Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) The steps of implementing individual guidance by the principal to teachers to improve teacher work productivity at SDN 05 Lembah Melintang, (2) The magnitude of increasing teacher work productivity after the implementation of individual guidance was developed by headmaster. This research is a school action research that is analyzed with a qualitative approach. The study was conducted at SDN 05 Lembah Melintang in the first semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The results obtained are: (1) The implementation of individual guidance can be developed by basing the steps of: (1) Guidance of developing learning models through comparative studies and follow-up planning, followed by SWOT analysis guidance; (2) Guidance on the administration of education administration, followed by the provision of direct feed beack on the work of teachers; (3) Advanced guidance sets reliable targets, developed with joint evaluation of other teacher program targets that are also experiencing the same problem; (4) Guidance on how to carry out collaboration with other teachers in a deeper way, to the ability to show the materials needed by other teachers; (5) Guidance for effective and efficient work strategies, which are developed by training to determine optimal kauntitas numbers and how to measure them through scoring techniques; (6) Developing motivational guidance; (7) Building independence so that teachers avoid plagiarism-based activities, and guidance for effective planning; (8) Guidance for making effective work planning coupled with innovative aspects; (9) Encouraging teachers to implement teacher competency improvement programs through seminars and workshops followed by the implementation of new experiences from teacher activities; (2) The implementation of individual guidance is able to increase the work productivity of teachers in schools because of the completion of teacher problems in the development and implementation of learning programs in schools.

Abstract

This purpose of research to describe the marketing mix, on purchasing decisions rooms, and analyze the relationship between marketing mix with purchasing decisions at the Grand Inna Muara Hotel Padang. This reserach is a descriptive correlational research. The population in this research is the individual guests who stayed at the Grand Hotel Inna Muara Padang amounted to 1787 people with a sample of 95 people. The sampling technique used is incidental sample is a sample technique anyone who by chance met with researchers can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person who happened to be found suitable as a source of data. Data collection techniques with a structured questionnaire based on Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results of the marketing mix is in the good category (65%), purchasing decisions at the Grand Hotel Inna Muara Padang is in the category fairly (41%). The results showed that there is a Positive and significant relationship marketing mix with the purchase decision in Grand Inna Muara Hotel Padang, it means if marketing mix good, the purchase decision would be good also.Keywords: Marketing Mix and Purchase Decision

Abstract

This study aims to find a standard cake recipe pinyaram Itam, and the quality of the cakes pinyaram Itam. This research is a qualitative and quantitative research using mixed methods (Mixed Method). This research was conducted in Kanagarian Alahan Panjang from the date of July 28, 2016 until August 28, 2016. The data source is two fold: a source of qualitative data obtained from people who are good at making cakes pinyaram itam, the source of quantitative data obtained from five panelists limited good at making cakes pinyaram itam in Kanagarian Alahan Panjang. Based on the quantitative results of organoleptic standardization cake recipe pinyaram Itam which has been converted followed by organoleptic tests found the quality of the cake pinyaramitam include: form pinyaram Itam (neat), forms the central part (round), the shape of the edge (lace), center of volume (expands) , color (purple), aroma (the aroma of black rice), middle texture (soft), texture edge (dry), the center of the cavity (hollow) and taste (sweet), flavor (black rice).Keywords: standardization, cake recipe pinyaram itam, quality.

Abstract

The study aims to document and determine the application of hygiene dan sanitation in nutrient installation Dr. M. Djamil Padang of the application which includes personal hygiene, environmentl hygiene, food hygiene dan sanitary facilities. This research uses a qualitative approaches, the technique collection technique of observation, interviews and documentation. Validity of data do creadibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and test confirmability. Analyzed the data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal conclusions or verification.The results showed that : overall Application of hygiene and sanitation in nutrient installation has not been done optimally viewed from of personal hygiene, of environmental hygiene food hygiene and the sanitary facilitiesKeyword: Hygiene and Sanitation, Nutrient Installation

Abstract

This research aims to get an overview of personal hygiene  at Pastry  courses.  This type of research is a research survey, the population is  students  who follow the Pastry  courses  listed on the semester January-June 2015 that took the Pastry Courses  and sample  taken  through the total sampling.  Research instrument using the format of research using using two alternative  answers. Data analysis techniques by means of determining frequency distribution  data and determine the level of attainment of respondents.  Personal hygiene  in  workshops the Home Economic is good.  Personal  hygiene with sub indicators of fingers and hands well.Indicators of the head and the hair well. Indicators of clothing work clothes very well. Indicators  shoes stated very good .   Keywords: Personal Hygiene, Pastry Courses, Workshops

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship of the discipline to the student learningoutcomes in subjects Indonesia Food Processing 1 in State 9 Padang Vocational High School.Covering aspects of punctuality, obedience and responsibility in teaching students both theoryand practice. This study is correlational. The population in this study were all students of class XFood Services State 9 Padang Vocational High School , the sample in this study amounted to 64people with a proportionate random sampling technicians. The data analysis technique used isthe correlation product moment correlation formula. Results showed that students who attendschool in State 9 Padang Vocational High School, generally belonging to the category of beingdisciplined, while students' largely belong to the category not pass / fail. Disciplines studying therelationships between variables (X) with the learning outcomes Indonesia Food Processing 1 (Y),has a positive and significant relationship with a correlation of 0.827, correlation coefficientsignificance test results tcount> T (11.577> 1.671).Keyword: Discipline is positively associated with student learning outcomes. table

Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the relationship between autonomy with interest to entrepreneur of alumna study program D3 in the department of Home Economic Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang. This research is a descriptive correlational study. The population as many as 122 people alumna study program D3 Food & Beverage and Fashion finished 2008 until 2012 and be domiciled in West Sumatera. Sample election techniques in the study using purposive sampling technique as many as 43 people. Data collection techniques with a structured questionnaire based on Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the survey results revealed the percentage of autonomy overall categorized as low (62%), interest to enterpreneur alumna study program D3 in the department of Home econimic overall categorized as low (58%). The results showed that there is a Positive and significant relationship between autonomy with interest to enterpreneur of alumna study program D3 in the department of Home Economic Faculty of Engineering State University of Padang.Keywords: Autonomy and Interest to Enterpreneur

Abstract

The aims of this research are to describe the resistance in planning before follow PSDK,the resistance in doing PSDK, and the resistance in evaluating after follow PSDK. The kind of this research is qualitative descriptive. The informants in this research are all PKK FT UNP students who have taken PSDK (53 students), and also the PSDK lecturer (1 person). Data collection by observation, interview and questionnaire. Depends on the result, the resistances are in planning the daily menu that don’t have various shape, taste and colour. And the use of the food material that too various, so there are some of them that can’t be found in the market, the resistance in doing PSDK in managing the resources in both of cookery and fashion major, the lack of the facilitation, and the resistances in evaluating and make the finance report, that there are some profits that is not reported because it have been taken for the next business.     Keywords: Difficulties in studies, PSDK subject,  Kesejahteraan Keluarga Department.

Abstract

The background of this research is low activity and students learning outcomes on subjects Kesehatan, Keselamatan Kerja (K3) and Higiene Sanitasi at SMK Negeri 3 Solok. Purpose of this research to increase activity and students learning outcomes using power point. Type of research is Classroom Action Research, with three cycles. This research consisted of four stage planning, acting, observation, and reflection. Data used primary data were obtained directly from students activities form and students learning outcomes on subjects K3 and Higiene Sanitasi. Data obtainedare tabulated and calculated the percentage of achievement of learning objective. The result showed media poer point can increase activity and students learning outcomes on subjects K3 and Higiene Sanitasi. This matter can be seen increased activity and learning outcomes master learning target above the value 71.Word keys : activites, learning outcomes, students, media, and power point

Abstract

This study aimed to describe knowledge, attitude, individual experience, selection and food means and history of the disease PKK UNP. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a population of 182 people, and a sample of 65 people. Sampling using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques for the history of the disease, the individual experience, the selection and food means using open questionnaire (essay), while knowledge using closed questionnaire (multiple choice). Attitude measurement using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data were analyzed descriptively. The results show the student's knowledge is quite good (47.69%), as well as attitudes fall into the category quite well (64.62%). Students like vegetables 92.3%. The most preferred type of vegetable is spinach (25.6%), while disliked is bitter melon (46.8%). Processed vegetable most preferred is the boiled vegetables (53.6%). All the students loved the fruit. The most preferred type of fruit is orange (18.2%), while unwelcome is durian and papaya (17.7%) in the form of processed fruit juice (50.00%). Digestive problems suffered were diarrhea (50.82%).Keywords: Consumption, Vegetable, Fruit
