Abstract

This research attempt investigated the impact of Locus of control, work values and on Career commitment with case study sales forces is in Telecommunication company (PT. Telkom Indonesia, Tbk, PT.Indosat Tbk, and PT. XL Axiata,Tbk ) located in Jakarta. 320 questionnaires were distributed, only 308 questionnaires were filled up by the respondents. Those data then were analyzed by using reability and validity test, correlation test and multiple regression analysis. The finding is supporting hypotheses from locus of control and work values which are submitted related with career commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the integrity of students in avoiding internet plagiarism and how to strengthen the integrity of students in order to prepare and produce the next generation of quality nation. The number of respondents in the study was 10 seventh semester students with the selection of respondents that they had completed the assignment given by the lecturers. This study uses qualitative research methods with a phenomenological approach. The results of the analysis show that in general student integrity is still low so it needs to be strengthened in terms of integrating education, law enforcement, infrastructure, involvement of university and faculty leaders, lecturers and administrative staff who support the anti-plagiarism environment that will create culture and awareness in each university residents especially students.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya masalah yang terjadi pada karyawan terutama yang baru masuk kedalam dunia kerja. Mereka kebingungan dalam menentukan jenjang karir mereka. Akibatnya sering ditemukan mereka bekerja pada posisi yang tidak diminati yang membuat karir mereka terhenti. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi kinerja dan kepuasan kerja mereka sehingga dapat merugikan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi siswa-siswi SMA mengenai pentingnya perencanaan karir sejak dini. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah siswa-siswi SMA kelas X di Kecamatan Limo, Depok. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam dua kali pertemuan. Dalam kegiatan ini digunakan beberapa metode antara lain metode ceramah, metode diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta praktik perencanaan karir hingga pembuatan peta karir. Peserta juga diminta untuk memaparkan hasil perencanaan karir mereka. Evaluasi terhadap 77 siswa secara umum menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai pemahaman diri, persiapan diri, pengenalan dunia kerja, dan perencanaan masa depan.

Abstract

Abstract – This research was carried out to fulfill the curiosity about how the influence of training and competence in influencing teacher performance, especially during PJJ (Distance Learning) which took place at Gunung N 32, Jakarta. Using quantitative research methods in its implementation, as well as the population and samples were taken using a saturated sample purposive sampling technique involving 33 teachers as respondents, then analyzed descriptively and inferentially using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The results of this study partially show the effect of the training variable having the original sample value of 0.368 so that it is declared to have a positive and significant effect and the competence that has the original sample value of 0.546 which can also be declared positive and significant on the teacher's performance during PJJ with a coefficient of determination of 0.605 or 60, 5% and 39.5% are influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have great potential to drive the country's economy, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. However, many views often reveal that MSMEs have low competitiveness. So, they are not considered a sustainable business and are not managed professionally, both in finance, marketing, and human resources. Therefore, currently, MSMEs are labeled as difficult to develop. This community service aims to change the paradigm of MSMEs through small steps to rebrand our MSME Partners. This activity is performed by providing assistance to the MSME participants that are related to 3 essential aspects: finance, marketing, and human resources. The assistance method in this program is carried out in some steps. The first step is carrying out observation since the location survey was carried out. Then, the implementation is carried out in these methods: lectures of theoretical presentations, assignments, practice trials, and finally, the designing of the rebranding model. With this program, the partners are expected to be able to improve and become MSMEs that are more competitive. They must have a positive image, so they can viewed as a professional business unit and generate significant profits.

Abstract

This company aims to help Indigenous UMKM in Bogor Regencyto increase their business management capacity by Going Digital to adjustcurrent technological developments. The service team conducts coaching(training and mentoring) to UMKM actors digitally. The materials weprovide are materials related to marketing management (productrebranding, digital marketing), Blue Ocean Strategy, Canvas Strategy, andfinancial management (financial techonology). Activities in a whole mannerincrease the knowledge and skills of UMKM HUMAN RESOURCES inrunning business in a sustainable manner.
