Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuain minat dengan bakat olahraga pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Olahraga Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta tahun 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dan tes. Dengan jenis data kuantitatif, dengan variable 1 data terikat berupa minat dengan bakat olahraga mahasiswa. Populasi mahasiswa Pendidikan Olahraga FKIP UMS berjumlah 229 tahun 2018. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Purposive Sampling dimana pengambilan sampel dari populasi sesuai yang dikehendaki peneliti.  Instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket dan sport search. Hasil penelitian adalah kesesuaian minat dangan bakat pada mahasiswa Pendidikan Olahraga FKIP UMS tahun 2018 yaitu, olahraga beregu yang sesuai minat dengat bakat sebanyak 14.03%, olahraga aquatic yang sesuai minat dengat bakat sebanyak 2,7%, olahraga individu yang sesuai minat dengat bakat sebanyak 1.84%, olahraga beladiri yang sesuai minat dengat bakat sebanyak 0.9%, olahraga raket yang sesuai minat dengat bakat sebanyak 1.08%, olahraga atletik yang sesuai minat dengat bakat sebanyak 0.45%.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 9 Surakarta merupakan sekolah kejuruan dengan program paket keahlian Seni Rupa, Kriya dan Teknologi Multimedia ini memiliki luas wilayah kurang lebih 1300m2 dengan jumlah guru serta karyawan sebanyak 155 orang. Pengklasifikasian guru ini didasarkan pada mata pelajaran sesuai program paket keahlian yang diampu. Guru Bahasa Inggris sendiri disini diklasifikasikan dalam Guru Umum. Terkait dengan pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, sekolah ini mengacu pada kurikulum 2013. Dalam kurikulum 2013, silabus yang tertulis masih bersifat umum. Jika ditilik dengan kebutuhan siswa SMK yang terdiri dari berbagai program keahlian berbeda-beda yang selayaknya membutuhkan acuan lebih, maka perlu adanya pembenahan syllabus dan bahan ajar. Siswa SMK jurusan Multimedia membutuhkan genre atau karakter materi yang berbeda dengan siswa SMA/MA. Materi yang ditawarkan kepada siswa SMK hendaklah relevan dengan prinsip Multimedia. Hasil dari observasi ini adalah berupa bahan ajar sebagai pelengkap buku utama yang digunakan oleh SMK yang sesuai dengan kurikulum 2013 khusus untuk kelas XI yaitu jurusan Multimedia. Kesimpulan dari observasi ini adalah bahwa pengembangan buku ajar masih sangat diperlukan untuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Hal ini dikarenakan kurikulum SMK masih disamakan dengan kurikulum SMA. Pada kenyataannya, kebutuhan siswa SMK sangatlah berbeda dengan kebutuhan siswa SMA/MA. Siswa SMK lebih membutuhkan mata pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan kosa-kata pengembangan teknologi sesuai prinsip Multimedia dan bahasa komunikatif yang diperlukan dalam dunia kerja.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, online learning media innovation is needed in order to maintain the obligations of educators and to create a pleasant learning atmosphere. This study aims to describe students’ learning interest in physical education-orchestral subjects using Nearpod media. In addition, it does not only describe the students’ learning interest, but also this research can be used as information media for teachers that there is the digital learning media which is ready to use. Students’ learning interest can be identified through observation done by the Program for Prospective Teachers (A learning leader who can encourage children’s development). The researcher used a qualitative descriptive design with research instruments in the form of Nearpod-based teaching materials, interview guidelines, and questionnaires. The results of this study is that the Nearpod.com learning media application can be used for learning media ‘ready-to-use’ in online learning models. It can also be developed and build an atmosphere of fun teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Siswa SMK lebih membutuhkan mata pelajaran yang berkaitan dengan kosa-kata pengembangan teknologi sesuai prinsip Multimedia dan bahasa komunikatif yang diperlukan dalam dunia kerja.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran fisik dasar mahasiswa Pendidikan Olahraga FKIP UMS angkatan pertama tahun 2017. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dituangkan dalam bentuk presentase. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan pengukuran Volume oksigen maksimal (VO2max) melalui tes dan pengukuran lari MFT (Multistage Fitness Test). Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan mahasiswa aktif Prodi Pendidikan Olahraga FKIP UMS angkatan pertama tahun 2017 berjumlah 90 mahasiswa terdiri dari 80 putra dan 10 putri. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif statistik mengacu pada norma VO2max. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kebugaran fisik mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga terdapat 27 orang atau 30% kategori kurang sekali, 39 orang atau 43% kategori kurang, 15 orang atau 17% kategori sedang, 9 orang atau 10% kategori baik, dan belum ada mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat kebugaran fisik dalam kategori baik sekali. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran fisik dasar mahasiswa pendidikan olahraga FKIP UMS angkatan 2017 masih sangat rendah. Terdapat 66 mahasiswa dari total 90 mahasiswa tingkat kebugaran fisiknya berada pada kategori kurang hingga kurang sekali.

Abstract

The level of physical condition can directly affect the team's success in winning the match. The purpose of this study is to implement sport-specific test and measurement related to basketball to investigate the level of fitness for basketball athletes in Central Java highschool basketball team (PPLOP). The total of 13 athletes were signed for this study. Methods used to collect data were test and measurement containing of the following 60-m sprint test, sprint fatigue test, maximum push up, one minute push up, beep test and V-sit. These are sequentially intended to measure speed, anaerobic endurance, upper extremity muscular endurance, abdominal muscular endurance, aerobic endurance, and flexibility. In addition, a different test was conducted using ANOVA technique to determine differences in physical conditions between starters and reserve players. The results suggested that generally the level of physical condition of PPLOP players is in good condition. However, the muscular endurance of the arms and shoulders requires an increase because the results are categorized as less. The significant difference in physical capacity between starters and reserve players was recorded only in the number of push ups (p <0.05) recorded. This research can be used as a reference for trainers in creating training programs and adopting the types of tests and measurements selected in this study as guidelines for physical measurement for basketball athletes.

Abstract

Limited access to formal education coupled with the lack of teaching staff at the Sekolah Indonesia Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) study center has an impact on the decreased interest and motivation to study for children of migrant workers, especially those at the Pusat Pendidikan Warga Negara Indonesia (PPWNI) in the Klang region of Malaysia. This community service activity aims to help teachers at PPWNI Klang increase student learning motivation. Community service activities take the form of student learning assistance by involving Muhammadiyah Surakarta University students who take part in the Overseas KKN-Dik program. The learning methods applied during the learning assistance activities consist of 5 (five) stages, namely: (1) direct learning assistance to students on some subject matter which most students find difficult to understand, such as subjects: Mathematics, English, Science, and Physical Education; (2) discussion and question and answer; (3) Ice Breaking; (4) the method of giving interesting and fun quizzes to motivate student learning that is oriented towards the subject matter; and (5) giving rewards in the form of praise (oral) or gifts (goods). The results of this community service activity showed an increase in students' interest and motivation in learning, in addition to the observational data on 50 randomly selected students stated that learning assistance by involving students provided inspiration and students' interest in the world of education so that all students were interested in continuing their studies. higher education level. In addition, students increasingly understand the importance of education, especially in achieving future goals.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the correlation and influence of students' physical fitness levels on their learning achievement in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PESH) subjects. The study was conducted at SDN 1 Sidorejo and employed correlation methods using Pearson product-moment statistics. The research population consisted of 40 students from grades I to VI, with a sample of 32 students from grades III to VI, selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis process consisted of two main stages: (1) Verification of classical assumptions, such as normality testing using Shapiro-Wilk and linearity testing, and (2) Hypothesis testing through Pearson Product Moment correlation tests. Furthermore, simple linear regression analysis was conducted to assess the extent of the influence of physical fitness on student learning achievement. Findings from this study indicate a positive relationship between physical fitness levels and student learning achievement in Physical Education, Sports, and Health at SDN 1 Sidorejo. Support for these findings was obtained from Pearson Product Moment correlation test results, showing a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05, and a correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.651, exceeding the critical value of 0.349. Additional analysis using simple regression testing also yielded a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 and a t-value of 4.696, exceeding the critical value of 2.042. Therefore, it can be concluded that physical fitness levels have an impact on student learning achievement in PESH subjects at SDN 1 Sidorejo.

Abstract

The fatigue experienced by junior high school (SMP) students while doing activities for a moment indicates that the students are not fit. Therefore, improving fitness to do more activities at a productive age is necessary. The purpose of this research was to determine the physical fitness profile of students in terms of sports activities. The quantitative description was the method of this research. The data collection technique used was the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test. The results showed that the fitness level of SMP Sekolah Alam Indonesia students was 0% in the excellent and good category, 31 percent in the medium category, 36 percent in the low category, and 33 percent in the poor category. The calculation obtained a significance value of more than 0.05, meaning the sample variance was normal. Thus, the hypothesis that the variance of the existing variables was the same was accepted. To determine whether there was a difference between sports activities and the fitness profile of SMP SAI students, the researchers performed the independent sample t-test on the data taken from the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test. The obtained significance value was 0.000 (less than 0.05). Therefore, it can be interpreted that there was a significant difference between the Fitness Profile of SMP SAI students and sports activities. In conclusion, the 8th-grade students of the school have not yet reached the good and excellent categories. The more active students are in exercising, the better their physical fitness level will be.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the structure of the tactical actions of the pencak silat match in the sparring category as well as the differences based on the match rounds and match results. based on match rounds and match results. The research method used a quantitative approach based on observation-survey on 98 athletes in 48 final matches in three elite level pencak silat championships; National Sports Week, Sea Game, Asian Games. Data collection was through observation of match videos, recording all tactical actions (attack, defense, block).(attack, defense, block) and analyzed using SPSS. Based on the round of the match, there were differences in the actions of attacking and defending sig values < p 0.05 between rounds 1-2 and 1-3, but between rounds 2-3 no difference was found sig value > p 0.05. As for action blocks found no difference in sig value > p 0.05 between rounds 1-2-3. In terms of match results, differences were found with a sig value < p 0.05 in the action of attacking and defending tactics; winners tend to utilize the ability of defense, while non-winners tended to perform attacking actions, while the block actions of winners and non-winners were relatively balanced. non-winners were relatively balanced.
