Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) creativity in form and keeping hair piece, (2) the result of study that is gotten, (3) relationship forming creativity and keeping hair piece with result of study of class X hair beaty SMKN 3 payakumbuh. This research is corelational descriptif research. The population of this research is student of class X 2010-2011 and 2011-2012 SMKN 3 Payakumbuh as many 38 students. The sample is all of population (38 students) with total sampling technique. The result of the research is the first, value average of respondent to creativity variabel of student in forming and keeping hair piece is 34,21 %, it means decrease. Second, result of student’ study in forming and keeping hair piece 29 %, it is above KKM and 71%, under KKM. Third, correlation coefficient between creativity in forming and keeping hair piece with result of student’ study is 0,410, it has enough high relationship.

Abstract

Kain Pelangi (Jumputan) is heritage of the ancestor that need to be kept, so the people in Palembang don’t loose their culture. The proplem is, Kain Pelangi in Palembang has no developments. The aim of this research is to describe Kain Pelangi that consist od tools, material that use in the production, motive, motive binding technic and colouring in Kain Pelangi Salsabillah Collection Industri Palembang.The method is decriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection did by interview, observation and documentation. Then the data studied and analyzed by: data reduction, data presentation, resume taken. The validation did by renew participation, survey determination, triangulation and auditing. The result shows that : 1) the material are cotton, silk, and ATBM silk, Naphtol pigment, Direk, Erionil and pigmen pigment. The tools that is mal, plastic rope, scissors, bailer, flower spray, gloves, plastic glasses and cloth clamp, stove, pot, and mixer spoon, plywoods, and thumbtack. The brush is used to “colet” the pigment. 2) The motive o such as flower motive, geometric motive, diamond and little dot, seven dot, mushrooms, five dot, nine dot, cucung or sumping. 3) motive binding was done and the specification is binding and basting according to the motive pattern. 4) colouring of Kain Pelangi, which are dyeing technic and spraying technic and the last stage using “pencoletan” for colouring little motive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to reveal the resulting color dyeing silk using mahogany bark extract using a ratio much salt 10 grams, 30 grams and 60 grams, and the difference in outcomes dyeing (color, value, color and flatness). This type of research is experimental research. The variables of this study is the variable X as a control, the independent variables are X1, and Y variables dyeing color difference results (value and flatness of color). Types of data used are primary data. Sources of data in this study was a faculty department UNP KK FT 5 people and students by 5 people. Mechanical analysis of data processed and compiled, and analyzed by one-way analysis of variance. Processed using SPSS version 12.0. Based on the analysis of variance of data on the color (hue) colors obtained landing leads to Yellowish brown (peru), with the addition of 10 grams of salt leads to a brown color (Chocolate), 30 grams of salt leads to a young brown color (Sienna), and 60 grams of salt leads to a young brown color (Sienna).

Abstract

About problem low its student motivation in shadow quilt learning with indicator: pleasantly, are ardour, keen. To the effect research is increase motivates student to make shadow quilt. Observational observational action brazes (PTK) consisting of two cycle each cycles 3 x appointments. Subjek is research is student braze X1 SMAN 1 Lareh Sago Halaban's district, with observation, field note, analisis did by quantitative and kualitatif.Result observationaling to point out that student motivation on leisured indicator in design motif on shadow quilt on i. cycle average percentage 58% at category be, on cycle II. 77% at category high. Are ardour in menciplak motif for veil decoration, on i. cycle average percentage 63% at category be, on cycle II. 81% at category high once. Keen on percentages i. cycle 69% at category be, on cycle II. average becomes 77% at tall category. So student studying motivation average on i. cycle 63% at category be, on cycle II. 78% at tall category, its mean have reached capaian's target exceeds 75%. Conclusion is with model direct learning can increase student motivation in learning makes shadow quilt on veil decoration.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the consumption patterns of fish that includes the frequency of fish consumption, the type of fish consumed, the amount of fish consumed, forms processing, methods of cooking fish, reasons to eat fish and protein content of the fish consumed. Type of research is descriptive. Techniques in the determination of the sample is proportional random sampling. The population is children under five. The samples in this study were 35 children under five. Data collection tool that interview, format Questionari Food Frequency (FFQ) and the format of 2 x 24-hour recall. The results showed that the frequency of fish consumption among children under five is 3-4 days / week. Types of fish that frequent consumption of fish is mujair, nila and teri. The average number of fish consumed 63.75 g / hr. Forms processing and cooking of fish is often done curing and frying. Reasons parents give to children under five fish because fish is good for health and growth of children. The average protein content of the fish consumed 10-20 grams / day.

Abstract

This study originated from the fact that occurred in SMK Negeri 1 IV Angkek Agam District, where many students are not able to make the patterns correctly. This study aims to find out how big the obstacles faced by students in taking body size and pattern making on subjects making patterns with construction techniques.Population and samples in this study were students of class XI dressmaking subjects totaling 24 people. Data collection in this study conducted by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires totaled 50 item. Data analysis technique used is the percentage of technique and performance levels. The results show that constraints on the subjects students create patterns with construction techniques in SMKN 1 Agam District IV Angkek still pretty. This is evident from the level of achievement of the measure gain of 76.77% and 78.84% for pattern making, this means that students still find obstacles in subjects making patterns. Expected results of this study for teachers and students.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the motivation, describe a bout the productivity, and to look the relationship between work motivation the productivity of beauty salon employee in west Padang. The population in this research are all of the beauty salon employee in west Padang. The sample of this research is the beauty salon employee who nasnigh credibility, and of the instrument that has been used is quisioner that validitaty and realibility have been reshed. The data is analyzed with statistic descriptive, test of analysis , and test of hypothesis. The result of this research show that: 1) the motivation of the beauty salon employee at west Padang in high criteria, 2) the productivity of the beauty salon employee at west Padang in high criteria, 3) they have siqnificant relationship between work motivation and the productivity of beauty salon employee at west Padang.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe student attitude of flavoring and synthetic dyes in food processing. Including cognitive, affective, and conative indicators. The The population in this research is the attitude of family welfare major of technic department of UNP 2008 untill 2010 who have been had food material science in the first class which are 163 persons. The sampling technic is propotionate random sampling with 48 samples. For synthetic flavor 49% respondents have the good attitude, 60,4% for cognitive indicator, 60,4% for affective and 65.1% for conative of the use of synthetic flavor in food processing. For synthetic dyes 60.4% respondents have the good attitude, 60.4% for cognitiveindivator, 67.4% for affective and 65.1% for conitive of the use of synthetic dyes. The result of score T analysis shows that the students have the negtive attitude of flavoring and synthetic dyes use. Negative means that the students not use the flavor and synthetic dyes in food processing.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe how the students perception about pattern drawing tools, measuring, drawing construction technic pattern, broken pattern technic according to the design. The kind of this research is quantitative descriptive. It use total sampling. Data collection did by using questionnaire with Likert scale, spread to all respondents that have been passed validation and realibility test.version The result shows that the students perception about the drawing tools is high (77,1%). Measuring is high (79,5%). Producing construction technic is very high (84,4%). Broken pattern accoring to the design is very high (87,3%). The students perceptiion about the competens in producing construction technic patter is very high (83,65%).

Abstract

The shortage of activity in making gold yarn embroidery to furnish Carano lid caused by the strategy and learning model which was implemented by the teacher in previous learning session was not suitable and reuslted in the lack of the students activity. One of an effort which can be used to improve that condition is that to used cooperative learning method in the type of think-pair share with some indicators such as; visual activities, drawing activties, motor activities in order to create the students learning activities increase and be better. The research hypotesis is that, the model of cooperative learning type think- pair-share could improve the students activity to ability in furnishing carano lid with gold yarn ebroidery.This research is class action research which consists of two phases and each phase consists of three times meeting and each meeting was 3X 45 minutes. The sample of the research is the students of VII-5 SMP N 1 Payakumbuh Subdistrict in academic year 2011 and 2012, Lima Puluh Kota Regency consisted of 26 Based on the survey toward the students’ activity , it was concluded that through cooperative learning model type think-pair-share could improved the activityin making gold yarn embroidery for Carano Lid in handicraft learning of SMP N.1 Kec. Payakumbuh subdistrict.
