Abstract

This research aims to analyze the differences in the form of extract substitutioninfluence bit by looking at the quality of the external volume, color, overall shape,spherical shape, and quality of internal pores of color, texture smooth and soft,delicate aroma of yeast and beets, sweet flavor and beet, then look at the qualityof hedonic. The study was a randomized complete design an experiment usingthree times the replication with the number of panelis 30. Free variables is to seeinfluence of the substitution variable bit, and extract bound to see the quality ofeach charge indicators will. Based on the analysis of the results showed that thequality of category volume expands, the color of the skin and pores of the reddishpink categories, overall shape and central holes a round symmertrical,categorized texture is smooth and creamy, flavorful yeast aroma category and notflavorful beets, sense of categorized sweetnes and does not feel beet. Based ondate from all research significant, Ha which means it is accepted then there is adifference in the quality of such research.Keywords: influence, extract beets, quality doughnuts

Abstract

This research beginning from the information that researchers get the guest comment by September-December 2013 occurred guest complaints related to work procedures roomboy, covering room cleanliness, guest supplies completeness, neatness, and roomboy services. While working procedures roomboy can be seen from the standard operational procedure, consisting of grooming and behavior, preperation trolley cart, striping & dusting, making bed, cleaning the bath room, set up a guest supplies and rechecking. This research aims to describe how the implementation of work procedures roomboy Premier Basko Hotel in Padang.This research is a descriptive research with qualitative methods. This research was conducted in the Premier Basko Hotel Padang. Sample data source is roomboy, floor supervisor, and executive housekeeper at Premier Basko Hotel Padang. Data was collected by observation, interviews, and documentation of data subsequently analyzed using Miles and Huberman models by performing three stages: data reduction, data display, and conclusion.The research concluded that in general the implementation of work procedures roomboy namely: 1) There are eleven roomboy 18.1% of the working procedures that do not run well on the implementation of the grooming, 2) There are 72.7 % of the eleven roomboy not work properly implement procedures and right on routine preparation trolley cart, 3) There are 45.4 % of the eleven roomboy striping that does not do well and properly, and in the implementation of dusting all roomboy already doing well and in accordance with procedures, 4) There are 81.8 % of the eleven roomboy who do not perform the procedure making the bed is good and true, 5) 100 % or all roomboy not perform the cleaning procedure with a good bath room and not in accordance with the working procedures, 6) There are 63.6 % of the eleven who did seet up roomboy guest supplies are not in accordance with the working procedures, 7) There are 27.2 % of the eleven roomboy rechecking procedure that does not run well and was not in accordance with the prescribed procedure. The conclusion of this research is still a lack of understanding on the implementation of work procedures roomboy makeup room on the status of vacant dirty rooms at Premier Basko Hotel Padang.

Abstract

This study the background due to the absence of standardization Kue Intirecipe. This looks in the results of observations material preparation techniquesand how to making, resulting in kue inti form of his round is less than perfect, softand oily texture, flavor less sweet and there is sticky when fried. the purpose ofthis research to found standard recipe, and the quality of the kue inti. The researchis a qualitative, with direct interviews with mothers who can be make the kue inti.Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation.Analysis using three flows of activities: reduction, presentation, and drawconclusions. This study conducted at one of the houses Birugo Bukittinggi inApril to May 2014. Based on the test results organopleptik a standard kue intirecipe that has been converted to four repetitions is found the quality in view ofthe round shape with a diameter of four cm, golden yellow color, savory of skinflavor, the sweet flavor of the contents, aromatic, and chewy textured.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the perception of tourists about tourist destinations Wildlife Park and Kinantan’s Culture in Bukittinggi terms of indicators attractions, accessibility, amenitas, human resources, image and price. The population is tourists visiting tourist destinations Wildlife Park and Kinantan’s Culture in Bukittinggi numbered 53.853 peoples. Sampling technique using incidental sampling, are 100 peoples. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive analysis. The results showed that Perception of tourists about tourist destinations Wildlife Park and Kinantan’s Culture in Bukittinggi in the category quite well (87%). While based on the indicators: 1) Tourist attractions in the category quite well (65%), 2) accessibility in the category quite well (44%), 3) Amenitas in the category quite well (60%), 4) human resources in the category quite well (49%), 5) image in the category quite well (50%), 6) Prices in the category quite well (67%). Abstract

This study aims to: 1) Describe the employee discipline Hotel Daima Padang, 2) Describe the employee's performance Daima Hotel Padang, and 3) Analyzing there a positive and significant relationship between the work and performance of employee discipline Hotel Daima Padang. This research is correlational research. The population in the study were employees of Hotel Daima Padang totaling 50 people. The sample totaled 50 employees taking the total sampling technique. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through description and correlation analysis using SPSS. The results showed that: 1) Discipline Employees are in the good category (72%), 2) Employee Performance are the good category (56%), 3) Results Corelasi Product Moment test with significance level of 5%, there is a positive relationship and significantly between Discipline Working with Employee performance with r value of 0.0418 with the interpretation of the relationship is quite strong. Abstract

This study aimed to describe the perception of tourists on promotion and facilities Adityawarman museum in the city of Padang which includes indicators: Advertising (advertising), form, function, location, and quality. As the population is a tourist attraction in the city of Padang Museum Adityawarman numbering 77,389 people. Sampling technique as for the non-probability sampling is incidental sampling with number 100. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive analysis with categorization method based on the average assessment scores. Based on the analysis of data traveler perceptions about promotion Adityawarman museum in the city of Padang relatively less well with the average of 2.12 and a variable facility is quite good with an average of 3.37. Where the indicator 1) form of tourist facilities belong to either category with an average value of (3.63), 2) belong to the category of facility function quite well with the average value of (3.40), 3) the location of facilities classified the category quite well with the average value of (3.21), 4) the quality of tourist facilities belong to the category of fairly good with an average value of 3.32.Keyword: Perception, Promotion and Facility, Tourist.
