Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana manajemen program pembinaan prestasi olahraga panahan di PPLP Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengevaluasi antecendent program pembinaan prestasi olahraga panahan di PPLP Jawa Tengah, (2) Mengevaluasi transaction program pembinaan prestasi olahraga panahan di PPLP Jawa Tengah yang meliputi seleksi pelatih, atlet, sarana dan prasarana, pelaksanaan program latihan, pembiayaan, konsumsi, transportasi, koordinasi dan kesejahteraan, (3) Mengevaluasi outcomes/keberhasilan program pembinaan prestasi olahraga panahan di PPLP Jawa Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini ialah (1) antecendents yang meliputi latar belakang, visi, dan misi, yaitu membina atlet-atlet lanjutan yang mampu bersaing di tingkat nasional maupun internasional, (2) transaction meliputi seleksi pelatih dan atlet sesuai dengan syarat-syarat dan ketentuan yang berlaku, sarana dan prasarana berstandar, pelaksanaan program latihan yang sangat baik dan kesejahteraan yang ada cukup terpenuhi, (3) outcome, prestasi PPLP panahan sudah baik dan hampir mencapai target yang diharapkan.The problem in this research was how the program management coaching sports achievements PPLP archery in Central Java. This research aimed to (1) evaluate antecendentachievement development program of archery in PPLP Central Java, (2) evaluate the transaction achievement development program of archery in PPLP Central Java involving the selection of coaches, athletes, facilities and infrastructure, implementation of training programs, financing, consumption, transport, coordination and welfare, (3) evaluate the results/success in achievement development program of archery in PPLP Central Java.The results of this research were (1) antecendents which included background, vision, and mission; fostering advanced athletes to compete in the national and international levels, (2) transaction which included the selection of coaches and athletes in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable, facilities and infrastructure standards, the implementation of the training program was very good and the welfare was adequately fulfilled, (3) results, PPLP achievement archery was already good and almost reach the expected target.

Abstract

Tujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis dan menguji: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan quarter squat jump dan latihan knee tuck jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) perbedaan pengaruh antara peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli putra yang memiliki kekuatan otot tungkai tinggi dan kekuatan otot tungkai rendah terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dengan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif studi pendekatan eksperimen dengan menggunakan 2x2 factor design. Teknik analisis data menggunakan anava 2 jalur pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan quarter squat jump dan knee tuck jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai. (2) Ada perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli putra yang mempunyai kekuatan otot tungkai tinggi dan kekuatan otot tungkai rendah. (3) Tidak ada interaksi antara metode latihan dan kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap power otot tungkai. Simpulan dari penelitian ini: (1) Tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara latihan quarter squat jump dan knee tuck jump terhadap peningkatan power otot tungkai, (2) Ada perbedaan peningkatan power otot tungkai antara peserta ekstrakurikuler bola voli putra yang mempunyai kekuatan tinggi dan kekuatan rendah, (3) Tidak ada interaksi antara metode latihan dan kekuatan terhadap power otot tungkai.The purpose of research to identify, analyze and test: (1) differences in the influence of training methods quarter squat jump and exercise knee tuck jump to the increased power of leg muscle, (2) differences in effect between the participants of extracurricular volleyball men who have leg muscle strength is high and leg muscle strength was lower against the increase limb muscle power, (3) the interaction between the method of leg muscle strength exercises to increase leg muscle power. This research is a quantitative study of the experimental approach by using a 2x2 factor design. Data were analyzed using 2-way ANOVA at significance level of 0.05. The results showed: (1) There is no significant difference between the exercise quarter squat jump and the knee tuck jump to increased leg muscle power. (2) There is a difference between the increase in limb muscle power men's volleyball extracurricular participants who have a high leg muscle strength and leg muscle strength rendah. (3) There is no interaction between the practice and leg muscle strength of the leg muscle power. The conclusions of this study: (1) There is no significant difference between the exercise quarter squat jump and the knee tuck jump to increased leg muscle power, (2) There is a difference between the increase in limb muscle power men's volleyball extracurricular participants who have high strength and low strength, (3) There is no interaction between the practice and the strength of the leg muscle power.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) menghasilkan produk Sistem Informasi Manajemen Tenis Meja (SIMTM) yang tepat bagi Pengprov PTMSI Jawa Timur; (2) menguji efektivitas produk SIMTM pada Pengprov PTMSI Jawa Timur; (3) mengetahui keterterimaan produk SIMTM di Pengprov PTMSI Jawa Timur, sehingga diharapkan produk SIMTM dapat berperan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan operasional harian sampai perencanaan jangka panjang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan model prosedural yang dikembangkan Borg and Gall, tetapi hanya memakai 3 langkah saja, meliputi: (1) penelitian dan pengumpulan data; (2) perencanaan; dan (3) pengembangan. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan dengan melakukan observasi lapangan, penyebaran angket, pendataan dokumen, dan arsip. Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa software SIMTM berbasis web dengan tingkat: (1) relevansi tampilan konten, lemah (0,6%), cukup (21%), kuat (54,5%), dan sangat kuat (23,9%); (2) akurasi informasi konten, sangat lemah (2,6%), lemah (6,2%), cukup (24,7%), kuat (33,1%), dan sangat kuat (33,4%); (3) relevansi informasi waktu, lemah (6,2%), cukup (24,7%), kuat (33,1%), dan sangat kuat (33,4%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini simpulan yang diperoleh adalah relevansi tampilan kuat, akurasi informasi konten sangat kuat dan relevansi informasi waktu sangat kuat.The purposes of this research was: (1) to produce Table Tennis Management Information Systems (SIMTM-Sistem Informasi Manajemen Tenis Meja) that appropriate for East Java PTMSI province management; (2) to examine the effectiveness of SIMTM product on East Java PTMSI province management; (3) to know the acceptance rate of SIMTM product on East Java PTMSI province management. So, it is hoped that the SIMTM product plays a significant role in decision-making process of daily operations up to long-term planning. The method used was Borg and Gall development model. However, this research only used three steps, consists of: (1) research and information collecting; (2) planning; and (3) developing. The process of data collection was done by field observation, questionnaire, and data collection from documents and archives. The results of this study was a web-based SIMTM software, which: (1) the relevance of the content display, weak (0.6%), sufficient (21%), strong (54.5%), and very strong (23.9%); (2) the accuracy of the content information, very weak (2.6%), weak (6.2%), sufficient (24.7%), strong (33.1%), and very strong (33.4%); (3) the relevance of the time information, weak (6.2%), sufficient (24.7%), strong (33.1%), and very strong (33.4%). The conclusions based on the results showed that the relevance of content display was strong, the accuracy of content information was very strong, and the relevance of time information was very strong.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan dumbbell tricep extention dan dumbbell kickback terhadap hasil tolak peluru. (2) perbedaan metode latihan antara yang memiliki power otot lengan tinggi dan power otot lengan rendah (3) interaksi antara metode latihan dan power otot lengan terhadap hasil tolak peluru. Penelitian eksperimen ini dengan rancangan desain faktorial 2x2. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analysis of Varian (ANOVA) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta putra ekstrakurikuler di SMP Negeri Kota Pagaralam Provinsi Sumatera Selatan yang berjumlah 30 peserta putra. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 20 siswa putra. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh metode latihan dumbbell tricep extention dan dumbbell kickback terhadap hasil tolak peluru. (2) Ada perbedaan metode latihan antara yang memiliki power otot lengan tinggi dan power otot lengan rendah .(3) Ada perbedaan interaksi antara metode latihan dan power otot lengan terhadap hasil tolak peluru.The aim of this study was to analyze: (1) differences between the effect of exercise methods dumbbell tricep extensions and dumbbell kickback on shot put results. (2) the differences between the exercise method that has a high arm muscle power and low muscle power arm on shot put results. (3) the interaction between exercise and arm muscle power on the shot put results. This research used experimental methods to 2x2 factorial designs. The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variants (ANOVA) at significance level (α) 0.05. The population in this study was the male participants of extracurricular athletics at Junior High School Pagaralam South Sumatra Province totaling 30 male participants. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with total sample of 20 male students. The conclusions of this study are: (1) there are differences in the effect of exercise methods of dumbbell tricep extensions and dumbbell kickback on the shot put results. (2) There are the differences between the exercise method that has a high arm muscle power and low arm muscle power. (3) There are differences in the interaction between exercise and arm muscle power on the shot put results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis: (1) perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan KAPHA yoga dan vinyasa yoga terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh; (2) perbedaan pengaruh kapasitas vital paru tinggi dan kapasitas vital paru rendah terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh; (3) interaksi antara jenis latihan hatha yoga dan kapasitas vital paru terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain faktorial 2x2. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 20 orang dari total populasi 51 orang. Teknik analisis data digunakan uji anava dua jalur dengan program SPSS 20 dan taraf signifikansi 5% , dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Hasil analisis data diperoleh jawaban hipotesis 1 yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan KAPHA yoga dan vinyasa yoga terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh, dengan keterangan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 65,815 > 3,29 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Hipotesis 2 yaitu terdapat perbedaan pengaruh kapasitas vital paru tinggi dan kapasitas vital paru rendah terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh, dengan keterangan Fhitung > Ftabel atau 10,082 > 3,29 dan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Hipotesis 3 yaitu terdapat interaksi antara jenis latihan hatha yoga dan kapasitas vital paru terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh, dengan keterangan Fhitung > Ftabel atau 5,041 > 3,29 dan nilai signifikansi 0,040 < 0,05. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara latihan KAPHA yoga dan vinyasa yoga terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh, (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara anggota yang memiliki kapasitas vital paru tinggi dan anggota yang memiliki kapasitas vital paru rendah dalam penurunan lemak tubuh, (3) terdapat interaksi antara jenis latihan hatha yoga dan kapasitas vital paru terhadap penurunan lemak tubuh.This study aims to identify and analyze: (1) the difference between the effect of KAPHA yoga and vinyasa yoga to decrease body fat; (2) differences in the effect of high vital lung capacity and low lung capacity vital to the reduction of body fat; (3) the interaction between the type of hatha yoga practice and vital capacity of the lungs to body fat reduction. This study used an experimental method which uses a 2x2 factorial design. The sampling technique was by purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 20 out of a total population of 51 people. Data analysis technique used ANOVA test two lanes with SPSS 20 and significance level of 5%, followed by Tukey's test. Results of data analysis obtained one answer hypothesis that there is a difference between the effects of KAPHA practice yoga and vinyasa yoga to decrease body fat, with a description of Fvalue > Ftable or 65.815 > 3.29 and a significance value 0.000 < 0.05. Hypothesis 2 that there is a difference in the effect of high lung vital capacity and low lung vital capacity was on body fat reduction, with a description of Fvalue > Ftable or 10.082 > 3.29 and a significance value 0.002 < 0.05. Abstract

Petanque merupakan olahraga baru dengan mempertandingkan 11 nomor sehingga jika dikelola secara baik dapat memberikan sumbangan prestasi yang cukup berarti bagi Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perspektif olahraga petanque dalam mendukung prestasi olahraga Jawa Tengah ditinjau dari aspek organisasi dan manajemen, pendanaan, dukungan pemerintah, sumber daya manusia, sarana dan prasarana, pembinaan, dan penerapan IPTEK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data diperoleh dari pengurus, KONI, atlet dan pelatih. Teknik analisis data dengan triangulasi. Data dianalisis dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, menyampaikan data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian: (1) petanque Jawa Tengah mempunyai struktur organisasi, legalitas, program kerja, dan manajemen organisasi, (2) Sumber dana tetap berasal dari KONI Jawa Tengah dan pengadministrasian dana yang tersususun rapi, (3) Dukungan pemerintah yang diberikan berupa pendanaan dan penyediaan fasilitas, (4) Jawa Tengah mempunyai atlet berprestasi dan 3 wasit berlisensi Nasional, (5) Sarana prasarana yang dimiliki yaitu 8 set bola besi, lingkaran pelempar dan lapangan latihan, (6) Jawa Tengah mempunyai 2 klub yaitu Unnes Petanque Club dan UTP Petanque Club dan program latihan tersusun rapi dalam latihan, (7) petanque Jawa Tengah menjalin kerjasama dengan Universitas dalam pembinaannya. Simpulan: petanque dapat menjadi olahraga yang mampu berkembang dan mendukung prestasi Jawa Tengah, disarankan segera melakukan sosialisasi dan pembentukan kepengurusan di Kabupaten/Kota dan mengadakan kejuaraan rutin.Petanque is a new sport with a fight for 11 numbers so that, if managed well will be able to contribute a significant achievement for Central Java. The purpose of this study to determine the sporting perspective petanque in Central Java support sports achievements in terms of aspects of organization and management, funding, government support, human resources, infrastructure, development, and application of science and technology. This study used a qualitative approach. The technique of collecting data using interviews, observation, and documentation. Sources of data obtained from the board, KONI, athletes and coaches. Data analysis techniques with triangulation. Data were analyzed by collecting data, data reduction, relaying data, and draw conclusions. Results: (1) petanque Central Java has the organizational structure, legality, work programs, and organizational management, (2) Source of funding still comes from KONI Central Java and there are administrating funds tersususun neat, (3) government support provided in the form of funding and provision of facilities , (4) petanque Central Java has outstanding athlete and three referees licensed National, (5) Means infrastructure owned ie 8 set the iron ball, circle the thrower and the practice field, (6) petanque Central Java has two clubs that Unnes Petanque Club and UTP Petanque Club and No exercise program is arranged in the process of training, (7) petanque Central Java in cooperation with the University of coaching. Conclusion: petanque sport can be a sport that is capable of developing and supporting the sporting achievements of Central Java, recommended to the board immediately socialization and formation of leadership at the district/city and hold regular championship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan model pembelajaran peer teaching dan jigsaw; perbedaan pengaruh antara jenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan; interaksi antara model pembelajaran peer teaching, jigsaw dan jenis kelamin terhadap hasil belajar passing bola voli. Metode penelitian eksperimen desain faktorial 2 X 2. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 59 siswa dan populasi 131 siswa. Teknik analisis data uji anava dua jalur dengan program SPSS 16.0 dan taraf signifikansi 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara model pembelajaran peer teaching dan jigsaw dengan keterangan nilai signifikansi 0,165 dan nilai Fhitung (1,983) < nilai Ftabel (3,161), (2) tidak terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara laki-laki dan perempuan dengan keterangan nilai signifikansi 0,614 dan Fhitung (0,258) < nilai Ftabel (3,161), (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan jenis kelamin terhadap hasil belajar bola voli dengan keterangan nilai signifikansi 0,309 dan nilai Fhitung (1,053) < nilai Ftabel (3,161) terhadap hasil belajar passing boola voli. Simpulan tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh antara model pembelajaran peer teaching dan jigsaw; tidak ada perbedaan pengaruh antara laki-laki dan perempuan; tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan jenis kelamin terhadap hasil belajar passing bola voli.The purpose of this study to find out difference between peer teaching learning model and jigsaw; the difference effects between male and female; the interactions between learning models and genders towards passing volleyball learning results. This study used experimental method with two treatments model and each of treatment has two level as attributes. Sampling technique to be used was purposive sampling technique with desain 2 X 2 factorial and size of sample was 59 students and population was 131 students. This Research instrument using passing volleyball tecnique. Data analysis technique in this study was Anava (Analysis of Variance) two-tailed by using SPSS 16.0 and level of significance was 0,05. The result showed: (1) there was no difference effects between peer teaching learning model and jigsaw by the significant score was 0,165 and Fvalue (1,983) < score Ftabel (3,164). (2) there was no difference effects between male and female students by the significant score was 614 dan Fvalue (0,258) < score Ftabel (3,164). (3) there was no interaction effects between learning models and genders towards passing volleyball lerning results by the significant score was 0,309 dan nilai Fvalue (1,053) < score Ftabel (3,164), towards volleyball learning results The conclusions in this study including: there was no influence difference between peer teaching learning model and jigsaw; there was no difference effects between male and female; there was no interaction effects between learning models and genders towards passing volleyball lerning results.

Abstract

Teknologi yang digunakan dalam olahraga tenis meja salah satunya adalah teknologi robot pelontar bola. Pada kenyataannya harga robot pelontar bola ini sangatlah mahal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengembangkan desain produk (RoboDrill IR-2016) untuk latihan drill teknik pukulan drive dan spin, (2) menghasilkan produk (RoboDrill IR-2016) yang efektif dan harganya terjangkau. Metode penelitian dan pengembangan, hasil penelitian menunjukan kualitas produk (RoboDrill IR-2016) berdasarkan hasil evaluasi Ahli Materi I adalah “Baik sekali” dengan skor 83. Evalusai Ahli Materi II (Pelatih) adalah “Baik sekali” dengan skor 85. Evalusai Ahli Elektronika adalah “Baik sekali” dengan skor 89. Kesimpulan: (1) produk model (RoboDrill IR-2016) dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu latihan drill teknik pukulan drive dan spin, (2) efektif sebagai alat bantu latihan drill teknik pukulan drive dan spin. Disarankan (RoboDrill IR-2016) ini dapat digunakan untuk semua kalangan atlet/pemain karena harganya yang terjangkau.The technology used in the sport of table tennis one of which is a ball thrower robot technology. In fact the price of robotic ball thrower is very expensive. The purpose of this study was to: (1) developing a product design (robodrill IR-2016) to exercise drill drive and spin stroke technique, (2) produce (robodrill IR-2016) that is effective and affordable. Methods of research and development, the results show the quality of the product (robodrill IR-2016) based on the evaluation Matter Expert I was "Good one" with a score of 83. Evalusai Matter Expert II (Coach) is "Good one" with a score of 85. Evalusai Expert Electronics is "Good one" with a score of 89. Conclusion: (1) the product model (robodrill IR-2016) can be used as a tool for drill exercises and spin the drive stroke technique, (2) effective as tools drill drills drive stroke technique and spin. Suggested (RoboDrill IR-2016) can be used for all the athletes/players due to its affordability.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan kurikulum di Pondok Pesantren Askhabul Kahfi khususnya mata pelajaran Penjasorkes, implementasi, evaluasi, dan tindak lanjut evaluasi pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, untuk menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik, teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri dari tiga jalur kegiatan bersamaan yaitu; reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum pendidikan di pondok pesantren Askahbul Kahfi menggunakan kurikulum perpaduan antara kurikulum tingkat satuan pendidikan dengan kurikulum pomdok, perencanaan pembelajaran yang dilakukan dari membuat pemetaan sampai pada pembuatan RPP telah dilakukan namun masih ada yang perlu diperbaiki, implementasi penjasorkes sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun banyak terpengaruh oleh kurikulum yang ada, evaluasi pembelajaran penjasorkes menggunakan evaluasi proses dan evaluasi hasil, sedangkan program pelaksanaan tindak lanjut hasil evaluasi guru hanya melaksanakan program remidial saja. Simpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurikulum pendidikan di Pondok Pesantren Aasakhabul Kahfi menggunakan kurikulum terpadu, implentasi Penjasorkes berjalan dengan baik, evaluasi pembelajaran menggunkan evluasi proses dan hasil, dan tindak lanjut hanya melakukan kegiatan remedial saja. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah: Kepala dan guru mempersiapkan perangkat pembelajaran dengan matang, sehingga tujuan pembelajaran bisa tercapai.This study was aimed to find out how the curriculum at Askhabul Kahfi boarding school especially physical,sports and health education subjects , learning implementation, learning evaluation, and follow-up learning evaluation. This study was used descriptive qualitative method. technique of data collection used interview, observation and documentation. While the validity and authenticity of data sources using triangulation and techniques. The techniques of data analysis used qualitative data analysis which consists of three lines activities simulta. The result of data analysis showed that the curriculum at Askahbul Kahfi boarding schools using a combination curriculum between ktsp curriculum and boarding schools curriculum, lesson plan is done from make the mapping to manufacturing lesson plan has done but improvement still needed, the implementation Physical, Sport and Health Education already runs well although influenced by the existing curriculum, learning evaluation Physical, Sport Health and Education using evaluation process and outcome evaluation, meanwhile implementation and follow-up program of teacher evaluations only implement remedial course. Conclusion of this study is the educational curriculum at Asakhabul Kahfi boarding schools using combination curriculum, implementation of Physical, Sport and Health Education runs well, the evaluation of learning using evaluatin process and results, and follow-up activities remedial only . Advice can be given are the headmaster should pay attention more to sports facilities and For teachers should prepare the learning maturity, so that learning objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

Permainan sepakbola adalah salah satu cabang olahraga permainan yang sangat terkenal dan digemari. Permainan sepakbola terdiri dari berbagai macam teknik antara lain keterampillan menggiring bola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) metode latihan kelincahan yang lebih efektif antara z-pattern run dan five-cone snake drill dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menggiring bola, (2) perbedaan pengaruh antaran fleksibilitas pergelangan kaki tinggi dan rendah terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola, (3) interaksi antara metode latihan latihan kelincahan dengan fleksibilitas pergelangan kaki terhadap peningkatan keterampilan menggiring bola. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain faktorial 2x2.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling dan data dianalisis menggungakan anova 2 jalur Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh antara metode latihan kelincahan tipe (z-pattern run dan five-cone snake drill) terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola, (2) terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara peserta ekstrakurikuler sepakbola yang memiliki fleksibilitas pergelangan kaki tinggi dengan rendah dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menggiring bola. (3) terdapat interaksi antara latihan kelincahan dan fleksibilitas pergelangan kaki terhadap keterampilan menggiring bola.The playing of football is one of the branch of famouse and interested sports. The playing of football consists of various thecnique such as dribbling skill. This study aims to determine: (1) to know the agility training methodthat more effectively between the z-pattern run and five-cone snake drill in improving dribbling skills, (2) to know high and low of ankle flexibility toward the improvement dribbling skills, (3) to know the interaction between the agility training method and the ankle flexibility in increasing dribbling skills.This study was an experimental study using 2x2 factorial designs.The sampling technique used was purposive random sampling technique anddata were analyzed using analysis of variance test (ANOVA) design two lines.The results show: (1) there was a difference effect between the agility training methods (z-pattern runs and five snake-cone drill) type on dribbling skills. (2) There was a significant difference between football extracurricular participants who have high ankle flexibility with low ankle flexibility in improving dribbling skills. (3) There was an interaction between agility training and ankle flexibility toward the dribbling skills.
