The unmet need for family planning in Bondowoso Regency is the third highest in East Java. Jambesari Darus Sholah Subdistrict is the sub-district with the highest number of unmet needs in Bondowoso Regency. This study aims to analyze the relationship of service quality with unmet need for family planning in Jambesari Darus Sholah District, Bondowoso Regency. This was an analytic study with cross sectional design. The sample of this research was 149 married women who were selected by simple random sampling technique. Collecting data of this study through structured interview methods using a questionnaire. Data analysis used chi-square test and logistic regression test with backward method with a significance level of 95%. The results showed that respondents who experienced unmet need for family planning were 20.1%. If reviewed based on the type of unmet need for family planning, 83.3% do not want more children and 16.7% want children to be postponed. Women who are older, have children > 2 and have low education are at greater risk of unmet need for family planning. The quality of family planning services was related to unmet need for family planning. Women who receive poor quality family planning services are at risk of unmet need for family planning 3.3 times greater than good quality family planning services. Thus, increasing the quality of family planning services becomes important to reduce the number of unmet needs for family planning.

The condition of families with autistic children raises many views and judgments both from family and society. This ethnographic study aimed to describe the meaning of families and communities towards families with autistic children. Data were collected through focus group discussions and in-depth interviews. Key informants come from families who have autistic children and community members recruited by purposive sampling, while the data were analyzed using thematic analysis. This study results generate two categories of perception of the meaning of having autistic children. The first category was made by the families which comprises four themes such as 1) A test from God, 2) Destiny of God, 3) Autistic children different with other children, and 4) Children who need intensive helping. The second category was the perception made by the community members which consists of two themes, such as 1) Test for family, and 2) An autistic child as a holy child. This study further shows that culture is believed to determine how families and the members of the community perceive and interpret the existence of autistic children in the families so that it is very important for health workers to understand the culture that exists in the community.

The National Health Insurance Program (Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional /JKN) is an effort by the Government to fulfillment of the basic needs of public health. However, this program is also susceptible to fraud. Hospital as the Secondary Level Reference Facility that collaborates with the Social Security Agency (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial/ BPJS) should establish a fraud prevention system in the JKN implementation. Employees’ positions are at the forefront to reveal various forms of fraudulence including those related to JKN by means of whistleblowing. The ‘Planned Behavior Theory’ analyzes the attitude, subjective norms and behavior control perception factors that affect the intention of JKN-claim related employees' to whistleblow. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of attitudinal factors, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control on the intention of employee whistleblowing behavior on JKN fraud programs in Hospital X Central Java Province This study is a mixed-method study with a ‘sequential explanatory design’ approach. The study was started by using a quantitative method and then continued by means of qualitative method in order to produce a hopefully more complete study result. The results of the study prove attitudes (p-value 0.038), subjective norms (p-value 0.040) and perceptions of behavioral control (p-value 0.005) jointly influence the intention of employee whistleblowing. From the results of the OR it can be seen the order of the three independent variables that have the largest to the smallest influence on employee whistleblowing intentions, namely perceptions of behavior control, attitudes and subjective norms. This can be a reference to the management priority scale to make efforts to increase the intention of employee whistleblowing in Hospital X and is expected to be able to change the "silent culture" into and "culture of opennessâ€.

This research aims to analyze aspects of demand, costs and benefits of tobacco products in Indonesia and several other ASEAN countries (such as: Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam). The research approach used is descriptive comparative analysis and quantitative analysis to examine the relationship between demand factors and cost factors with explanatory variables, namely: price level, amount of excise, government revenue and cross-country specific factors. The descriptive approach is carried out by analyzing secondary data from the results of previous research studies. While the quantitative approach is done using standard regression analysis and instrument variable approach. The results of the study indicate that among ASEAN countries, Indonesia is known as the country with the highest rate of smoking prevalence for adult men (67 percent). The results showed that a one percent price increase would reduce the prevalence to around 0.27 percent (significance at 1%). Meanwhile the increase in prevalence will increase costs by an average of 14.71 million US dollars (significance at 5%). That is, the higher the state revenue from cigarette excise, the higher the costs to be borne. These results further strengthen the urgency of tobacco control in Indonesia.

Biological vector control by using larvivorous fish will be beneficial in reducing Aedes aegypti population, hence reducing risk of dengue virus transmission. It is important to select the larvivorous fish according to its digestive organ.Current study aimed to investigate the predation potential among the fish species and to identify the influence of the digestive tract length of the fish related to their predation potential. The research was an analytical observational study with post-test only design. Third stage larvae of Aedes aegypti were used as preys for tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), common carper (Cyprinus carpio), and guppy (Poecillia reticulata). In association with their digestive tract length, predation potential of tilapia, common carper, and guppy showed statistical differences (P<0.05). Tilapia demonstrated highest predation of the larvae, followed by common carper and guppy. There are associations between difference in shapes of mouth and intestines, mouth width, intestinal length, and predation potential of these fish species. Current study results showed possible associations between digestive tract length of tilapia, common carper and guppy and predation potential on Aedes aegypti larvae, allowing these fish species to be used inbiological control of Aedes aegypti.
