This research aims to analyze the increase in learning outcomes of students through the development of integrated Physics teaching material verses of the Quran. This research uses research and development methods (RnD) with one group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were thirty students of grade XI in SMA Negeri 6 Semarang. Research data was collected using questionnaires and pretest-posttest questions. The materials that have been developed are tested using feasibility test questionnaire by validators and hitch test. The resultt show that the average assessment percentage is 83.07% which is very feasible. For the readability test showing the average score is 76.40% means this teaching material is easy to understand. Based on the test, it can be said that integrated Physics teaching material verses of the Quran are very feasible and easy to understand so that it can be used as a learning source. The increation of learning outcomes with N-gain score is 0.63 shows that using integrated Physics teaching material verses of the Quran can significantly improve student learning outcomes.

This research aims to develop STEM student worksheets to determine the characteristics and feasibility of the worksheets, and to know the increase of students creative thinking skills in secondary student. This research method uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. The subjects of the small group trial were IX A and the large scale test subjects were VIII A as the experimental class and VIII B as the control class. LKS is compiled by collaborating on the content of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The results of the feasibility test in terms of the feasibility of content, presentation, and language in criteria very feasible to use in learning activities. Readability test results indicates that LKS is easy to understand by students. The results of the n-gain test for the pretest-posttest score has high criteria. Based on large group trials, STEM-based student worksheets can improve creative thinking skills, namely on aspects of fluency, flexibility, elaboration, and originality that are characterized by an increase in the value of the pretest-posttest

This study aimed to determine the profile of students’ understanding of concepts and misconceptions and to identify the picture of students' mental models in explaining the phenomenon of light interference and diffraction. The type research is qualitative, and the research method used descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used observations and three tier multiple choices test and semi-structured interviews. The results showed that the conceptual understanding of students grade XI MIPA 2 at SMA Kesatrian 2 Semarang in the light interference and diffraction material was included in the conceptual understanding category of 30%, 48% misconception and 22% did not understand the concept. The profile of students' mental models based on Ifenthaler level category in explaining the material of light interference and diffraction included at the level of the surface. While the type of mental model is based on the type of Sendur is scientific mental model possessed by students only reached 2.38%. The remaining 97.62% classified as alternative mental models.

E-Modul is teaching materials with electronic devices for students to use which contain materials and learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of e-Modul on the subject of straight motion toward the learning outcomes of Grade X students. The study was conducted at MAN 2 Banjarnegara in Grade X science students. This research is a quasi-experimental research with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Measurement of pretest-posttest in two different of treatment namely the experimental class to get learning use e-Module and the control class to get conventional learning. The results of this study indicate that the use of e-Modul subject to effective straight motion on mastery of the concept of straight motion students according to the results of the t test analysis showed an increase of 6.209 and the results of the analysis of the gain tests showed the use of e-Modules with an effective category of 0.510. In the control class from the results of the analysis of the test gain the effectiveness of conventional learning in the low category that is equal to 0.270. From this study it can be concluded that learning by using e-Module is a subject of effective straight-line motion toward the mastery of the concept of class X MAN 2 Banjarnegara students in the academic year 2017/2018. Learning e-Modules help students in the learning process both with the guidance of physics teachers or without the guidance of physics teachers. The use of e-modules increases student curiosity to write using the flipbook maker application to be able to make learning notes stored on mobile phones.

This research aims to design the student worksheet based on STS that can help students improving their critical thinking skills. This research are using R&D (Research and Development) method. The research is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. The results show the advisability of student worksheet based on STS have average score from four aspect of a feasible is 93.61% with the criteria is very feasible. The improvement student’s critical thinking skills after using student worksheet based on STS tested by N-Gain test get the result of 0.48 with medium criteria. The students give good response with the average score is 77.69%, due to the feasible of students’ worksheet is very feasible. Based on to the result, it can concluded that the students’ worksheet based STS optical matter for grade VIII junior high school students very feasible and effective enough for used in the learning activities.

Teaching physics by utilizing technology becomes a necessity for high school physics teachers to master. DIGICOM is an innovation in teaching physics that utilizes multi-technology. Interface-connected camera technology can help explain microscopic phenomena observed through a microscope. A total of 19 physics teachers in Batang Regency, Central Java received training on DIGICOM-based science learning. From the preliminary data it is known that almost all teachers have never carried out learning using multi-technology and only 50% of teachers or schools have digital microscopes and digital cameras in their schools. But after getting DIGICOM training in physics learning, teachers already have sufficient knowledge and they have the confidence to be able to implement the results of this training in learning physics in their classrooms.

This research aims to develop a motion’s learning material based on Mastery Learning for Senior High School’s students. The development of learning materials include Lesson Plans, learning media in the form of practicum videos, learning resources in the form of Mastery Learning’s Students Worksheet, and learning assessment instruments. The research method is Research and Development with 4-D development model that has been modified into 3-D. The 3-D research procedure includes: (1) defining, (2) designing, and (3) developing. The reserach was conducted at SMA N 14 Semarang Academic Year 2018/2019 with respondents 35 students. The results of the development of motion’s learning material based on Mastery Learning obtained results in the form of: validation of Lesson Plans feasibility is considered very feasible with a percentage of 92%; validation of practicum video feasibility by experts is considered very feasible with a percentage of 88.5%, teacher response to practicum videos is 82% with good categories; student responses to practicum videos amounted to 79% with good categories; validation of the feasibility of Mastery Learning’s Students Worksheet by experts of 86.5% with very good categories; the teacher's response to Mastery Learning’s Students Worksheet was 94% with a very good category, the readability level of Mastery Learning’s Students Worksheet was 94% and the validation of learning assessment instruments was 86% with a very feasible category.

The solar system is one of the physics subject matter that seems abstract because it deals with celestial objects that cannot be presented in class. This research develops learning media with Android-based augmented reality technology. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based arts learning media on solar system subject matter for junior high school and find out the feasibility of the learning media. The development model used is the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of this research are learning media products for Android-based which have been tested on 5 groups of respondents using the questionnaire method. From the results of the feasibility test obtained a percentage of 84,71%. Based on the results obtained, the ARTS learning media was declared suitable for use.

The objectives of this research are describe the characteristics, determine the validity, to test the practicality of worksheet based on scientific literacy, and to test the effectiveness of the product in improving student’s scientific literacy capability. The type of this research is Research and Development (R&D) that produces worksheet based on scientific literacy on optical tools topics. The research was done at SMP Rembang, Purbalingga. The characteristics of the worksheet which is developed are using four scientific literacy aspects that can be found in the worksheet main feature, that are “Ayo Belajarâ€, “Mencoba Yukâ€, “Ayo Berpikir Ilmiahâ€, and “Sains dalam Kehidupanâ€. The research findings shows that the validity test’s result of the worksheet is in valid category with the result of 84.95%. The result of practicality of the worksheet based on scientific literacy is in the practical category with the result of 82.60%. The improvement of scientific literacy capability in cognitive aspect showed that the experimental class was 0.69 and the control class was 0.47. The result showed that affective and psychomotoric learning in the experimental class is higer than the control group. Based on the result, it is concluded that the worksheet based on scientific literacy is valid, practical, and effective to increase student’s scientific literacy capability.

All types of selection test for state universities are accompanied by intense competition levels. SBMPTN is one of this test that provides the highest quota of prospective students. Some questions tested require high order thinking skills while students are accustomed to work on low order thinking skills on their high school. The challenge for students is the students have to know the type of questions tested in SBMPTN and accustomed to work the kind of questions. This study aimed to find out the cognitive level classification in SBMPTN physics problems based on revised Bloom’s taxonomy and characteristics of SBMPTN physics problems based on indicator of critical thinking skill and problem solving skills. This study was qualitative research using SBMPTN physics problems code 402 in 2018, as its subject. The result of this study showed that in 2018 there were 73.33% SBMPTN physics questions included HOTS categories. In addition, it obtained that in 2018, SBMPTN physics problems contained critical thinking skills of 80%. Furthermore, the availability of problem solving skill’s indicators in the SBMPTN physics question was found to be 60%.
