Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dampak positif dan negatif dari adanya pergantian (turn-over) guru di Madrasah Aliyah Nahdlatul Ulama Banyuputih kabupaten Batang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif analitis dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara mendalam, angket, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya turn-over yang tinggi pada guru atau pendidik di madrasah tersebut; keuntungan yang bersifat positif justru didapatkan ketika adanya turn-over guru dibandingkan dampak negatifnya; dan kehadiran guru baru menjadi hal yang sangat disukai oleh siswa dalam hal kreativitas, inovasi pembelajaran, motivasi, dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the assessment PPL partner on 1 ) the performance of students Prodi EKOS 2) PPL partner satisfaction and 3 ) follow-up committee on the complaint PPL partner. Data were collected using a questionnaire and the results show that the performance PPL student Prodi EKOS are rated in the range enough categories , good and very good with the largest percentage in good categories . But for the performance mastery of foreign languages appeared less votes despite not many. As for the assessment of the committee in response to a complaint, PPL partner generally considered aswell .

Abstract

Knowledge of Arabic is an absolute requirement for anyone who wanted to explore the law directly from the Qur'an and hadith. This article aims to reaffirm the importance of the knowledge of the Arabic language by taking a study on the Bidayat al Mujtahid written by Ibn Rushd. The book is not only to show dissent Mujtahid course, but he also explained the cause of such dissent, including that caused by language problems. The article concludes that linguistic terms contained in the book Bidayat al Mujtahid is Nahwu Sciences which includes: letters jarr, 'i'rab, athaf, istitsna', function of hurf al, definition of jama’ and marja' dlamir; Dalalah science and science-related Balaghah especially majaz (removal of the word and figurative meanings) and nature. Differences Mujtahids perspective to the problems this implies a law that they charge.

Abstract

This study aims to find out awareness of teacher of Early Childhood Education in transmitting culture and local wisdom. Through field studies approach on al-Hidayah Early Childhood Education Institute which is located in the village of Kauman, Argomulyo, Cangkringan, Sleman, it was concluded that teachers in general do not understand its importance as a transmitter of culture.This study aims to find out awareness of teacher of Early Childhood Education in transmitting culture and local wisdom. Abstract

This research explores the assimilation of Islamic culture in Javanese culture in dhundhunan ceremony that is performed in Javanese moslem community living in Karangjompo, Tirto, Pekalongan, Central Java and the value changes in that ceremony. To achieve the aim of this research, observation and interview were done. It was found that there were some assimilations and value changes in that ceremony, i.e. prayers that were performed in that ceremony adopted Islamic culture like asking God for safety by reciting shalawat barzanji. Meaning of the symbols uborampe in that ceremony has been forgotten by them. They perform that ceremony only formally without caring about the meaning and feeling the magic values.

Abstract

This article seeks to uncover the reason culture on Muslim society Kembangarum Salatiga in the Badan tradition. It also intends to reveal the meaning of the tradition for today's society. This qualitative study uses literature review andfinds that the tradition is one of the expression of religious communities, as a manifestation of gratitude to God, concern for nature, and cohesion and communality among the public. In addition to the cultural meanings, Badan tradition also has economic and socio- cultural significance for local governments and communities.
