Abstract

The study aims to analyze and to know the level of satisfaction of tourist about the application of the armed forces a tourist attraction in Pantai Air Manis Padang. Type of this research is descriptive quantitative data using survey method. Population in this research amounted 1.173 people. Sampling method is non probability sampling, using purposive sampling. Sample number in this research amounted to 93 people. Data collection using a questionnaire using likert scale that tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore data analyzed by descriptive analysis with importance performance analisysis (IPA). The result of this research is that it is cocluded that in general analysis of sapta enchantment in Pantai Air Manis Padang from 93 of respondents declared that 44,68% of very satisfied, 34,04% less satisfied and 21,28% are not satisfied.Key words: Analysis, Armed Forces Enchanment, Tourists

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the healing acne with honey and lemon ofwater juice are assessed from indicators of color, shape, volume andamount of acne. Type of study is a quasi experimental design withnonequivalent control group. This study population is a student ofUNP has acne papulopustul type. Sampling technique used purposivesampling by voolunter with a sample of 12 people. The data collectedin this study is primary data. The technique of data analysis usingANOVA and Duncan test. The results that there is a significant effectthe use of honey and lemon of water juice to healing acne. Testingcontinued with Duncan test showed a significant difference from thefour different treatments, can be seen from the indicator color, shape,volume and amount of acne with the best used to the group lemon ofwater juice (X3) and the group lemon of water juice + honey (X4)onces in the six days.Kata Kunci: madu, air perasan jeruk nipis, jerawat

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the design, opportunity, how to use, and meaning-making technique saluak prince in Payakumbuh. This research is descriptive qualitative. Data were analyzed with a snow ball sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. Results of the study revealed that: 1) Design saluak prince in Payakumbuh have folds in the same direction at the front of the number eight, the color is the color of batik material with rigid texture, dull and not transparan2) Saluak prince in Payakumbuh imposed primarily on traditional ceremonies and events adat3 ) Saluak prince in Payakumbuh imposed in accordance with the level of ninik mamak4) saluak making techniques include providing material starch, until the formation of saluak5) saluak meaning prince in Payakumbuh City like a big tree that symbolizes the duties and responsibilities of the prince. Kata Kunci: saluak, penghulu.

Abstract

This type of research is quasi experiment with randomized control group design pretest-posttest design that is to explain the effect of the use of avocado mask on dry facial skin care. The object of research is the residential complex community Pelindo Jondul Rawang which has dry skin. Sampling is used with purposive sampling technique conducted in volunteer amounted to 9 people. The type of data used in this study is primary data, data analysis techniques using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan test to see the significant difference in the results of variance analysis. Normality and Homogeneity Analysis data is used to test analysis requirements before hypothesis testing. The results showed that in the Control Group (X1) without the use of avocado mask there was no change in skin moisture level and skin brightness level. In the experimental group 1 (X2) with the use of avocado mask the changes in skin moisture level and the brightness of the skin as well as the experimental group 2 (X3) showed a significant change in skin moisture level and skin brightness level. There is a difference in the effect of dry facial care in women aged 30-35 years using an avocado mask on three different treatments for moisture indicator and skin brightness with Significance of 0.001 <0.050. Based on the results of research is recommended to perform facial skin care with avocado as a face skin dry skin mask in women aged 30-35 years with the best usage frequency 2 x a week.Keywords: Face Care, Dry Skin. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality to the Front Office employee satisfaction Hotel guests staying at Axana Padang . This type of research is associative causal . The population in this study is the average number of guests staying ie 1,711 people per month . The number of samples in this study are numbered 95 people were taken using the formula Riduwan . The sampling technique is non-probability sampling , ( incidental sampling ) . Collecting data using a questionnaire based on Likert Scale which has proven its validity and reliability . Results of linear regression analysis sedarhana obtained F count with sig . 0.005 < 0.05 , then the variable can explain the variable service quality customer satisfaction significantly , with R Square of 0.083 . This means that service quality affects customer satisfaction by 8.3 % and 91.7 % influenced by other factorsKeyword: Quality, Service , Employee , Satisfaction , and Guests.

Abstract

This research was aimed to describe factors which was affecting housewives to use synthetic food additives in terms of the internal factor were knowledge and external factor socialization media. This was a descriptive research, the population was housewives at Jati, Padang, West Sumatera which was 2.762 people and Base on that population was 97 housewives were choosen responden. Technique of data collecting was done by using a questionnaire based on Gutman’s scale. Furthermore, the data was analyzed through descriptive analysis. The result of the research on the factors affected housewives for using the synthetic food additives showed that internal factors such as knowledge of housewives about synthetic food additives was low which was 84 people with the percentage 86.6%. External factor of media sosialization affected housewives for using synthetic food additives was high which was 50 people with the percentage 51.55%.Keyword: synthetic food additives, Housewife

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the Jambi Malay wedding dress at New TownDistrict of the city of Jambi, which include 1) Fashion Design and 2) Proceduresfor usage. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Thetechnique of collecting document through observation, interviews anddocumentation. Instruments in which the researcher's own research. The results ofthe study include the Malay wedding dress design wedding dress Track Menwear, under wear sleeveless shirt, vest and pants made of satin, or velvet santungred, blue or yellow. Gloves made from songket songket red, belt / belt made ofcopper gilt and gold, Keris, slippers. Clothing bride wearing braces satin shirt red,blue or yellow, Songket made songket and red, made from pandanus folding bunhair and pandanus, Flower Flower cempako and shake made from copper gilt goldcolored, flower bunch of white fabric, flower potpourri made from white paper,green, yellow and red, chiffon scarf cinde green and yellow, red satin made Lotus,necklace Tread Jayo and necklace chain, Pending / belt, bracelet canoe, jaggedBracelet, Earrings and Bracelet flat tembago made from gold gilt, Slippers.Decoration on clothing to wear gold thread embroideries, sequins and beads. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence between the qualificationof selection toward work productivity employee in Grand Rocky HotelBukittinggi. The Type of research is clausal assosiative.The sampling technique isprobability sampling by using proportionate stratified random sampling. Samplein this research are amounted to 53 people. Data collecting using questionnairesbased on likert scale that has been tested of validity and reliability. Based on theresult of thereresearch concluded that in general about qualification of selection inGrand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is als good 38,62 %. Work productivity employeein Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is also good 66,7 %. The result also indicatethat are significant influence between qualification of selection and workproductivity in Grand Rocky Hotel Bukittinggi is 51,2% and 48,8% anotherfactor on a 0,000 < 0,05 significant.Key Word: Qualification of Selcetion and Work Productivity

Abstract

Nowdays make up bridal in Indonesia has undergone many changes and modification. As a result the value in culture have started to fade meanwhile the new value has not formed steady basis yet. In the growth of the make up bridal in Kumun Debai also getting influence by development of the modern world. This research aims to know makeup and bridal hair styling, look at the changes that occur between the traditional wedding dress and modification, and express the meaning / philosophy of wedding dress in the District Kumun Debai Kerinci. The method used in this research is qualitative method with a naturalistic approach, where reseacher observe object naturally in the field. Instrument used by researcher is the researcher it self. While the technique of data collection for this research using the technique of interviewing, observation, documentation and complication of these three technique. To get the result of the research, data such be reduced first then made the last presentation of the data and drawing conclusion. The result showed the changes occuring in the make up, hair styling and traditional wedding dress. Make up and hair on the Kumun Debai bride both past and present is valid only for the bride while the groom looks like everyday. Fomerly the bride’s make up is quite simple compared to the bride’s make up right now. Now days the bride’s make up more complex and rather complicated. Hair styling the bride formerly using one of braided cemara as for. But today very rare bride who does not use head scraff in Kumun Debai. Traditional wedding dress for the groom and the bride in Kumun Debai both are modified on shaped, models, and colors. Although the wedding dress has changed but the meaning and philosophy which is contained on it always tried to maintain it.   Keyword: modification make up bridal, traditional wedding dress.
