Abstract

This study aims to develop a sensor technology based agility test instrument. The research method used is research and development (research and development). Development research subjects were divided into two groups. Small-scale group trials consist of 10 students and large-scale group trials consist of 21 students. The results showed that the sensor technology-based push-up test instrument had a 94% validity test and sports measurement expert level and 75% IT expert validity so that it could be used appropriately. The level of reliability in small group trials amounted to 0.994 and small groups of women amounted to 0.988 with the High category. While the large group trials amounted to 0.998 and the large group of women 0.946 with a high category so that it can be held accountable for the tools carried out in large group trials and small groups have a High reliability category. The implication of this research is the development of test instruments based on sensor technology that can be used as a valid, effective, and practical test aid.

Abstract

Giving basic judo moves in the form of Tachiwaza contributes to the overall development and coordination of the body. The provision of Tachiwaza material is intended so that the habit of exercising throughout life can be prepared early, so that children have fundamental basic movements that are useful for them throughout life. . Movement ability or also called motor ability is the ability to move in physical activity. This study aims to determine the effect of tachiwaza on increasing motor ability in Judo. This study used an experimental method using a sample of 12 children aged 6 to 12 years who took part in training in one of the training classes at the Judo club in Bandung. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The instrument used is a motor ability test, which consists of agility test with a 4x10 m shuttle run, a coordination test by throwing and catching a tennis ball with a distance of 1 meter from a wall, a balance test using a positional balance test, 4. Speed ​​test with the 30 meter sprint test. The result of this research is the data is normally distributed. From the data obtained and calculated using SPSS the results obtained are Tachiwaza training affects the increase in motor ability. This research can contribute that tachiwaza exercises can be used as an alternative exercise to improve children's motor abilities at the age of 6 to 12 years.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, online learning media innovation is needed in order to maintain the obligations of educators and to create a pleasant learning atmosphere. This study aims to describe students’ learning interest in physical education-orchestral subjects using Nearpod media. In addition, it does not only describe the students’ learning interest, but also this research can be used as information media for teachers that there is the digital learning media which is ready to use. Students’ learning interest can be identified through observation done by the Program for Prospective Teachers (A learning leader who can encourage children’s development). The researcher used a qualitative descriptive design with research instruments in the form of Nearpod-based teaching materials, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. The results of this study is that the Nearpod.com learning media application can be used for learning media ‘ready-to-use’ in online learning models. It can also be developed and build an atmosphere of fun teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of physical activity, anthropometric characteristics, and attitudes of nationalism among secondary school children in the Indonesia-Malaysia border region (Border Aruk/Sajingan, Sambas Regency). The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive study in the form of a survey. The population and sample used are students at the high school level in the border area. Participants in this study were based on the following criteria: 1) Willingness to be a participant in the study, and 2) Present at the time of field data collection. The instrument used in this research is the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) Short Form version to measure the variable level of physical activity. Anthropometric measurements use eleven parameters. Assessment of the attitude of Nationalism using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study, the level of physical activity of students at the border showed a moderate category. Meanwhile, anthropometric measurements show varying results, the measurement results can be categorized into three types based on these results, namely: ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph. Overall in the attitude of nationalism of the Indonesian-Malaysian border students in Paloh sub-district, Sambas district, shows that the dominant border students are in the good category in interpreting nationalism..
