engage in productive economic activities. Given the significant role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy, their empowerment is very important. However, MSMEs in the Sawangan Permai area face several problems, including low performance, a lack of an entrepreneurial mindset, and inadequate business planning. To overcome this problem, community service activities were carried out for 27 MSMEs assisted by IWAPI Sawangan branch in the form of empowering MSMEs through the application of an entrepreneurial mindset and business planning as an effort to improve MSME performance, as well as providing training in making quality aloe vera-based beverage products. The main objective of this community service activity is to empower a group of MSMEs in the micro sector by increasing their entrepreneurial mindset and business planning to be more innovative, proactive, risk-taking and competitive. From the results of the test given in the form of a questionnaire, the knowledge and skills of the partners in applying the entrepreneurial mindset were 86.0%, an understanding of business planning was 85.5%, an understanding of social media marketing was 70.4%, and increased knowledge and skills in make innovative and quality products by 76.3%. The results of this community service greatly contribute to efforts to improve the performance of IWAPI-assisted MSMEs in the Sawangan area ABSTRAK Usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam perekonomian Indonesia. Menurut Bappenas, UMKM berperan penting dalam menyediakan lapangan kerja, berkontribusi terhadap PDB negara, dan menyediakan jaring pengaman bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah untuk terlibat dalam kegiatan ekonomi produktif. Mengingat peran UMKM yang signifikan dalam perekonomian Indonesia, pemberdayaan mereka menjadi sangat penting. Namun, UMKM di wilayah Sawangan Permai menghadapi beberapa masalah, antara lain kinerja yang masih rendah, pola pikir kewirausahaan yang kurang, dan perencanaan bisnis yang kurang memadai. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat terhadap 27 UMKM binaan IWAPI ranting Sawangan berupa pemberdayaan UMKM melalui penerapan pola pikir kewirausahaan dan perencanaan usaha sebagai upaya meningkatkan kinerja UMKM, serta memberikan pelatihan pembuatan produk minuman berbahan dasar lidah buaya yang berkualitas. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberdayakan sekelompok UMKM sektor mikro dengan meningkatkan pola pikir kewirausahaan dan perencanaan usaha yang lebih inovatif, proaktif, berani mengambil risiko, dan kompetitif. Dari hasil test yang diberikan berupa kuesioner, menghasilkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para mitra dalam menerapkan pola pikir wirausaha sebesar 86,0%, pemahaman mengenai perencanaan bisnis sebesar 85,5% pemahaman mengenai pemasaran media sosial 70,4%, dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat produk yang inovatif dan berkualitas sebesar 76,3%. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini sangat berkontribusi dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja UMKM binaan IWAPI di wilayah Sawangan
