Abstract

The purpose of submitting this research paper as a partial fulfillment of the requirements for getting  bachelor degree on the STMIK Sinar Nusantara, also aims to facilitate the process of determing the recipients raskin in the Sondakan. The method of collecting data used by the author in the preparation of this paper is an interview with the KASI   of community development and feasibility assessment methods related  to the recipient rice requirements raskin recipient. In  the  “Decision Support System Acceptance Raskin” author provides  a range calculation  process based on  the economic circumstances, the admissions  raskin  process  based on  the  range value. the results of this study stated that to get "Raskin" must meet 11 criteria set by the government.  This system is made with the programming language Borland Delphi 7  and uses a MySQL database.  Keywords: Decision Support System Acceptance

Abstract

Science and technology at the recently developed so rapidly. Along with that comes a variety of new problems, among others, issues of efficiency and optimization. In this study, the selected optimization problem is in the field of transportation distribution of LPG gas cylinders, which will be sought in the search for the shortest route optimization, the fastest time and the conditions in the course of distribution of LPG gas cylinders from the warehouse to the customer and returned to the warehouse again with Genetic algorithms. The purpose of this study examine the implementation of the Genetics in the completion of the distribution route optimization LPG gas cylinders in the PT. Restu Ajimanunggal of Surakarta. The method used is a matter of research, research tools and how to research include: observation and interviews, read the literature, installation of application programs, analysis of the LPG cylinder distribution business, design and implementation, testing, analyzing test results and draw conclusions. The conclusion states that Genetic algorithms can produce near optimal route in the case of the distribution system of LPG gas cylinders compared with the results of the search algorithm, Greedy, with assistance, aid programs Arc View GIS 3.3 is used in this study may yield information in the form of time complexity of the Genetics , the names of roads as the route of distribution of LPG gas cylinders which accompanied the existing barriers to travel, total travel distance and travel time distribution of gas cylinders total journey from warehouse to customer and back again to the warehouse PT. Abstract

Spinning Department V is one of the Spinning Department at PT. Sritex, Tbk. In spur the spirit of employees to improve of dedication and  their performance, then  awarded award by selecting the model employee who conducted periodically. The purpose of this study was to create a system of computerized Decision Evaluating Employee Performance Model select employees using Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). To use this application, the administrator must first be included in the process. In terms of design applications, these applications using HTML and PHP software. Abstract

Algoritma Least Significant Bit (LSB) merupakan teknik yang umum digunakan dalam penyisipan pesan Steganografi. Untuk memperkuat penyembuanyian pesan dilakukan modifikasi teknik LSB. Modifikasi dilakukan dengan teknik penggunaan pixel gambar yang tidak berurutan (random pixel),penyisipan pada LSB bit ke-1 dan LSB bit ke-2 secara bergantian dan acak (random lsb),mengubah seluruh lsb pada gambar (modify all).

Abstract

 Dalam linux ataupun Unix dapat dilakukan pendjadwalan proses dimana proses dapat berjalan secara bersama – sama atau forking sehingga dapat melakukan banyak pekerjaan secara bersama – sama. Ibarat tangan, dalam proses diatas terdapat banyak tangan yang dapat menangani banyak pekerjaan sekaligus. Kalau diimplementasikan dalam proses di prosessor computer maka di dalam prosessor terjadi banyak forking untuk melakukan multi tasking terhadap proses yang diinputkan oleh user.

Abstract

Currently car rental business is a business that promises many benefits. The number of car rental service customers each year is increasing, this is seen from the number of car rental businessmen increasingly from year to year. But behind the business profits are quite tempting there have been many complaints in the car rental business is the crime of theft. There have been many tools or ways taken to overcome the crime of car theft, but not many can be the right solution. Making this monitoring application aims to implement a GPS Tracking based security system in which the monitor can display the status and location of the existence of the car that has been hired.The method used is object-oriented software engineering including data types, data retrieval methods, system analysis, system design, system development, and testing. The end result of this research is a tool and monitoring application system capable of displaying icon maker according to the existence of the car and can display notification or alert. The tool used is Arduino Uno with some modules like GPS Module to capture coordinates and GPRS Module to send data to the database server.To view using the web with the monitoring map and alert system. Alert system will automatically process the data into the database, if the lease time exceeds the limit of rent then the alert will process the distance data between a rental car with garage. If the distance exceeds 4 km then the system will display alert/notification. Then the admin can also track the existence of the car. The functional test result of the system works well, the result of the validity test of the system provides valid data with 0.0002 tolerance average, and the result of the feasibility test of the system can be declared eligible for use.

Abstract

The scholarship is to assist students in taking their studies. The process of building decision support system using the method of training scholarships Fuzzy MADM (Multiple Attribute Making Decission) Simple Addictive Weighting method (SAW). Fuzzy MADM is used to find an alternative from a number of alternatives with certain criteria. Research carried out by finding the weights for each attribute, then performed to determine the process of ranking the alternatives given. This research method is done through observation, interviews, documentation and literature. The system design is made with Contex Diagrams, HIPO, DFD, ERD, relations between tables and database design. The process of determining scholarship with Fuzzy MADM can speed up the process of ranking, reduce errors determining scholarship recipients, and help the team selectors in determining scholarship recipients. Abstract

The design of the automatic braking control system in the car city car manual transmission is applied to the car has a mass of 1090 kg empty and applied on a straight road with no twists and climbs as well as derivatives. The design of this system using ANFIS algorithm. The system implements momemtum formula mass force and acceleration are then applied in pascal law because the current legal system applying mechanical braking pascal. The system works triggered by several variables and the degree of membership of input variables are variables kecepaan, mass and distance, of the three input variables are obtained automatically from the sensor, the output generating braking pressure force that is triggered from the input variables. Variable output has berberda value corresponds to the value of input variables.Processing of input and output variables resulting from calculation pascal law, serve as training data for ANFIS, ANFIS processing using MATLAB. In this MATLAB rules and obtained a degree of membership value of the variable and variables derived from the FIS. From the results of FIS be tested by inserting some great input variables to determine the braking force that is done. Test data is applied in the CV AVR to do. CV AVR serves as a charging program for mikrokonroler using C language Results of CV AVR programs implemented in PROTEUS. Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang sangat cepat mengharuskan instansi mengikuti perkembangan teknologi, untuk itu suatu instansi membutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang mendukung kebutuhan instansi pemerintah dalam menciptakan efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja maupun dalam meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Dengan suatu sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan maka pengolahan data akan lebih mudah dan efisien. Kita bisa mengolah data-data yang bersangkutan dengan pengurusan kependudukan di suatu daerah. Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK) merupakan sebuah sistem informasi yang dibangun untuk mendukung proses administrasi kependudukan yang meliputi pendaftaran penduduk dan pencatatan sipil. Dengan adanya sistem ini akan terwujud database kependudukan nasional secara bertahap. SIAK memberikan layanan pendaftaran penduduk dan catatan sipil di Tempat Perekaman Pendaftaran Penduduk (TPDK) di kecamatan yang langsung terhubung dengan Database Kabupaten/Kota melalui berbagai macam jenis jaringan komunikasi data.

Abstract

Globalization in all fields, including in this case is the globalization of information, bringing Indonesia as part of a world information society. Advancements in Information Technology has led to changes in the activities of human life in various fields, which directly has influenced the birth of the forms of new legal acts. Development of information and technology so rapidly requires the establishment of a regulation regarding the use and management of information technology in order to educate as well as the welfare of the nation.
